Great customer service! We called needing a storage space quickly. The gentleman we spoke with walked us through setting up our account online and within an hour we were at the facility with our items.

Service is good, but they have a ridiculous convenience fee if you pay your space rent online. since when is convenience more costly? Its insulting.

Our need was a storage room. We were amidst moving and there were items we did not know. . .Should it stay or should we let it go. We found Cube Storage to be our purgatory. Cube Smart is a very clean and organized. We were in good hands! We have a key entry code-verifying who we were. We purchased a heavy duty lock in the office, its important to have additional peace of mind. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Having friendly helpful employees is key for any business establishment. In closing, CubeSmart is highly recommended. Thank you!

This is a nice, clean facility. Victoria is very helpful and efficient. She made the process of getting our storage unit as simple as possible.

OK for short term but youre better off selling the stuff and buying it new when you need it. Price keeps going up.

In one word or two: Honesty & Transparency. Ive used Storage Facilities for years, and every single one will try to fleece you. Im a new customer with CubeSmart (one month in), and I was hoping theyd be different—especially since their main advertising angle is superior customer service. Not the case.When I first inquired about the availability of a unit, the salesperson claimed I could use my own persona lock. I reserved a unit at their Temecula, CA. location. Next, when I talked to an actual worker at the site, she said that I couldnt use my own lock, citing a “new” policy. I was disappointed, but since I had little time, I agreed to go with it and paid extra for the unnecessary lock. As we went through the billing items, she indicated that there would be a monthly insurance charge. I mentioned that I already had Renters insurance through AAA—which would cover the insurance portion. She said fine—just send her a copy of my policy.A couple of weeks later (after Id checked with AAA that CubeSmart was included in my policy), I called again so I could send them a copy of the policy. The gentleman that answered informed me that its no longer their policy to accept outside insurance. He claimed that everyone had to pay the minimum additional insurance—regardless !???!If this isnt fleecing—what is? Am I paranoid, or is this sort of disingenuous behavior just rampant with businesses these days?

Okay. Im editing this review. I was outright lied to about insurance and lock requirements. Then, more than a year after I provided proof of insurance, (and had their insurance cancelled) they started charging me AGAIN! How many people do they pull this on?But, the facility was always clean and there were some very nice people working in the office.

Great centralized location and support staff! Tim the Manager is exceptional to work with and really wants to take care of his clients. Once my rental was established they called following up and verifying everything. In addition they went the extra mile to help me with my particulate situation. When I stopped in to get a unit, Sol was so friendly, kind, and helpful. She helped me choose the size I needed. When the system would not allow her to rent me a unit right then, I agreed to come back the next day. An hour later, she called to tell me the system was up and I could return if I wanted or still return the next day. I really needed the unit that night so I ran over and she quickly got me set up, showed me the unit, gave me instructions and I was on my way. Sol is super friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable, and I would rent a unit here again just because of her. Also, the area was very clean and comfortable to get around.

I reserved my 5 x 5 online. The staff called within 24 hrs to confirm my reservation. The staff was pleasantly helpful in getting me my unit # before my move in date which help me with work. When I came in to do the paperwork the ladies were super nice and extremely helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I definitely recommend CubeSmart.

This self-storage location is clean, well lighted, and in great condition. Staff was very helpful and took care of my unit set-up quickly and efficiently. They are located well, close to the freeway on a major street, with a left-turn lane just for this facility. Thats a pretty big deal on a busy, fast moving 6 lane road. Im very pleased with the ease of access to my unit, and the access hours go to 10 PM, 7 days per week.

The facility is located near Pechanga Resort and Casino and convenient shopping and freeway access. I rented this storage unit out for 6 months and I had a great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family! The place is clean and staff is very friendly. The manager of this unit has been very helpful and even made things super convenient for me as far as payment set up and when I need access to my unit. Cubesmart in Pechanga Parkway, Temecula looks great and clean facility. I particularly liked the red/grey exterior paint of Cubesmart which was just newly painted when we signed up for a unit. The staffs, Brandon, Delmy and Patricia welcomed us with enthusiasm and made us feel right at home. They help us through the process with smile and genuine care to accommodate our storage needs. They showed great customer service and made us feel a sense of security in knowing that our stuffs will be in good hands and protected. I just hope that the corporate office strive to lower the rates to allow people to afford and maintain the units with ease and also bring more clients/patrons to the establishment.

My introduction to Cube Smart in Temecula off Pechanga parkway was smooth from the start. I reserved online then received a phone call confirming my reservation and answered any questions I had. Prior to move in I received a reminder email confirming date and space we rented. Day of move Patricia called to confirm our arrival time. During the friendly conversation with Patricia I realized we needed a larger space ( we were loading up the truck while we spoke) Patricia gave me several options to accommodate our need for a larger space. I got what I needed with no issues and all was smooth sailing after that. We rented a 10x15 and that left room for the rest of our boxes we still had to moveI would recommend this location. My personal experience was excellent and I appreciated the professionalism from Patricia and the rest of staff

This self-storage facility is operated by a superb manager and outstanding customer service representatives. This facility is clean and well maintained. Upon renting a storage unit, you have approximately 30 days to use CubeSmart 10 truck to help with your move. Customer service at this location is paramount. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.

This was a great experience for our first time using a storage facility. We initially were going to get something outside, but when we told the attendant what we would be storing, she led us in the right direction for climate control instead. Saved our items from the heat! And boy, is this facility clean! I am really impressed.

What great service! We came in to look at storage today, we are first time users and we needed extra attention, so we were at first disheartened when we pulled in and the parking lot was full and the office was packed with people, but we went in anyway and I’m glad that we did. Inside despite the clamor there was a man with a huge smile somehow able to help multiple customers at once sliding seamlessly between two computers making effortless small talk the whole time. In no time at all the office was empty and it was our turn the Manager was thoughtful in the questions that he asked as well as the time and care he took showing us different sizes and types of sheds explaining the benefits of each. Needless to say we were impressed! We now feel like experts, when he asked me for the review I said yes without hesitation.

Delmy was awesome. On the day I tried to rent a unit online she had a customer in the store renting the same unit. When I called she took the time to check on another unit that she was told was going to be available. She called me back within minutes to let me know the space was indeed available and she was able to reserve it for me. Every thing from that point on has been smooth. The storage unit is managed by two vey sweet ladies who always go out of their way to help you. The units are well maintained and clean. It has easy assess to get in and out of from southern Temecula. Thank you ladies for always being helpful:-)

If I could give this company no stars I would. It all started when I first tried to get a unit. We arrived 45 minutes before they were closing, and the lady at the front desk was in a hurry to go home. First the lady told us the computer system was down, and we insisted there was someone we could call about the system. After about 15 minutes she agreed to call. Magically the system was working again. Eventually we got our unit. A month later I try to make my first payment and every option to make a payment had a fee attached. During the automated payment system, I was told to avoid a fee call your local cubesmart. After getting ahold of the cubesmart the lady says we dont take payments over the phone. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Choose another storage company.

Moved here from out of NC. Wanted to store my car trailer. They had the available space but refused me because I have a multi year plate on my trailer (different from CA registration). They said they needed to confirm that I owned the trailer, so I offered to show them the title from the NC DMV. This was elevated to the site manager who refused it. I asked to speak to the mgr to help him understand and was told that the manager wasnt taking calls (supposedly leaving for vacation). Ive rented a 10x30 garage from this rental yard for the past 2 months and they treat me this way... Stay away from this place - staff and mgmt are difficult to work with.
