I called to get tires and a few other minor repairs situated for my daughter. Phil and I discussed what I wanted, what my budget was, and other things that would be nice to have. Phil made sure we had everything we needed. I called just before noon, and he had the tires in early in the afternoon. When my daughter got there, they took great care of her!

Phil and his team saved the day!! Backstory, I had a new set of tires and alignment two days prior to our trip at a Austin Goodyear location. We get on the highway and the van starts pulling to the right at a dangerous level but we’re well past our location and don’t have time to turn around as we need to get to the cabin before it gets too dark.Contacted two other locations on the way but they were understaffed or overwhelmed. Phil’s location was busy as well but he understood our situation and calmly had updated that they would get us taken care of efficiently.As promised, he took our van in evaluated and fixed the alignment while we grabbed lunch quickly and we were on our way. We can’t thank Phil and his team enough.He was kind enough to show us the results of the misalignment and the adjustments that were made.Grateful for their help. This location is top notch and does great work efficiently.Thank you again.

These nice folks have helped us out twice now with our Jeep Wrangler. We have had 2 unrelated issues that left us stranded on the side of the road when we were in a big hurry. After how responsive they were in the first incident we elected to have the Jeep towed to them again this week for a brake issue. They looked at it right away and spent a significant amount of effort trying to diagnose the issue. While they couldn’t resolve the 2nd issue since it was a computer problem, they recommended a nearby Jeep dealer who was able to get us back on the road the same day. They’re not the closest Goodyear to us but from now on we’ll take our cars here for tires and service.

I recently had breaks done by Goodyear in Belton, of which I had an issue and more so, questions concerning noise coming from back left tire. Although they told me it was my ebrake, I asked can you look at it, and I would pay, but they would not, upon excuses.I took my truck to Temple location, very polite and understanding, looked at the situation, advised me to a resolution, and I am very please with thier attention to details and, yes, I paid for the services needed.Bottom line, I would recommend Goodyear of Temple

Me and my partner just came to Goodyear and they were so nice and helpful. We brought our car because it kept bringing up a Low Tire pressure light and even after we filled it up it only went away temporarily. They took a look at our tires and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely come here again when I get car troubles!

The man up front was very rude and unprofessional. Did not take the time to explain anything. I got there right when the place opened and waited one hour before they even took my car in. Making appointments doesnt get you faster service either. I had to wait for almost three hours the last time I made an appointment. Would NOT recommend the temple location at all. If anything, go to the belton Goodyear. The guys there are very friendly and professional.

I put a leveling kit in my truck and they realigned everything within a reasonable amount of time. I wish they would have got it done right the first time. But it was a lot of different things that added to the list of things that could go wrong. There were a lot of changes to the front end. 3 year plan is the way to go if your working on your vehicle, or if you plan on getting new tires, bigger tires, rims, leveling kit, lower or lift kit. For three years you can go, no questions asked and have your vehicle realigned for free.

Just wanted to drop a line, and say thank you. Recently I went into your Temple TX location, and Phil helped me out. Was having some issues with how my vehicle was running, and as a ASE certified tech myself had tried stuff on my own like tune up, and throttle cleaning along with some fuel additives, nothing helped. Phil recommend there fuel and top engine clean, and it was just what was needed. The vehicle is running better than when I bought it used. Looking forward to many years of future service

We tried a local repair shop for over two years and ended up coming back to Phil and Lee. Great service (if not a little slow sometimes) and thorough. Theyll work with you on large jobs to get the best deal. One concern was that both my daughters car and my truck went in with working ACs and came out with broken ones. But true to their word, they fixed them quickly.

All of the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Front desk dont try to oversell you services, they will a find a way to help you with discounts that you may not know of. Comprehensive inspections, tire rotations and fluid fill always come with the oil changes. When they find issue, they always give you a written estimate, I tried taking one estimate to a competing place with the hope of getting a better deal. It would be a mistake to take your vehicle to the Dealership for routine car maintenance, you get better value from them. The BEST time to go is Sunday Morning, Best service around!

I wanted to give them 5 stars after my first few trips in after buying a set of tires and 3 year alignment $$$ I took my car in for what I thought was one last alignment after making many suspension changes. They told me I needed new rear lower arms when all I needed was to tighten the nut. He could have spent 10 seconds to torque it and set the rear toe but instead let me leave with a wobbly lower arm and .17 thrust angle. This is not a good mechanic but a close enough mechanic. I would not recommend them for mechanical work of any kind but I do love my tires so 1 star. I adjusted the rear toe myself and eliminated all of the thrust angle. Shame on you close enough mechanic you know who you are. Take more pride in your job, do you even have a 17mm socket and 10 seconds of spare time?

I own four vehicles and get all my tires at this Goodyear. I always buy the Tire and Wheel Warranty, which gives me free rotations. I also purchase the 3-year alignment guarantee, and they check and adjust my alignment every time I get the tires rotated. I have trusted them to do radiator flushes, power steering flushes, throttle body cleaning, and a whole lot more. Good, friendly staff always. Prices are BETTER than any dealer.

I had a prior experience with this establishment dealing with my lady tries and they were nothing, but upfront courteous and honest. So, unexpectedly my head light went out this morning after work and after a hour of messing with it I still couldnt fix it. When you have extremely large dinner plate size hands trying to fit your hands in a headlight area(not such a good idea). Thats when a Lightbulb went off in my head...... take it to Goodyear. I was treated so good before. Upon entering I was greeted by Phil. Gave me a honest price no hidden fees and recommend that I come back later at a time that was less hectic so that I could get in and out with less hassle. I listened came back later explained the situation to Kyle and he gladly handled my problem with a smile on his face. I would recommend this Goodyear location to anyone.

Went in today and got new brakes and the ventilation cleaning. Super happy with the service I recieved! The ventilation cleaning was much needed and I could tell a HUGE difference whenever I got in my car! Highly recommend!

I took my daughter’s 2004 Corolla in for new tires/ alignment, oil/ filter change, wiper blades, and had them run the diagnostic maintenance inspection. I was extremely pleased with the service. All of the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. They didnt try to oversell us... in fact, they found us all the discounts they could and it only cost $60 for both of our trucks to get complete inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations. When they found an issue with one of our trucks, they brought my husband into the shop and showed it to him instead of just expecting us to take their word for it. Best service around! We drove from Killeen and Im very glad we did.

This Temple location has always provided top notch service at a reasonable price..for me and for my cars since 2008.

Firestone wanted $2200 to replace there diagnosed bad AC compressor. Goodyear quoted under $1200 for the same parts/labor. The compressor is fine and it only needed the fan replaced ($370).

Rude . Unorganized. Extremely slow. Wish my warranty work was not tied to them!!

Went in for a standard alignment and was baited with a $1200 quote. Took my vehicle the next business day to Quality Tire in Belton and they took 45mins to finish the whole job. $65.00 out the door.
