From the preliminary estimate to the pickup, the staff at Rock Collision Center was courteous, proficient, and helpful during the repair of my collision-damaged vehicle. The receptionist, estimators, and service writers walked me through the process, ensuring my understanding of both the insurance and repair sides of the job. And when I was shown the final product of the body work technicians efforts I knew that the new shop in Georgetown was carrying on the high standards of the Temple shop: They made my nearly 20-year old car look new again, from the specified repairs to the very thoughtful finish work. Thank you for your fine handling of an inconvenient accident.

While the damage was minor, the repair seems excellent. They also cleaned and washed the auto. Looked brand new. Thank you Rock! The local Ford dealership recommended them to me.

Car arrived to the shop in May. Received car back in July. Poor communication. Received car back with damages to the front of the car and a stained seat. Had to return the vehicle back (a 2hr commute) after getting it returned with said damages. They repaired the damages to the front of the car, but the stain remained on my seat. After multiple attempts to remove it no compensation. The absolute WORST experience I’ve had with a body shop.

They know how to take care of their customers...thank you to this local business for being so easy to work with.

My go to body shop. Used them at least a dozen times. Only once did I need a redo and they fixed the problem without question. I recently stopped by for a bid on interior work and they said Id get a better deal at the dealership. Honest Talented and Quick turn around.

Toby Metcalf, the Estimator, was very friendly, thorough, and provided great customer service for my step-Dad. (It didnt hurt that he is also very easy on the eyes! Single?! Ha!) The turn-around time for repairs was light-speed! Amazing place & highly recommended!

I took my dirty car in to have some minor repairs from a fender bender. Got back a sparkling clean car🤩❤️! Washed, detailed, and protected with plastic. All of my stuff was neatly bagged up and in my trunk. On top of that, the service was quick and amazing. I hope I don’t need a collision center again, but if I do, these are the guys I will go to!!

We had to take my car to get an estimate on the front bumber which was in a car accident and he gave us the amount how much the car is going to cost to get repaired with them and public automotive is going to pay for these repairs when they are ready. They did a greag job with the estimate.

Needed some work done on the front turn light assembly that got damaged when I struck some road debris. They did a great job and cleaned it inside and out.

After careful consideration, I chose Auto Body Clinic as my repair shop. State Farm had them listed as one of the several shops to perform and estimate. From the moment I walked in for my quote to the moment I walked out after my repair I felt appreciated. The estimate for the repair was done quickly as a walk in. Then the repair started on a Tuesday. I was told that my vehicle will most likely be done Friday. The good grace of God allowed them to get my vehicle repaired by Wednesday afternoon. I was able to get my vehicle back Thursday morning. I know that this is the shop I will deal with if I ever need work again. I carry their card in my wallet to refer others to them. God bless these folks!

I Had a minor accident a few weeks ago and the back end of my car was completely smashed in. I just picked it up from Rock Collision and it is perfect. It actually looks better than it did when it was new. The people at Rock Collision were friendly, attentive and communicated with me during every step of the process. I never had to wonder what was going on and I never had to call them to get updates. They called or texted me frequently to update me on the progress. Great experience!!! Highly recommend!!!

The best body work done in TempleIve had work done there a few times and if was a beautiful job. Great friendly people. My autos were always finished on time or before expected. They took care of all paperwork with insurance companies. I didnt have to do a thing.

If my car had actually been fixed...I would be giving a 5 star review, but unfortunately thats not the case. I was in a 4 car pileup on my way back to Dallas and this was the shop the local insurance adjuster said was the best in the area as my car was not drivable. Toby communicated with me every step of the way and when he answered the phone/emails youd think thats all he did because he was always available and prompt with his responses. My car was supposed to be ready Friday and turned out they finished a day early that Thursday. I was ecstatic! Drove the 2+ hrs from Dallas to Temple, dropped off my rental car at enterprise right at closing time and they gave me a ride to the shop. Everything appeared to be fine, I paid my deductible and left to go get gas. While getting gas I noticed my hood still had multiple large dents in it from the collision so I called and told Toby I was headed right back. When I get there he says that they had seen these large dents but deemed them preexisting damage. Im sorry, what??? I was in a front end collision and the hood of my car hit another car....since when is that a question of it the damage was there before or not (it was not, for the record)? Large dents right on the nose of the hood where I hit another car. So there I am, no rental car, over 2 hrs from home, and a car that still has damage that was supposed to have been fixed. Mind you, my car was just a couple hundred dollars away from being totaled. This damage would have totaled it out without a doubt. There was nothing I could do but take it and Toby told me to just call my insurance and theyd put it through to another shop in Dallas. For what?! The damage you should have repaired in the first place?? Or done an honest estimate and totaled out my car instead of trying to make a quick buck off of an insurance payout? The insurance company and claim company are both working to get my claim reassigned up here but in the meantime Ive also realize my AC does not work (it was cool the night I picked it up and I didnt even think about testing it) and my front tire wouldnt hold air so I took it to the tire shop and the whole wheel is cracked and horribly bent! Probably from hitting/running over some sort of debris from one of the 3 cars in front of me. This whole situation has been a nightmare and its now very evident my car shouldve been totaled from the start. Its a 2011 Jetta with 123,000 miles on it and in fair condition. After its all said and done the total work on it will most likely exceed $6000-7,000. If I were to have tried to sell the car before the accident I probably couldnt have gotten anymore than 5 or 6k for it. Due to my experience and them skimping on repairs and for all practical purposes lying about the amount of damage done I cant help but not recommend this shop to anyone.

Skill (of parts ordering, not labor!) and Customer Service is HORRIBLE, If you MUST GO... ask for someone else besides Toby Metcalf.When doing a job, as a parts estimator... One would think that BEFORE ordering the part, and you VERIFY which job is being done prior to customer dropping off vehicle.ALSO, one would think, a parts estimator OF A BODY SHOP would order ALL parts related to that estimate. (Cowling requires a Lft and Rght, Interior handle requires covers for screws).3 UNNECESSARY Customer visits, Estimator not QUALITY inspecting the work to make sure. its COMPLETE upon delivery, bad phone communication (including wrong parts ordered, auto not done when said, and when customer complaint... Follow it by YELLING at customer).Yes, IT IS UNDERSTOOD you claim that are not trying to take advantage... But how about a SIMPLE, IM SORRY I messed up... I did not know that part required two additional pieces.... PLEASE, ACCEPT MY APOLOGY, for your multiple UNNECESSARY trips here...SMH!Cmon people, work on your Customer Service!!!
