I took my vehicle in for damages and was given an estimate for repairs. My insurance issued me payment less deductible. I later bring my vehicle back for repairs and was presented a statement for less than the original estimate but was told I needed to pay over the actual cost of repairs! They have my keys and vehicle and tell me if I want my vehicle I have to pay more then what the actual cost of repairs!!! How does this make sense? The shop claims they will issue a refund to my insurance company. However after speaking with my insurance company twice today no one has ever heard of this!! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB.

Had an appointment this morning at 8am. Went in to be told they couldnt work on my car because they didnt accept the insurance. I wouldnt even write this review if they had the courtesy to call and let me know before I drove there for nothing. I was told they were and I quote too busy, and because the insurance wasnt DPS or preffered, I would have to have a rep from the insurance come down to speak with them. Word for word. Would not recommend based on poor customer service, no service done. Call to cancel your appointments than being a disappointment.

This company was referred to me by my insurance company. The gentleman who handled my account was professional, friendly, and kept me consistently formed on the progress of my car. The work was done exactly on the day promised and I picked up my car after body work and paint and it was in immaculate condition. Extremely satisfied with this service king with definitely used them in the future and recommend them to others.

Terrible. They couldnt fix my vehicle and when I went to pick it up I had to go back to get the hardware they took off. They lost the headlight sockets and wheel flare and had to order replacement. Then they didnt even call when they received them. My husband fixed my truck for just over 300 bucks but they couldnt.

I dropped my car on a holiday week, and the work was still completed on time. The staff was polite and professional without seeming stuffy. I enjoyed working with them, and will definitely use them again if needed. The work was well done, they used OEM parts, and they were extremely helpful when the insurance claims rep took forever to respond th o the emails and calls from service king and myself. Worked with Zack from service king had a great experience, vehicle was completed right on schedule and alignment of parts look great you cannot tell any work had been done on the car. They text you as your repair progresses so youre in the loop the whole time without even needing to contact them. This shop was fast and efficient and the people working in the front were very nice.

Took My 2011 Dodge Charger in for hail repair. They kept me informed and up to dates on repairs. The repairs to my car look great. While my car was in the shop I was side swiped by a Semi in my Pickup and when I picked up my car I was able to schedule a time for my pickup looked at. Great experience over all.

Worst place ever!! Came in over a month ago for an estimate and they still have not sent it to my insurance. Called my insurance they called Service King someone told them they don’t know what happened but they would get it sent over to the insurance ASAP and that was almost 2 weeks ago and still have not sent it. Ultimately my insurance decided to total my vehicle because repairs were above 80% of remaining value. However Service King did provide an accurate estimate of repairs. Greg stayed in contact with me throughout the process and updated me as soon as they completed an estimate.Thanks Greg.As soon as Service King was made aware of items missing from my car they contacted me and rectified the situation to my satisfaction.Items taken from car before I released it to insurance as a total. Glove box emptied on to seat paperwork scattered.

Super helpful making my car whole after an accident. They had me come in to make it drivable and put my car in the immediate queue when they couldnt do an interim fix. Jen communicated very well throughout the process answering questions and letting me know what to expect. Work looked great. They even have a warm beverage station in the waiting area.

They are mid 2020 for hail repair (out past their current scheduling ability) and dont work on cars older than 10 years for lack of new parts. I can understand that might be true for a few brands but I know for a fact I can buy new body panels for my Subaru and Dodge directly from the dealer. Plus they will only work on stock oem components so if you have an aftermarket hood, bumper or anything else forget it.

Horrible customer service. I went there years ago and the employee I dealt w/ under an insurance claim was rude and stating some of these dents were prior and won’t be covered. He was cocky! Now under new management and they did the same to my husband as if we were trying to get our car completely remodeled. Considered going there again but apparently their old way of treating people has carried on under new management or not. I won’t use this company and be treated badly when you’re bringing business to them.

Ive had 2 major repairs done here as a result of getting rear-ended. Each time they were so fast, they did perfect work and their prices are WAY more reasonable than Abra or Aspen, where Ive been in the past. Today I came in to ask about some paint chips in my bumper and instead of trying to sell me something, they gave me some good practical advice to help me take care of the problem myself for cheap. You have to request these people if you have an insurance claim and if youre footing the bill for body work out of your own pocket, you DEFINITELY want these guys. Their work is just as good as Abra or Aspen but much more reasonably priced, they are faster, they guarantee their work for life and you can actually get an appointment with them this year instead of having to wait for Abra for 11 months.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they called me every day with updates about how everything was going, and did such a great job repairing all damages my car looks better than the day I bought it! I stopped in for an estimate and they were in a conference call, but I left the car anyway with a note.They never called me (throughout the service) but when I called back they were happy to look at it that day. They ended up offering a good price (to re-attach the front bumper) and got it fixed the next morning except for a part that had to be ordered.I had to call again to find out if the part was in (despite their promise to call me) but then I got it over and they put it on right away.So in the end, good quality work, good price, friendly people but not great at communication.

I was side-swiped and had my mirror knocked off my car. With just one call to Service King I had a good estimate for how much the repair would cost, and I set the appointment with them. Raul and everyone I spoke to there was incredibly helpful. The repair was completed on time, and even cost less than what they first told me, and it looks great. Getting in an accident is never a good experience but the team at Service King really made it so much easier on me.

The professionalism and courtesy of the staff at this place is sub par to say the least - if I could give negative stars, I would have. When I took my car in for an estimate, I was told they would order the parts to have them ready for the repair scheduled for 5 months later. The delay to the repair was not their fault but when I took my car in, I was told it would be ready in about two weeks. It took six weeks - SIX WEEKS. The reason? They were waiting on parts, or so I was told. They also damaged a part of the car that we had to go back and have them replace about a month later. Furthermore, they came after us for money TWO MONTHS after we picked up our car. The same day we received the call, we called back and told them we needed to check with our insurance first to make sure the billing added up and Summer screamed at my husband and threatened to repossess our car over 5% of the total bill. There was absolutely no attempt before this call to collect anything from us, not even when we took our car back in so they could replace the part they damaged. I would not recommend this place to anyone - they clearly arent organized and, as mentioned above, completely lack professionalism.

I originally picked this shop for repairs to my vehicle. I picked them based on their great reviews😒. Im not sure who has been leaving the reviews for this shop as my experience was anything but amazing. The person I was scheduled to meet with for my estimate was Juan. I arrived 10mins early for my appointment. I checked in and waitied over 20 mins before I was greeted by Juan. After watching and hearing him make phone calls for rentals for other people who were not even on site. He took a quick glance over my car and said Id need to schedule a time to drop off. I then made my appointment which was more than 3weeks out. After waiting the 3 weeks I received a phone call from Ingred telling me their paint area was down and Id have to wait another 2weeks for my for my car to be dropped off. I recieved this phone call the day before my drop off date. I asked why that would make a difference for me as my car didnt need any paint work. The damage was all under body. She couldnt give me an explanation so after wards I ended up changing businesses entirely. I would recommend the same stay away from this business. They are vey unprofessional. Also to mention I was told theyd reschedule my rental since they moved my drop off day. I called enterprise the following day to make sure itd been moved. They never got the call from Ingred. Their customer service is what drove me away. They need some work on the basics of what amazing customer service. Im happy that I found all of this out before they started work on my vehicle. I found this shops customer experience to not be trustworthy. If I could give 0 stars I would.

James Chiles gave me an amazing experience although I just had a horrible accident, then I was so stressed dealing with the insurance through 2 months since it was a multiple cars involved. I had 2 claims and James was very professional, courteous, efficient and punctual. He has helped me and explained to me very details how things go. I havent even been into this shop and am so extremely frustrated by the way I have been treated, passed around, and mis-informed. The insurance company I am working with reached out to me on Oct.2nd saying I would be working with this service center and location. I called that day to schedule an estimate. It took over 30 minutes to get scheduled because of a new computer system that was just incorporated. I got my appointment set for Nov.7th because they were that far out. The day of the appointment came and when I arrived at the location they told me I had to go to the 104th location even though I had an appointment at this location. They did not explain why but just me thats where I needed to go. Go to the 104th location and they are unable to do the estimate because they dont have the assignment from the insurance company. Get online with their customer care and they inform me that its because the 120th location was too busy to assist me so they sent me to the 104th EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT THE 120th. I call the 120th to get an appointment and was passed around two two more people. The last lady I worked with made it a point to help me and I now have an appointment. I have been told numerous times that this location is extremely busy, they dont have a front desk to answer phones, they are slammed because of weather, they are super busy, etc. I am really dissapointed with this entire situation.

Sorry for the delay guys. Last summer I came looking for help with my hood not latching On my Subaru. I had talked to a few other places and they told me I had to replace the hood and the locking mechanism. When I came to service king the guys took it in the back for a few moments and it came out fixed. They got the locking mechanism bent back in place and I was able to latch the hood. I offered to pay and they said to give a review. I told them I would so here I am a bit late. Really good customer service and have recommended them to my friends for repairs

We had someone scrape and dent our vehicle in a parking lot and take off. We are new to the Thornton area, so we made a couple of calls to local auto body shops, and no one seemed interested in such a minor repair (even though we were paying cash), except Service King Collision Repair of Thornton. Keith, Jamie and Jeff were attentive and professional, and could not have done enough for us. The finished product was priced very affordably, and looked better than the original. Incredibly, later that same day someone put a small scrape in the work we just had done. The Service King folks felt so bad for us they fixed it up and then refused to accept any payment. Now you cannot get any better service than that. If we need auto body service again, it’s a no-brainer where we will go.

Ill start off by saying the company as a whole does great work. This specific location is horrible.I got a call from service king on 120th to bring my car in for a estimate, the wait time just for a estimate was two weeks. I couldnt do that so they told me i could bring it in on saturdays from 9-12 and its first come first serve for estimates.I come in, today, sat jun 8th at 8:55am and someone is waxing a car. I ask if i can get a esimate whenever someone has a chance and the guy completly brushed me off, even after explaining they called me and said i could bring it in, he kept saying they cant get new or used parts for my car (2010 crown vic), there is no way he can do a estimate for me, blah blah blah. Once he said he couldnt get used parts I knew he was full of it and just didnt wanna do it. Crown vics are the most mass produced vehicle ever.I leave there and go to the 104th location and get my estimate absolutely no problem, in and out within 20 minutes.

Went in on 6/15/2016 to get estimate on getting a huge dent in my front fender fixed. Was told that it would cost me couple thousand dollars because the whole front fender would have to be replaced. IM FEMALE NOT STUPID. I went home and fixed it my self, did not have to replace the fender . just had to be pushed out. So before you go here for any repairs - get second opion, they just want to rip you off.

I made an appointment for an estimate (paying out of pocket) and waited a week. I showed up on time and no one knew of my appointment. Without any notice from Service King the appointment was cancelled. I tried to reschedule and was told it would be a month before my truck can be seen. I guess they are making so much money that my business is not important. Instead of the run around I was given I would rather be told we dont want your business.

Talk about disappointing... this whole crew was a let down from day one. They repaired my vehicle after a tree branch broke off onto it and when I got it back the air bag light was on so I asked why this wasnt fixed as part of my insurance claim and after the first two employees told me the airbags would NOT deploy upon impact if the light was on the manager assured me they would repeatedly. Well 5 months later I got in a collision going 45 mph and they DID NOT DEPLOY. Instead of being mortified and fearing lawsuits they continued to be combative and inconsistent. No responsibility has been taken to this day and instead of refunding my money for the service they are dragging it out to cover their butts. I could have died- why this isnt more serious to them is mind blowing to me. DO NOT GO HERE

This place will not get recommended to anyone. And I will be calling my insurance company about their service. When I first got the estimate and dropped off my car, the service SEEMED okay. But that was the end of that. I got called once on an update and that was a couple days after I dropped it off. That they had to order a few extra things like clips and what not. And was told the car would be ready early to mid the next week. When that time came I had to call THEM for an update to find out they were still working on my car. Ok no big deal, I am pretty understanding things happen. And was told it should be ready that Friday. Ok. What all day for an update. Hear nothing so my wife calls to check on it. Was told that the rep would her back shortly. Shortly turned into 4 hours and they called me instead of her. Just to find out they had to order another part, that they never called me about, and that it just got there and they should have it ready Monday. Wait all day Monday to hear on it and nothing. Call THEM AGAIN to find out it’s not ready and is taking longer and they could have it ready tomorrow. Wait ALL DAY AGAIN to hear nothing. Call THEM AGAIN was transferred to the rep with no answer, so the lady took name and number was told we would get a call back. Still no call. CALL THEM back again an hour later and was told the rep left for the day and it looks like my car is not done AGAIN. FINALLY get a call the next day mid morning saying it is done and in detailing. Told them it will probably be later because I needed a ride. I did find a ride early and went there. This is an hour after them calling it was ready. Get there to it still in detailing and was told another half hour. Ok no big deal. A half hour turned into an hour and half. Finally get my car and get home to get a phone call that put in the wrongs clips under the bumper and that I needed to bring it back. Never again

I cant really rate customer service because there is none. I brought my car to the Quivas street location. It took a half hour because the person checking us in forgot about us. They said they would keep us posted. Two days later I called them and they hadnt even looked at the car. 3 weeks later I made an appointment for service at the 120th st location. Again a promise to keep us posted. Three days later I called and the phone person said they would call me back I called 15 minutes before closing time and they had turned the answering service off. I called the insurance company and they just had us listed as scheduled. So another 3 days wasted and no closer to repairs. Go elsewhete!

Apparently I was a nuisance to come to them for an estimate. I preferred the company that was here before them because the customer service and feeling like they WANT to take care of you is no longer in this building.I also overheard her on the phone with another customer who was checking in on their vehicle and her tone was very condescending. Ive never felt so much that someone didnt want my service.She was the only one there, so perhaps shes burnt out, but poor customer service.

I was supposed to bring in my two vehicles for a hail damage assessment today and they called me an hour before my appointment to tell me not to bring them... I scheduled this with them a month ago. When i asked why, they tried to to give me these weird excuses that didnt make sense as to why they couldnt take my cars (like a scheduler having a family issue) and then tried to schedule me for a repair 1 year and 3 months from now, without an assessment... haha. I gave them an extra star because at least they called to tell me they were screwing me over before i delivered my cars. This place wasted my time.
