Customer Service/Khalid especially, was wonderful! My only complaint is that you dont pro rate when you have to move out, because of the Movers Schedule not mine! Because I had to move out of my unit 7 days after January 6th, I had to pay for a another Full Month, due to no fault of my own. Now that Im out early, youll be able to rent my unit out early & Get DOUBLE Rent For My Unit! Great for Your Company, Not So Good For Me!!$200 is alot for me as A Senior!Also, for about 4 Months at the beginning of my rental, I was Overcharged! I had to watch the automatic payment Ever Month & then Call for a refund or adjustment. Im just glad I noticed it myself! No one from your company ever noticed!A few policies need to change for your Customers sake!

Overall great, but I rented the unit because it was advertised that I could do my hobbies there and even turn my unit into an art studio, but the clerk on duty gave me grief about not just dropping things off and leaving, and called it hanging out if I did try and utilize the space for my hobbies, such as playing guitar and building motorized bicycles.

A huge huge shoutout to Kahlil for his excellent customer service and patience. During a difficult time with my family and everything going on, he exceeded my expectations and really made sure that we were 100% satisfied! This facility is well-maintained by Khalil. It’s clean and security is great. There is tons of room for my trailer to go through the property. I’m a long-term tenant with multiple units. Throughout the years, I’ve always received great customer service. Dana is also a manager here and she has ALWAYS been a big help to me. Wosrt storage place. I would not recommend it to anyone. I had a unit for years and it got broken into. The staff addmited they where not doing their job properly. Like cheking the locks properly. Plus the office smelled like mariguana. I was very disapointed with the customer service after having the unit for years. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I also tried to call their boss, left a message and never got a call back or any answer at all.

Management must use ALL communication means available in their system to notify tenants of their units condition/incident i.e, burglery etc. VERY POOR AND IRRESPONSIBLE handling of my units case, VERY POOR security features. Will NEVER recommend this facility to family and friends.

I was working as a Hospitality Manager and had to stop by the storage several times a week, Kahlil was very pleasant and helpful everytime I saw him. He knew each persons storage unit and would give updates on deliveries. Very professional and efficient.

Kahlil and the rest of the staff there are very nice, informative, and helpful. When I was notified that the rent for our unit was going to increase $100, I asked them if they could not increase it just for the next month because I was pretty certain that we were going to have all of our stuff from storage removed fairly soon... well not only did they do that, but they went the extra mile and decided to keep our unit at the same price for the rest of the year!

Pretty well hidden storage facility. Setting up a unit took no more than a few minutes and upgrading storage units is just as quick. Its size of the units are very affordable.

Khalil showed me all around the place, and was very helpful with my unit choice. He also came out immediately (must have been watching the cameras) when my UHaul was blocked in from other tenants, and escorted me through the side gate so I didnt have to wait. Great experience here so far!

So I love this place until about three days ago. There is a unit behind me that has been broken into by the renters and I have seen a little bit of whats inside and it just looks like gather items bunch of loose stuff trashand there is a little bit of a split in the sheet metal which is what separates the two storages is sheet metal and bolts part of the metal has been cut we reported it and so far nothings been done because these people are still somewhat living out of it and I know one of the renters or boyfriend of theis cutting locks because he was charging his phone in the outlets are locked so I am concerned and will be coming in to the office tomorrow to discuss the issue hopefully with an ownerSo here is an update on this issue which i apologize for my extreme latenesses on correcting my last review. Anyways. I would like to say thank u to StorQuest management for handing the above situation promptly.It wasnt even a day later and the renters I spoke of were evicted immediately. The manager of the facility was on top of the situation the moment he got wind. I feel like our things are secure again. Mostly i want to thank management for handling the situation at StorQuest. I would definitly refer business to StorQuest.They take care of there renters.Now i just need my light bulb changed. Lol.
