I needed help with the Best Buy website to set up an account for my church. Tia J. went out of her way to walk me through the steps and helped me use my phone to get the account set up. I really appreciate her sticking with me and helping me out instead of just telling me what I needed to do and then walk off like some young people would do. She stayed with me helping me out and the other associates near by were also very nice and helpful. I truly appreciate the care I received during my visit. Thanks again Tia J.

The visit was decent, with the store being clean and well lit. I think because of staffing though, wait times to get assistance can get a little long. Once assistance arrives though, they are very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable and appear to be happy to help where they can. Things they dont know the answer to, they find the answer and make sure you are satisfied before going on to someone else. My only issue was staffing.

Walked in the door every plans to buy a laptop. after 30 mins of no one interested in helping just left. There was another customer in the same boat. Walked out went to Sams club bought a laptop that day for way less than I would have spent at Best Buy.

Selection is small and customer service is really lacking. Not one associate greeted me or offered assistance. The couple in cell phone area were too busy flirting and socializing rather bother to acknowledge any customers. Worst store in the company that I have ever been to.

It’s a Best Buy. As far as it goes, employees were nice and the stocking in there was decent, only reason I put it as 3 stars is once while I was checking out my things, me and the cashier watched silently as roach crawled past the table. Bit of a sanitary issue. Which isn’t preferred in times like now.

The experience at Best buy was very satisfactory. The clerks are very proficient, and knowledgeable about the products, and and what your concerns might be. they listen attentively to what ones concerns are then they are able to help. I experience the gracious help of a representative named Q and on a different day I experienced April in January. April, was the clerks name.as was mentioned from the outset the experience was very satisfactory, because these individuals they went beyond it seems to be able to help. That I was prompted to ask the clerk.. do they pay you extra to be so nice?.... Smile.

Went in to look at phones and fitness watches, picked out the fitbit I wanted, the sales person was wonderful, patient and so helpful, and he took it to customer service for me to check out, and after standing in line for about 10 minutes with at least 6 people before me, I was told we couldnt check out at a register I need to do it thru customer service, because their check out was not open.. there were 3 people working customer service and about 20 employees that were walking around and helping customers that might need assistance on the floor, but having to wait probably 30 more minutes to check out lost best buy my business.

Contacted apple to schedule a battery replacement on an iPhone, our appointment was @5:40, driving from Killeen Texas which is a 32 minute drive one way to be told that we’d have to drop of my phone and pick it up the next day, because the apple tech wasn’t there to replace the battery. What’s the point of having an appointment if no one is that to do the Job. and the Best Buy employee blamed apple for this. I blame both Apple & Best Buy. Ad Nauseam 🙄

Clean. Personnel are semi attentive. Never has in stock what I need, but that may be just my luck, so I wont fault them for that. Prices are generally $10-100 what you can find on Amazon and other stores, but they do have decent in store sales from time. Overall, a good place to browse for most of the things you need, to then buy somewhere else.

Don’t expect ANY customer service from this location UNLESS you purchase their extended warranty. After 15 days... “screw you, you’re on your own, call the manufacturer “. They’re not there to help you after the purchase, only there to take your order and then your money. I will take my future business elsewhere and I will give you ALL the word of mouth advertising you deserve.

Always well staffed and are happy to assist. If out of their department, they get you a staff member to go with and assist you. April, supervisor of cell phone/tablets/accessories, etc. Very knowledgeable, across the store. Is always in her area looking to help anyone(great at reading the deer in headlights look). April makes you feel valued, appreciated, and not just a number. Not just myself, everytime I am at Best Buy, I see the same with everyone shes been assisting. Temple, TX Best Buy is the BEST all around Ive been to, out of 13 states.

I went to Best Buy on Thursday and ask lady in the phones and watches to help me find a watch they are let me able to get text and talk she stared me towards a Fitbit I asked her several times if it was going to be able to give me the text and talk on it and she assured me that it would but when I got home it did not give me text talk or notification very much at set about this so I had to go back to Best Buy the next day and explain to them that what I want it was not what I got and then I wanted a replacement the lady there assisted me quite rapidly and I ended up leaving with a Samsung Galaxy watch 3 they gives me everything that I wanted in the first place so I gave the lady that helped me the first time maybe two and a half stars and the lady that helped me the second time five stars I shouldnt have have to call them back for help🤨🙂

This Best Buy has all the same characteristics as all the other Best Buy chain stores. What makes this store different than the others is the professionalism from the sales personnel. They explained to me everything for my needs. Was looking at laptops and found all that I wanted and needed and the price fit my wallet from the sales of the day. Thanks Temple.

I am so disappointed with Best Buy. Ordered replacement parts for my iRobot. The order was shipped to the store, but I was unable to pick up my order in time due to my work schedule. They returned my item which I understand. So I went to the Best Buy in Temple to order the replacement parts again. My order was scheduled for pick up on 12/29/20. I called about my order on 12/31/20 because I had not received notification that my order was ready for pickup. It had not arrived at the store yet.Today I get a call from Best Buy telling me if I do not pick up my order TODAY it will be returned. Never even got a notification that my order had arrived. No phone call, no email. I tried calling Best Buy and waited on the phone for 50 minutes. No one ever answered! 50 MINUTES of my time wasted. Go ahead and return my order and give me a refund Best Buy. I will get my replacement parts elsewhere.

Went in to get a Pixel 4a5g. Waited in line approximately 15-20 min with no movement. Left went to ATT store and came back. Still had the same people at the counter and others waiting. Stood there long enough to find a better deal online elsewhere and make a purchase before leaving and the line still had not moved.

Temple Best Buy, have never been disappointed shopping here. This last visit we were assisted by April. Super smart young person, no pushy sales talk just facts. Answered EVERY question. April took no offense when we did not want certain aspects of our purchase and she gave us all the facts and let us make our own choice. Highly recommend

I’m giving this one star not because of the products but the Best Buy card which is a complete scam. Don’t opt for it, you will end up paying way more than any discount you get from it and harassed by Citibank (I’m talking 3-4 calls a day from different numbers even when you’re paying your bill) as well as random fees from their bank. It is a complete headache and makes me really not trust the staff there for their lack of explanation on this “deal” lol. What a joke, they need to fix their card to go through another bank that isn’t a scam

Went in looking for a ps4 controller that they didn’t have. They were friendly and helpful but the store looks like it’s in disarray. Many items out of stock. Ordering online is easier and they do have a great curbside pickup system so that’s what I would suggest instead of going inside.

I avoid this Best Buy whenever possible due to poor customer service & product selection. I searched their weekly ad online and found a printer $10 less than Office Maxs sale price of $89.99. Went into Best Buy and the sale sign showed $89.99 instead of $79.99. Finally found an employee and asked about the price difference. He said sometimes their online prices are cheaper. I explained to the employee I could order it online with free 2 day shipping for $10 cheaper but Best Buy would have to pay to ship it to my house. The employee stated the store would price match their website. Of course as usual with this location the printer on sale wasnt in stock.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Bought a wall bracket for our TV on-line for curbside pick-up. Had the option of a new or open box item. Paid for the new item. Returned home, opened and box and parts are already out, bags ripped opened, some of the items that were ripped out of the original bag were placed in a separate bag, etc... obviously an open box item. Most of the items were there minus some washers and spacers, which is what I would have expected IF we payed for an open box! Called the store and was told they didn’t have any open boxes, basically calling me a liar. We live about 45min away so coming back was inconvenient not to mention the issue was their fault. No offer to mail us the missing parts, reimburse the difference...nothing other than “we didn’t have an open box”. So Your website was wrong and I am a liar?!?! Unbelievable. We knew better than to go to the Temple location...not our first issue. We almost always go to Waco but we were crunched for time....never again!

Went to look at an open box TV I saw online, walked around the TV section for about 10 min and couldnt find that TV or anyone there that wanted to assist. I went ahead and decided to make the purchase online for pickup.While we were waiting for it to get ready we found a kids fitbit watch marked on sale for $49.99 (about $20 off) but when we went to check out it showed regular price and we were told it was for a different color and that it didnt matter that they displayed it wrong because they dont have any control of the display. ???Now to top it off they bring out the TV and not only was it marked for less then what I payed for it, it also didnt have the leg stand or remote. This wasnt noted anywhere online and I would have never had messed with it knowing this. If someone could have helped us in that department we would have known to make a different choice. Instead they lost a customer for life. I will never shop at this Best Buy again.I am an Elite member and have been for the past 3 years. Great job on the outstanding service! This is why Brick and Mortar will fall!

Gene from the Geek Squad came to my home on 4/28/21 to check out my computer. Upon inspection, he immediately found that the power suppy had burned out, thus the reason I could not power it up for use.Since he did not have replacement part with him, he placed the hard drive into my car, so that I could take it into Best Buy to get the replacement power supply.I purchased what I needed, and since they were so backed up with repairs in the stores, I elected to bring the new power supply home, call back to see if I could reschedule another in home appointment for replacement and reconnecting my computer earlier than the store could do it.I was very lucky in the fact that there were two cancelations. One for the the following morning, or the next.The next morning, I got a call from Gene from Geek Squad letting me know that he was on his way to my home.Gene installed the new power suppy, and had my computer up and running in no time.I have to commend Gene. He came to my door, Introduced himself, and who he represented. I was also informed that he was fully vaccinated for COVID.Gene was very cordial, knowledgeable, pleasant, engaging regarding my issues, seemed to be concerned with the fact that the power suppy had burned out and didnt cause any other damage in the room.I feel like you have a 10 star 🌟 employee based on my two encounters with Gene!

Maybe its because of the Christmas holiday, that they dont have a large selection, and havent had time to restock because if covid, but even if I found one, I couldnt purchase it and take it home as they have none to take home. Nice very clean from restroom to Isle, the ones I walked on, sanitary and really friendly. Assistance from 3 of the staff was great. And as I exited hand sanitizing station was well organized, neatly and functionally arranged. One of the staff talk my eye and ear as he was asking Patrons entering and exiting how their day was how they were doing. When he (staff member was asked how he was, he said with a shine in his eyes and voice Iam living the dream & it was so genuine I felt it, and others around smiled, big smiles, not just me.

I bought a new phone from Best Buy. This was my first time to do so and it was fantastic. Their price on my nre Verizon phone was 10.00 a month lower than the Verizon Store. I definitely recommend doing this if you need a phone. Wish I had been doing this all along.

Worst store management ever. I bought a car stereo from this store and set up an install 3 weeks in advance. I got to the store and the technician would not install the Boss stereo because of the brand. They also didn’t have the harness to install. Why best buy sells a product they wont install is beyond me. The manager then assured me that if I bought the harness needed they will install. Well, the technician is declining again. I even offered to switch the radio to a JVC. Well now the store is unwilling to honor the original online offer of “free installation”. Im currently sitting in this Temple, Tx store waiting on a manager to give me updates. I will be contacting corporate and will escalate as high as possible.

I have never been very impressed by this bestbuy.. They got done what I wanted this time.. But its like jumping through hoops. I always have to check my receipts to make sure if I added a warranty on one of my purchases it is actually on there because they have slide by on that and it has coasted me more time and headache. Made an appointment with the Genius Bar, which was 30 minutes away from me. Came in and during the consultation the employee told me that since they are severely understaffed that I would have to leave my phone there for 5-6 days. I hate that I drove 1 hr round trip for a 2 minute consultation stating that I would have to be without a phone for that long. Advised me to travel to Austin for better help. Wish I could have at least gone through a phone consultation knowing that before I made the trip.

I bought a washer and dryer from this location and scheduled delivery for today. I confirmed delivery yesterday via phone and received a text this morning again confirming. I took off work for the entire afternoon because the delivery window is from 12-8. I received an email at 2:40 this afternoon confirming my delivery again. I received a call at 5:50 explaining that the washer and dryer are still at the Best Buy store because the truck broke down and they couldn’t be delivered today. This is 6 hours into my delivery window. I asked if my husband could come pick them up and they said only if we could make it in 10 minutes because the store is about to close. I feel that they could have called earlier in the day to let me know the delivery would not be coming so that I could have not missed so much work and perhaps taken off another afternoon this week for the delivery or go pick them up at the store.

I took a RAM stick to the Geek Squad to see if it was a DDR3 or DDR4, and the manager looked at briefly, and told me it was DDR3. After that, I bought a stick of DDR3 RAM assuming that it would fit my computer, and found out that it was supposed to be DDR4 RAM. The manager didnt take enough time to properly look, evaluate, and give helpful advice, and instead rushed through to send me along my way. All in all, I was very dissatisfied with my visit, and I had hoped for a better experience from the people that are self-proclaimed tech gurus.

Hadnt been on a Best buy in 4 maybe 5 years. The staff were friendly and the layout is much nicer than it use to be. More modern I suppose. Easy to get around and find what your looking for.
