The Collision Center’s repair work was excellent! Mark got my suburban in the next day, had the courtesy car take me home, & called when it was ready to pick up. Great customer service!

I dont even know where to begin honestly. Just know that if youre taking your vehicle here for repairs youll be met with nothing, but a run around and complete rudeness. Mark the collision center manager thinks he is some kind of entitled God who can say anything he wants with no consequences. The guy honestly needs to be fired, but clearly hes someones relative at the place. Worst customer service ever. Highly dont recommend.

Our car was towed here after an accident. The shop manager was arrogant and acted like he knew it all. He wasnt very professional what so ever. He dismissed anything we asked, basically decided he knew the fate of our car just from looking at it for about 30 seconds. Because he decided he knew it all after a 30 second once over, he refused to listen or even consider our concerns on possible repairs. He went on to make off handed remarks about us. Who does that! We had the car taken somewhere else where it was deemed a total loss. Thankfully I never had to deal with this man and this shop after that experience. We tell everyone even considering this body shop to not do it!

Mark helped us with getting a bad paint job fixed with very little inconvenience to us. He got it in and out very quickly and I was very surprised to pick it up and see that he even had the car cleaned. Very impressed. Mark’s beard game is even really strong 😀
