Weve been doing business here off and on for years. As soon as we walk in the door, the employees greet us immediately. They answer all our questions and concerns. Weve never had an issue with the items we got. We love Alvin and his employees. Great people to do business with.

My husband and I went in to look at refrigerators for our new place. They didnt have the one I wanted but it will be coming in next week. Alvin made the process so easy. Not only that but hes going to lend us one until ours comes in so were not without one. Thank you for making our move a bit less stressful. I will do business here again and highly recommend everyone I know who is looking to rent to own.

Poor communication with a good customer that’s been there for years.. I bought several things and paid off multiple items.. the manger is rude and does not care about the customer at all.. was told I would receive an item on a certain day.. and totally just ignored and forgot about the customer... I think I’ll take my Business elsewhere... lost a good customer..if I could rank there service it would be no stars.. poor service...

I very rarely give reviews but how ever since Ive been renting with this crew they have been the far most amazing group of people friendly always willing to help find the best deals within your budget when they say they want to help in anyway so that you can keep your things they mean it they have been so understanding and supportive of my hard times and have gone way above to be there me and my family are greatful to be a part of your store and will never go anywhere else I truly recommend this store to anyone Alvin thank you so very much cynthia as well the crew there are just so amazing rarely do you find a rental place as dedicated honest and compassionate as we have found in you guys 5 stars is just not enough to show our gratitude for your services and as far as more interest rates is nothing compared to the service Id rather pay more and know that I can trust that my stuff is ok Id rather pay more to company that just wont come take my stuff sometimes it pays off to pay more you guys are great and will always have our business

I wouldnt rent from this place. I got a couch from them the other day it wasnt in my house for two minutes and i had cockroaches crawling out of the couch. When i contacted the store they didnt seem to care one bit.

Talked my 70 year old dad into believing an xbox one with madden for 1100 over 24 months or 650 in 90 days same as cash was a good deal and the best xbox one out(This Xbox one was 300$ or cheaper anywhere else). Also sold him the showroom couch for the new price. However as an added bonus, the broken glass under the couch cushions was free though. Dont do buisness here unless you wanna pay insane interest rates. 850$ in interest payments on a 250$ console over 2 years for a person with a 700+ credit score is the definition of insanity.

I was looking for a queen mattress. I looked at what they had, which was not what I wanted. I thought that their mattress prices were high. Not very friendly.
