I was sent to Caliber Collision in Thornton by the insurance company covering damages to one of our vehicles caused by their customer. I am exceptionally pleased with how quickly Caliber Collision got our vehicle in once the claim was approved. The service was outstanding and the car looks great! Kim was our contact person and she called every other day to give us an update on the repairs and when to expect our car back. I really appreciated this! I also appreciated that Enterprise Rental Cars was on site when I dropped off the car for repairs and they quickly got me in a rental. I will use Caliber Collision again if I ever need future auto-body repair.

Referred to this shop through insurance. The shop took my truck in within a day of getting into an accident. They kept me adequately informed throughout the repair process & the repairs are as good or better than OEM.

I had a small fender bender and took my car to have an estimate done at this location because its close to home. The receptionist told us an estimate couldnt be done then and I would have to make an appointment and come back. When she asked what insurance company and I told her, she said that shop doesnt accept my insurance but some of the other Caliber Collision shops do. Why would one accept my insurance and not another, they are all the same company? While we were talking a man appears and said that if I wanted to use my insurance to go to another Caliber. He, obviously, didnt want my business. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my new car into Caliber Collision. After I was a victim of hit & run, during the theft of a store. A woman ran out of the store jumped into a get white getaway van. The driver did not care if he smashed into me just to getaway! Kim was the best, kind easy to talk to & kept me updated daily on everything that was going on. Even the pricing, before the work, was even done. When it was finished, I went to pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised! By the professional quality work they had done! I swear. Took about 5 weeks to get everything straightened-out with this location & my insurance company (non-faulted accident). I worked with Jonathan, who was courteous and polite. The shop took a lot longer to complete the work than anticipated (5 week turn-around), but they were patient with my requests. They delivered the vehicle outside of their delivery area, which redeemed the process. The car looks flawless and the paint-job was really well done. Time without a vehicle was a consideration for this review, but the way the shop made-up for this ultimately put them in the favorable.

I was amazed at the quality of service and outcome of this shop. I own a Subaru WRX and absolutely love my car so you can imagine I was very upset when another car had rammed into the side of mine. My insurance set me up with Caliber Collision and I had not heard much about their services and work. I am so happy with how my car came out! The paint job and body work was absolutely perfect and my car looks even better than it was before the accident. And on top of this, the customer service I experienced with them was beyond great. From the receptionists up front to the service members working on my car, they were all very friendly. Johnathan had spoken to me a couple times during the process. I spoke with him a day or so before my promised return date, as he our other vehicle was stolen and i was trying to see if I could get my car back any sooner due to this. Johnathan was super understanding and caring in the situation and worked hard with the team to complete the repairs by the end of that day. I was so relieved to have my car back in even better shape, and appreciated the thought and care that went into it. This was one of the best repair shops I have used. Kim was fantastic she kept me informed of every step. Even with a slight delay due to a part not being deliveredI would recommend them to all my friend and family.

I had to make two visits. One for the initial accident I had caused due to weather conditions and a curb that came out of nowhere 😳 . Lol I paid my 500 deduction under the assumption my car would be good to go. Nope the car wasnt even properly aligned and they didnt fix everything caused by the accident. I had to get another rental thankfully paid by them but only to still not have it properly aligned and really bad sounds on a side that had nothing to do with the accident. A guy by the name of Jonathan helped . I was even missing my weather mats for the inside for some odd reason. I had to ask for them before leaving.. my cats a hunk a junk as it is so I didnt expect much but I was hoping to end up with a decent results but unfortunately not the case here. Especially for how much they got out of my insurance. 1700 not including the 500 deduction. And not to mention I still have to buy new parts for areas that where involved in the accident.

I am satisfied with the way Caliber Collision in Thornton repaired my vehicle. A huge amount of trust is risked when you need to repair a vehicle even for something small. Nonetheless, the damage on my car was not “small” and after Caliber Collision had fixed the damages, it came back looking brand new. There was a minor button instead of a screw on the fender like what was on the passenger side, but it was an easy fix and I loved the way this company handled that problem. It took a total of two weeks and that was with ordering all of the parts. I loved that Kim was giving me updates on my car daily even if I couldn’t come to the phone, she would leave a quick voicemail. Jas in helped me get set up and explained the whole estimate process which made things a lot easier for me to understand and eased the stress. The young woman at the front was very kind and respected the questions I had asked and made me feel like I wasn’t asking ‘too much’ either. Hopefully, there won’t be any more damages to my car in the future, but if that happens to be the case they have my full trust.

I’ve had some pretty awful experiences with auto body shops in the past. Caliber took all my worries away. They didn’t keep my care way over what was promised, just like 1-2 days. Last repair shop, Kara’s Autobody, kept my care for 2 weeks over and I ran out of rental coverage. They do great work, but also come with exceptional/care customer service, which I value sooo much. And they guarantee their work. I’m so happy I chose to go them! I think you will be too.

I took my car here after it was damaged for an estimate through my insurance company. I took the estimate & car elsewhere to get the damage fixed and Caliber Collision not only missed a ton of damage, but noted all of the wrong parts in the estimate. Now the body shop my vehicle is at is having to send the parts back and order the correct ones, setting me back 2 additional weeks without a car. Thanks Calliber and Liberty Mutual!

I don’t recommend going here! Eventually, will be going in for the third time to get my car fixed from hail damages due to parts being back order and then Abra failed to fix the molding...they thought they replaced it. Good thing my hubby inspected the work or else it’ll be money out of our pocket. So now... parts need to be order! 🤦🏻‍♀️😡

I took my van here for a door replacement and Jason was helpful, informative, and responsive to all of my questions. The repair was done fairly quickly, they have an enterprise onsite, and are overall excellent in all facets of their business. Although its a corporate company, it felt more like a local business. Took my truck there to get repaired per insurance. Was informed that my truck was ready to be picked. When I arrived I was given my key. Went to my truck and the door was unlocked. Opened my door and my dash was torn apart, my wires were cut and wiring harness laying on my floor, my passenger seat was in the recline position, Mikes hard lemonade caps all over my truck, a phone was stolen from my glove box, 4 rolls of quarters taken from glove box, 2 flash lights, a bucket of change from under the back seat and truck would not start. So the Jason tells my that they normally only take the license plates. I was under the assumption that my vehicle would be lock up in their shop or a yard. So Jason tells me they have a electrician who works there. They will repair the damages to my truck. That was Monday, Friday I get a call and am told my vehicle is ready. I go in on Monday and get my keys. I go to start my truck and the battery is dead. Jump start it and the bright light indicator is always on. Jason tells me he will call his electrician to see when he can get me in and if there is anything else give him a call. I get half way home and go to open my sunroof and its not working, the dome lights dont work I call Jason to let him know that there are more issues. He said he will call his electrician. A few days later I have a message from Jason that its probably just a fuse and have I tried to push the dome light override button. I told him yes but why doesnt my reading lights front and rear, sunroof, doorlights, the overhead dome, auto head lights dont work, glove box light and the list goes on. I believe it is more than just a fuse and the dome light override button. He again tells me he will call his electrician. 6 hours later Im still waiting. SHAME ON YOU CALIBER COLLISION.... IF YOU HAVE SOMEONES VEHICLE YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE YOU SECURE THE VEHICLE AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE SAFE. After this fix, if their electrician can find the problem, I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. We took our car there after a minor (10 mph) fender bender. After scheduling an appointment, waiting a couple weeks, we were then told that we can only get an estimate today and it would be 3-4 months before they could fix our car. They said if we reschedule for the following week they could do an estimate and then get working on the car right away. The whole thing seemed weird. We said sure because we couldnt wait 3-4 months to fix our car. We came back the following week. They take the car, take it apart, call us and tell us its a total loss. We said the car is totally fine and we want it back. They told us the car was taken apart and cant be put back together. Our option is to junk the car or pay to have it towed back to our house with all the pieces because they couldnt put it back together. There was never a single point during any discussion that we were told this was even a possibility. This place royally screwed us over on a car that was previously completely fine drivability wise (once again, a very minor fender bender) Their lack of communication, poor scheduling, and now financial life stressor they put my family though leaves me to say AVOID AVOID AVOID. This place is a dishonest, disorganized shop. Do yourself a favor and AVOID. Read below to other comments. This happened to another person. DONT RISK being held ransom, find someone with a better customer rating.

I had been in a small accident and i went to abra and they got me scheduled quick for my repairs and they had it for a week. They emailed me and called to keep me updated on my car process. I picked my car up and looks brand new, looks like when i took it of the car lot. I really greatly appreciate them taking care of my car(which is my baby).

Wasnt my greatest experience with a body shop, but was far from the worst. They were very good at communication. The work had a few issues, but they took care of them no questions asked with a smile on their face. It took an extra week, but they were willing to make sure it was fixed correctly.

ABRA Autobody has now helped with 2 of our car repairs. The ABRA repair process is thoroughly explained in the initial estimate. A date was set for repair the following week. Repair updates were received by text messages and phone calls. Enterprise was on site to issue a rental vehicle. Repairs were finished at the stated time and this shop went above and beyond to help with an unrelated minor repair. Outstanding customer service all around!

Did a great job fixing my bumper, only issue is when they detailed the inside of my car they left white residue on my speakers.

Had my WRX repaired here. Got rear ended they had painted over the chips in the trunk lid they replaced and the bumper cover fitment was terrible. To the painters credit thre blending was well done but thats about it. Its a big chain so theyre really more concerned with quantity not quality. They are recommended by insurance companies because they have a price deal with them.

Took them ONLY a week to fix my car. They had a rental waiting for me as I got there. I didnt even have to do paper work. They called me once a day to let me know how my baby was doing. 10/10 will go back if I have to.

They are a joke Tammy and her manager fail to follow through with delivering on time and making sure that their customer service is below expectations..stay away from that place unless you plan on being without your cars for months. I am also having a formal complaint filed with the BBB this is ridiculous

2005 Chevy Cavalier. Had estimate done, was told it would be repaired. Took 1 1/2 months to get in. Now I am being told it is a total loss! I asked 3 times, while I was there, if it was going to be repaired. I was told YES!. Not only that, after waiting 1 1/2 months, we get to the shop and were told that we were NOT on the schedule!!! I spent $450 on 2 new tires and a new windshield, the day I was told that it was going to be repaired! Now Im not only out that money, I am out a car! Terrible way to do business!

Worst communication I have ever encountered in a business! We left our vehicle with very minor body damage with them on a Wednesday morning and were told it would be ready on Friday. Two (2) WEEKS later we finally got our vehicle back. When WE called, not them, they would tell us our vehicle was in paint then theyd change their story and say it was still in prime and back and forth it went. We filed a formal complaint with our insurance company, USAA. .

I dislike how they run their business, because they cannot get their cars repaired in a timely manner. Its been five weeks (and counting) since I had left my car to get repaired. They keep telling me false times to when the repair will be done. Their definition of itll be done by today is itll NOT be done today, but maybe tomorrow or the next day.

I scheduled to have my car door window to be replaced after the wind blew it out on Tuesday afternoon. However, after waiting around on Wednesday and finding out they ordered the wrong window I had to wait until Thursday. Then on Thursday the tech came and said again they ordered the wrong window. By far the worst service I have had!!!!
