Extremely helpful staff! They also accept expired coupons!!! 😳 Amazing!!! I exchanged my soda steamer bottles which was nice because its cheaper. They also sell bar keepers friend powder and foam spray. Nice clean store although the bathroom needs a bit of work.

Walked in asked for help for a wedding registry in and 7 minutes...good workers willing to help you. I was lost not familiar with this store...

This location never had what I’m looking for - but out of the 3 orders I’ve purchased online in the past 6 months 2 have been incorrect/never received. They also required me to be able to print out a label to return the incorrect item in order to receive a refund. Overall, pretty disappointing experience.

True to every other location of Bed Bath & Beyond that Ive been to, the customer service is amazing here. They have a wide selection of kitchen gadgets, bath accessories and just about everything else youd look for in such a retailer. I was able to use coupons from both my email and text messaging, so be sure to sign up for both of those, as well as the paper flier you can get sent to in the mail. It all adds up! Hats off to all the friendly, helpful staff!

We just moved to the area and of course we are in need of all the kitchen, bath and organizing essentials we left behind or gave away. This BB&B is smaller than my old neighborhood one but I found it well stocked, clean and the staff very helpful and friendly!

This location usually has a friendly and helpful staff. Tough to beat their return policy, and of all the years of shopping there the only items I have ever returned are vacuum cleaners, and that was one particular model for which I did not have any luck. This is a great location for getting k-cups for a coffee maker, and the selection and price of the coffee makers is competitive. Sign up for the emails, and you will receive a 20% off coupon good for the month, delivered to your phone or email 12 times a year. Pay attention to the coupons as they are usually 20% off of one item, but every once in a while, it will be good for your entire purchase. Tough to beat an offer like that. I have notifications sent to my phone, and I receive approximately 2 notices per month. One to deliver the coupon l, and then a reminder to use it before the end of the month. I can live with that, and do not find two notices intrusive.

Found just what I needed with the help of the staff. I needed a product I couldnt locate and they went to the back and retrieved the right location. everyone was friendly on a cool day, thanks.

Great sales & not crowded!!

This is a smaller store than Im used to but it still has a wonderful selection of all products. If you cant find what you are looking for the store has the ability to order it online for you and have it shipped to you or to store, but you can really find that at most stores now. I havent had a bad experience here, dont think I ever will. Staff is friendly and willing to help out whenever you need it while shopping. I come here for normal home items like dishes, silverware, bathroom decor, towels, bedroom. Prices are good for the quality of the items you get here.

Bed Bath & Beyond is my most favorite store! I spend at least an hour walking around and looking at everything, then another hour going back and getting things I want and need! Thank you to the staff who are always helpful and kind and thanks to the staff that work so hard keeping the store stocked and clean!

Have to stay away from this place because within the walls are every product that I ever wanted to call an 800 number to buy. I went in for curtain rods and left with over $70 worth of stuff! Only take in the amount of money you want to spend. Because once you start looking around youll need everything in this store! Who else bought a scarf hanger for their wife?

An employee named Ashley was rude during my checkout process. Her attitude was very unprofessional when she asked for my email address and I told her I did not want to give out my email address. Her sarcasm when saying “have a good day” was quite noticeable. I will never visit this store again because of her. She needs to have training on customer service and perhaps conduct business a bit more amicably.

I think this bed bath and beyond could use a bit more organizing and making sure you can see the products easier. Like the clearance area was everywhere and I know some people are on a tight schedule. So making clearance in one area and organizing will help with future sales. I do like the fact that the rest of the store is organized.

I went in to look around and ended up finding a few items I wanted. Luckily, they happened to be on sale with a bright red tag saying the sale price. Well I go to the register and they are ringing up full price, at this point, i think he was the manager, he went to look at the area I had picked them up at and removed the sale price and told me they werent on sale. I dont know if the tag was suppose to be there or not but I know the only reason i grabbed them was because I saw the sale sign and Im very disappointed that I couldnt get it for the advertised price.

This placed run their business just liked the Chinese dream! We got there the business hours off the clocks and the manager still let us in! Its because we needs a bedsheets to make a bed so we can sleep! We just move here! And know no where to shop. I never gave anyone any business five start before.!!! But this shop and manager had passed the quality that I look for. Soon if I decide to hirer helps in my business and would be these folks. And I will continue to shop there and tell more to comes.

They have everything from bed and bath products and beyond lol. Its fun sometimes too just go look at the as seen on TV stuff. Also a good place to get wedding presents and they will print out a wedding receipt so the bride and groom dont know what you spent.

I called the store in Temple needing more curtains. Spoke with Gail. She offered to order some more for me. But instead called the Waco store and had them hold 6 panels for me. She was so helpful to help me locate what I needed. KUDOS TO GAIL AT THE TEMPLE STORE .

Their coupons and selection is amazing. I was able to find Yankee candles for 80% off. The quality is amazing and they always have the best deals.

Lots of great items from kitchen wear to bathroom accessories to candles to bedroom decor basically anything you need for you home although it is all pretty pricey.

First time in my 56 years I set foot on a triple B. I went in to buy a sheer for a side window...I came out having spent $300! What a great store and wonderful, super helpful staff. Shout out to Gloria and Heather for your special assistance. I’ll be visiting regularly. Thanks!

I always find something that Im looking for at bed bath & beyond.

Staff was friendly and helpful, not only to my family but to others that I saw them assisting.

The store is so well organized and the staff is very friendly. On top of that, I happened to have a violent coughing attack from out of nowhere, not sure what caused it, and the teller was more than patient when I had to run to get some water before I could complete my transaction. Was terribly embarrassing and yet she alleviated most of the awkwardness with her genuinely nice attitude.

It can be a little over priced on some things. They usually mail a 20% off coupon so you should sign up if you dont get them. They also have some great clearance deals so I try to stop in every so often. I also like several brands of the sheets they carry.

Little pricey so be sure to use the 20% off coupons and hit the sales. Staff is very helpful and friendly and DIY gift wrap is free.

Such a neat store you find some really neat little eclectic items, good quality stapled as well! Such as towels, Pots and Pans Cookware. We went for a new shower curtain lot to choose from.

Customer service is always excellent no matter which location we visit. Today I watched one of the associates go above and beyond to help more than one customer.

The worst! The woman working the register didnt acknowledge me when I walked up. She was sorting coins. Another clerk walked up, and they began to talk. I stood there for a sec and then walked out. I wont go back.

This BB&B is easily the worst one I have ever seen. Its really small, and has very little selection. I was looking for a tea-infuser, and ended up having to go to Marshalls. Freaking Marshalls has a better supply of kitchen-ware than this BB&B. Garbage!
