I had to get a Oil change done for my work truck but I was on a time crunch and as soon as I got there they were available to do the oil change, I didnt have to wait but 15 mins then they were finished. Great service and prices

This is not the place to go if you want basic vehicle care. The first time I went they knocked my A/C hose and broke it. While it was still hot and I was heavily pregnant. I went back the next day to tell the owner/manager what happened and he gave me a 10% off coupon. The second time they checked everything except my coolant levels even though they marked it Good on the receipt. My engine temp light just came on and I just had to stop at Buc-ees to empty an entire gallon of coolant into my truck.

I had to have a state inspection done. I didnt have to wait long before they were ready to start checking my car. The only problem they found was my windshield wipers. They advised me of this, and I approved the purchase. They installed them for me, and I was ready to go no more than 30 minutes after arriving. They were courteous and professional. I will definitely go back.

Always good service, my truck looks great after washed there, with tires and black plastic rejuvenated to a deep black, and the chrome shined up. Four stars instead of five, because they missed the tailgate handle. It happens, not always prefect. Still would recommend to anyone in the area.

Gave me the run around with the state inspection telling me my active insurance card had to have an expiration date. I even showed them my insurance renewal for the next months and they turned me down. I don’t make the insurance cards from my insurer, what was I supposed to do, call them and tell them to start putting exp dates on their cards because gorilla lube wanted it that way? Had been a customer of this place through this last year brining in my two vehicles for different services but I won’t be coming back. Glad to have had my inspection hassle free elsewhere

Needed car inspected for Texas registration (from Mississippi). Fast, friendly service. Recommended to my daughter for her registration for her car as well. She received the same service as I did. Will definitely use them for other services that they offer.

Very honest people my middle break light was out he let me know before charging me and sent me down the road to a local auto shop I got it repaired fast. And it was 7 dollars for the inspection I’d highly recommend this place.

I am deeply offended with management and the owners at Gorilla Lube and Car Wash. Due to racial comments whether said or written on the letter head of their paper. I feel as tho the owners encourage racism at their shop as nothing was done to the manager about circling the Gorilla on their letter head and placing it on a desk for the public to see. Management is very rude to customers. I have taken my business elsewhere and WOULD NOT and WILL NOT recommend service there.

Have always received excellent care and courteous service. Their serviceman even identified that my ignition was going out when another auto repair company didnt. Got it fixed based upon where he took his. Glad I had that conversation with him. Fixed now!

Got a quick oil change... however, was charged a RIDICULOUS price and not told ahead of time that it would be 2Xs as much as a normal oil change. On my invoice it showed i got a top off on windshield wiper fluid and did not. Do not recommend.

Great work on the car wash. We have a German shorthaired pointer dog that is in my car often and she sheds alot (I tell people white short hair is my favorite color because I wear it with everything LOL) so needless to say there is little dog hair everywhere. I took my car to Gorilla Lube and they did a fantastic job. This is the second time we have taken the car to them and both times we have been super impressed. I would highly recommend them if you need a car wash :)

If you want a broken car or poor service go here. I brought my 2011 mini Cooper S to them after they assured me it wouldnt be a problem changing my oil. Ten minutes in, and they managed to break the radiator hose connecting to the block. They assured me they would fix it (and they did) but they never changed my oil. My car sat their for four days. They never bother to change my oil and after i picked my car up, they now refuse to change oil on mini Coopers.

Came, tried, wont be back. They are ok. The oil change was fine but it is more expensive than where I usually go -McGuires in Belton. McGuires was closed til after Christmas and I needed my oil change before traveling. I have a friend who uses Gorrilla and decided to try them.The sign says that synthetic starts at $48.99 which is the same as Mcguires and a free car wash is included. Long story short.... when I was called up to pay my total was $62.55 with no explanation why (strike one). I go out to get my car which hadnt been washed but nothing was said as to why. I asked and they said the wash was broken and I could come back later but they didnt offer a discount for my extra time to come back or that it wasnt being done (strike 2). The guy didnt even apologize. The price list is misleading...see strike 1 and the free car wash is not free - when all is said and done, their price is $10 higher than a comparable oil change (strike 3).I know people like this place and that is fine but I will stick with where I normally go from now on especially since I get a free rotation since I bought my tires there.

This place is relatively fast and provide a free car wash st a great price. The best thing is that they never push extras as most places do.

Re: Customer Dissatisfaction with 08/29/2015 below average service at Gorilla LubeAs part of an estate sale, I was responsible to have the low mileage 2004 Cadillac DeVille detailed “show room” presentable for customer inspection.On several advertisements and some word of mouth contacts, Gorilla Lube was heralded as the best car wash/servicing establishment in Temple. Assuming the claim to be fact, I called (from Dallas) to make an appointment and selected the best detail program on your menu. Included on my want list, I was looking for a place that could steam clean the engine.When I returned to Gorilla Lube to pick up the car, the young brought the car to the front and asked me to look it over. I noticed that the package rack be rear window had not been touched. He drove it back and cleaned it. Attendant brought the car back for another look. I opened the trunk and he said “oh, we did not do that. He took the car back again. I obviously should have inspected more closely but did not.When I got home I lifted the trunk lid and noticed that there was a strip of dirt that was never cleaned or waxed because the lid was never opened. Also I noticed that driver’s side wheels were partially cleaned but not completely. The passenger side wheels were never touched. I cleaned both wheels when I got to Dallas.I’m not sure what was done with the carpets but I understood that they were to be steam cleaned. It appeared to me that the carpet might have been vacuumed rather than steam cleaned.I have no problem with the engine detail. Very nice.Counting the oil change, oil filter and cabin air filter, I spent $288.63 at Gorilla Lube and I truly expected professional service or I would have taken my business to another city. I did not receive what I paid for and if the service I received is typical, the Gorilla Lube advertising is very misleading.
