If you need any help with Verizon, devices, advices and exceptional service this is the location! Do ask for Chris! I had problems with my phone for a year, the gentleman by the mall couldn’t be bothered unless you buying a new phone, the other place told us call Verizon customer service!!!Chris fixed my phone just simply changing SIM card, added a new line for my daughter and gave us some good tips. It felt like I went to a long time friend that took care of me! Seriously he is amazing! Thank you!

Sales Rep Chris was phenomenal!!! Tons of patience, knowledgable and very personable when dealing with my 85 y/o Grandpa’s phone exchange. Both my Dad and Grandpa went into the store not knowing anything about Apple. Spoke to Chris over the phone and advised him of them both being hard of hearing, with his customer service they both walked out happy campers!! To the high ups, make sure you give him an atta boy because his professionalism made the experience flawless.Chris - Thanks again dude!! We appreciate you!

When my old Galaxy S7 died, it took more than 1200 photos with it. A young lady at Verizon sold me a new phone and tried to transfer all of my photos, but since I had forgotten all of my passwords, it seemed impossible.A fix it shop wanted to sell me a new battery for $80 in hopes that it would wake up my phone long enough to transfer my photos. I didnt want to spend $80 on a phone that kept heating up and locking.Today Aaron at Verizon worked his magic. He spent hours retrieving my photos and videos.

When I came here to get a new phone l had the pleasure of working with Javier H. and he was a huge help. After originally going in and replacing my old phone, I dropped my new one and cracked the screen. To make a long story short the model phone I had required a complete replacement, and not just a screen swap out. Javier helped me avoid the phone replacement warranty fee and almost any other fee we encountered. All said and done I paid nothing, got the new replacement phone, and Im a happy customer.

Do Not Ever use these guys to buy Verizon service or devices!!!! They adding hundreds of dollars worth of charges to my bill and installed their tracking app (basically malware) on every device I purchased from them. When my rebates for buy 1 get 1 that they helped me submit were not honored due to missing paperwork, they refused to help, I had to go into the actual Verizon store by the Promenade to get that issue corrected, and they helped me without adding service charges to my bill.Do Not use 3rd party sales people!! They are nothing but trouble! Always out to screw anyone for a quick buck!

Bought a secondary phone I was going to give to someone. I brought the phone home, charged it up and set it on my coffee table. 2 days after buying the phone the screen went out. I examined the phone before taking it in and there was no scratches or marks on the phone. I took the phone in to have them switch it out. While at the store they tried opening a side compartment on the phone and scratched the phone. They then said because the phone that I didnt even make one phone call with has screen damage and couldnt be returned. Do not go to this store super shady and unprofessional!

Upon going here, I was excited to finally switch from tmobile over to verizon due to signal issues. I told the girl what I wanted in terms of phones, devices and so on. I had asked about the price of the phones that she insisted on me getting for my kids 2 lines. I told her I didn’t need anything high end and I would be ok with just the free phones. Then I’m told they are buy one get one free so I was like alright thats awesome lets do it. My husbands phone is currently being unlocked by tmobile so I told her I would wait on getting his line transferred over and that I prefer to do it online since I can get myself a $250 rebate for bringing your own device, ONCE AGAIN SHE WONT ALLOW ME TO MAKE MY OWN DECISION! The next thing you know she ports over my husbands number and her supervisor or manager lies to my face telling me that they would honor the $250 online by crediting my $100 towards my first bill. GUESS WHAT GUYS, THATS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE BECAUSE I DONT SEE THAT CREDIT WHATSOEVER. Then the girl tells me that my first bill wont be due till next month ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER LIE. I get it, YOU GUYS WANT YOUR COMMISSION SO BADLY EVEN IF IT MEANS LYING TO CUSTOMERS. 3 DAYS IN AND I’M ALREADY DISSATISFIED. When I got home I noticed all these add ons to my bill that I had to get fixed. SHE ALSO FAILED TO MENTION THAT THE STUPID REBATES WOULD TAKE UP TO 8 WEEKS TO GET. SHE SWORE I COULD USE THEM ON THE FIRST BILL OR TOWARDS TMOBILE PAYOFF. I SHOULDN’T HAVE EVER GONE TO THIS LOCATION. I have much more to complain about.

Erin was great help it seemed, but I later found out they took off my $300 discount off my new phone when it was supposed to be marked down from $1000 to $700. They presented the numbers so quickly that both me (an attorney) and my friend (a RN) were bamboozled into thinking the price was less. Ive been with Verizon since the 90s and when this contract is over, so am I with verizon! They still have not refunded all the money this franchised shot cheated me out of.

Aaron, sold us new phones with the bogo offer, ran all the numbers and gave us what to expect on our bill, he was so wrong! He never did his job on making sure my phone was free and we got charged for both phones, First bill cycle and we were charged 150 dollars more than what we were expecting. Luckily with one simple call we were able to get help and have bill lowered. The bill will still be 85 dollars more than we thought but with that call we found out how much he screwed us over and that he had lied to us. Don’t trust them for your service, ever. We will pay the one phone off and find a new provider.

I came in a few days ago because I heard about the iPhone 7 promotion and right when I walked in I was greeted by the sales associate Moe! He was an Awesome guy and explained all the steps on how the trade in for the iPhone 7 works. Got a dope case and glass screen protector with it and I couldnt ask for any more. After dropping my phone and finding out my screen was back I went in to replace my phone. I can honestly say it was by far the smoothest phone purchase. Julian helped me and did not push me (like those annoying car sales men) to get a bunch of stuff. I chose my phone got my case. Elyas, the store manager, came over and introduced himself and assist Julian. They worked together to get me out with a great deal and I am satisfied! I highly recommend this store. The staff is very welcoming. If you have any issues the store manager and sale reps always try and figure it out and never make it a hassle. I really appreciate that from this store! I had a problem with my phone, called Go Wireless store off Temecula Parkway next to the dance studio..spoke to a girl named Rikci who was super upbeat, she told me to cruise over and shell help me out.Went to the store and all issues resolved like she promised.Phone had zero storage but I had deleted all video files which was driving me nuts.She cleared up all cache files and other unwanted apps which gave me a ton of storage and she helped me insert a new sd card for even more space.Defiantly recommend you ask for her, she will help you out.Thanks Ricki

My advice, go to an original Verizon store, and not one of these GoWireless Premium Retailers. They must be held to a different standard. They will give you the hard sell for electronic tablets you dont need and allow other people on your account to make changes on your account without your authorization. My son tried to get a replacement on a cracked phone, ended up with two tablets, a new phone, and a new contract, all without my authorization, and he was told the monthly bill would go down. Next day, when I went to the store to return the tablets, I was told there would be a $75 restock fee per tablet, so I held on to them. When I got my first bill, a few weeks later, there was a $40 activation fee and $10 per tablet, and my bill went up $55!!! When I went back to the store, the assistant manager gave me the run around, saying she could not make changes without a manager. When I came back the following day, the manager was helping another customer for 45 minutes and never even spoke to me. He handed me off to Sal, who was the original dude who pushed the tablets. He then threatened to charge me $175 per tablet to return them both. I dealt with Verizon directly because I got nowhere with these people. On top of that, there was a several salespeople standing around when they could have been cleaning the place, vacuuming or something. The glass doors were covered with fingerprints.

Very difficult to just come in and get what you want. Probably because I want honesty in people I do business with. Went in Saturday and was told the bogo expired today. On the 11th?? Gave the store a second chance told them exactly what I wanted and was told the best way for me to say money was to raise my bill only $80 a month and get an iPad since the so called Free Verizon Pad i never wanted and paid $50 a month for two years. I honestly think the only thing worse than robe-calls are mobile phone salesman that insist on sticking to you instead of selling you exactly what you want. I get it, they are commission but the blatant lying is a total turn-off and probably forcing me to keep my now 4 year old phone

I came in with a bad taste in my mouth with a rebate and billing issue. Marlon not only called customer care to drop my bill from the an outrageous price of $90 for one line to $50 a month. I am a senior citizen and on a tight budget and the plan that he found for me is less then I expected to pay. When it came to the rebate he also jumped on the phone and resubmitted everything and now is on its way to me. I have to say that the type of service he gave me was not only outstanding but also very comforting. I am not a techy guy and feel like I can be easily take advantage of, but Marlon made the experience feel like he was there to help me and not send me off with no conclusions. I thank you Marlon for not only making my experience great but also showing compassion to my situation. You truly are an amazing asset to that team.

I did not have a great experience at this store I feel that my husband and I were lied to by your salesman Michael. What he originally told us was that if we get my husband new cell phone that the galaxy notebook would not cost anything. I already have a galaxy tab pro and I didnt need anther one but he said it was free with the phone. So when I got my bill is when I realized that was not the case.so I went back to the store to talk to Michael to talk about what was on my bill he totally denied what he said. Then he had one of the other salesman call customer service and I talked to a gentleman name Robbie and explained to him about what was going on he told me to let him talk back to the salesman. Then the salesman talked to Robbie and I was waiting to see what was what about my concerns and the salesman said that he was on hold and I thought he was talking about the Verizon representative had him on hold and one hour and thirty minutes later I ask the salesman if the representative still had him on hold he then told me that no he put the representative on hold. I said to him you mean to tell me that I have been waiting here thinking that I was being taken of you were worried about sales? Not caring about a customer who had just purchased a phone from this store. When I got back on the phone with the representative he said he wasnt pleased either.

Went to trade my phone in and upgrade. Im hearing impaired and made it VERY CLEAR that I had to have a phone that I could hear anyone on. She called me on it, it was fine but she had a loud voice so of course it would be ok. She threw in some extras LOL. One of the extras was a headset that I would never be able to use. I told her that, she said it was a freebie, just take it. Ok. Then tells me I owe $169 in taxes. Ummmmmmm, no I dont. Tax was around $60. I told her. SUDDENLY it dropped to $92. OK, why? Oh, the case doesnt come with it. Ok. Paid the $92 and left. 1st phone call I I got I couldnt hear. I live 30 miles from Verizon store so had a neighbor call and was told to return phone and see what could be done with something else. I returned phone. The cyst Serb rep so had purchased my phone had been fired according to the person I was now talking to. He told me the phone I needed would be on sale the next week and I was happy I drove the 30 miles (1 way) and could get a deal if I waited. So I waited. I made an appt with Mo, the customer service rep I was now dealing with who told me to wait. Made an,appointment with Mo to come back and get the phone going on sale when it went on sale. Went back, he had no clue who I was but yes phone was on sale but it had been more than 2 weeks so just couldnt turn phone in for another not to mention none were in stock. Mgt was called and stepped in for maybe 30 seconds, said it couldnt be done and left. Mo left to go to the rear of store, came back and said he was overriding the mgr because he himself had told me to wait. How does a customer Rep override a mgr after mgr was exceedingly clear that the 2 weeks had passed and there were no options except keep the phone or purchase the one that would do what I needed?Im very leary of Verizon now. I dont trust them at all. In in my 70s which is quite clear just looking at me, they were made aware I was hearing impaired several times and yet here I am stuck with rules that that change whenever the situation warrants AND a customer service rep can override a mgr. Old, yes. Heard of hearing, yes. Stupid, NOT!!!

I had a challenging situation develop on Sept 12th when I tried to return a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phone (per the recall) but did not have the box it came in when I purchased it on Aug 31st. At first I was told they could not accept the phone for return without the box it came in. I stood my ground and demanded an exchange with or without the box.Finally, the Asst Off. Mgr., Ashton Johns, came to my rescue and creatively worked out a deal whereby I could be given a new phone as an upgrade -- and he addressed my situation professionally, politely, and proficiently all along the process. He put me at ease immediately, and went to great lengths to make things right for me.However, there was still a serious glitch in the system -- whereby my Verizon account now showed TWO PHONES on installment and I contacted Verizon Customer Service and Accounting to demand that the Samsung Galaxy note 7 phone be REMOVED forthwith from my account ( since I had turned it in on 9/12/16).So I contacted Verizon by phone again and stated my case again for REMOVING that Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phone from my billing. They told me to go back into the store where I bought that phone and my account would be cleared up there.So I returned to the GoWireless store In Temecula on 9/17/16 and was immediately greeted by Asst. MGR. Ashton Johns - who meticulously and professionally (and politely & respectfully) spent about TWO HOURS with me and working to resolve the discrepancies on my Verizon account. He contacted Verizon on the phone, worked with his office manager (Elyas -- who was also polite, professional, and proficient in helping Ashton when needed), and Ashton used his customer service skills and PR talents to the max.Ashton Johns went the extra mile to ease my concerns, fears and angst that has arisen over these unfortunate complications over a simple return of a phone. He truly is an asset to your organization -- and I salute, commend, and thank him for his integrity, character, professionaliam and ethics. Hes a GOOD MAN!!Capt. My wife and I traveled to the Temecula area over the Memorial Day Weekend to attend a wedding. As were heading home we decided to stop at this Verizon store to see about a new phone. My wifes older phone would not program in our Honda CR-Vs hands free phone link.Christine Plaganis, the wireless consultant, explained to my wife that a newer phone would work better. My iPhone had worked perfectly in our car, however, my wife did not like the thought of switching to an iPhone. Thankfully, Ms. Plaganis convinced my wife that the iPhone was an excellent product and would not be that hard to learn to use.As a result of Ms. Plaganis courtesy and patience, we bought the iPhone and it works perfectly in our car. My wife loves her iPhone and the convenience and safety of driving hands-free while using her iPhone.

If I could give negitive stars I would. This was the worst experince I have ever had with Verizon. Especially with everyone that works there. No one ever seems to pick up the phone, and when they said they were going to call me back they never did. But the manager Joe that works there never made a effort what so ever to solve the problem, even though he was the cause of it. Dont ever deal with this verizon store. All they are is a bunch of liars that only care about getting their money, thats it. They have a bunch of morons working there that dont even know what they are doing. I would never come back. This store should be shut down because of how terrible these people are at doing their job. I have been with verizon for about 10 years and this is the service we get. Especially for the amount they charge. It has been 3 months and my problem still isnt resolved. NEVER COME HERE AND NEVER DEAL WITH JOE!

If you need Verizons help go to Verizon Center do not go to a retail Center the only rip you off like they did me and give me a hard time tell me how to talk to my text phone will talk to the boss cuz it wouldnt talk to me in the store you just ripped me off Verizon took over and took care of it do not go to a retail store unless you want to get ripped off Royal.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡
