Came in and the dude was stubborn about a code that’s I did not have. I told him it was fine I’ll come in another day and cancel that account and I’ll just get a new # he didn’t even ask me what plan I wanted, he gave me the cheapest one and I told him to upgrade it and he said their was no other plans when clearly their where $50, and $60 plans . I ended up paying $10 for the activation fee and the $30 a month . After I told him to upgrade my plan. He kept insisting on getting the cheaper one I told him no and he finally gave me the $50 one . But didn’t charge me the other $20. The very next day my phone was out of service because of the guy who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Not only that but he gave me a phone number that already exists. I had multiple random people text me and many social media accounts are already registered with this number. Don’t come their a joke and a waste of time

I hate being lied to my face by reps. I went in with an issue on a newly purchased device that had given me issues from the time I purchased it from their location. Unfortunately the first round of COVID had hit when I purchased my device during a visit to Hemet. I was greeted with a smile and all upon my return less than 6 months later. The problem with that, it was all lies about the resolve of my issue. They didn’t document nothing in my account about my complaints. When I went to another Corporate Store I found out that nothing had been done nor documented! They lied and said they put in my info for my warranty exchange and acted like everything was great. I waited over 2 weeks and got nothing! Went into another corporate store and they took EXCELLENT CARE OF ME! I WILL NEVER DARKEN THE DOORSTEPS OF THE Winchester Store in Temecula EVER AGAIN!

The store is always closed during normal business hours and they dont properly train their employees. New employees are thrown out on their own being the only one to watch the store and they have no idea what to do or how to help and I was told to try again tomorrow and see if someone else is available to help.

Discriminate against people with medical conditions. I understand that you have a policy, but that does not give you the right to break the law and deny me service. The employee questioned me because he thought I was lying, which is embarrassing and rude. I have no obligation by law to give you my medical history. I will be cancelling my services with them effective immediately. I went to Verizon and they were kind enough to accommodate me by helping me sign up outside. I will be calling corporate about this.

Terrible customer service. The lady who was working had a really bad attitude, very argumentative and didn’t want to help us and when the guy came out he wasn’t helpful at all and was also very argumentative. Would never go to this location. I would suggest driving and extra 10-15 min to go to a different location.

Went thursday morning opening time and the guy with dyied hair was great forget hes name sorry bro but he game me a discount, he was super cool and nice like its suppost to be. and talk to him for a bit found out he worked for L.A. power 106 I.E. 99.1 radio stations thats ku 👍

If youre going to do business with Metropcs, do yourself a favor and dont do any business with this particular store. The manager of this store is definitely not cut out to manage. Lets put it this way, the customer does not come first at this location. The customer service is horrible. If you do business here, make sure everything you do is documented.

I have been using Metro PCS for 9 years and the customer service here is very unprofessional. I want a phone but did want the high dollar so they just blew me off. If you want polite and considerate people youll have to go out of the Murrieta and Temecula area were they have better oulets will professional employees. The ones here snobs and stuck up.

We initially though it was a good experience but after getting home and looking at our receipt we realized we were overcharged about $40. We activated 4 new phones and were not aware how much the taxes would be, the phones were free. We were only supposed to be charged for the taxes, first months service and 4 activation fees, we went over this with the employee. When we were checking out she said the price would be $325 but then was offering accessories to make it a bundle. We said no a few times after a few different offers and then she offered (1) phone case and (2) screen protectors for a total of $336.86, $10 for three item seemed like a good deal until we got home and realized we were charged $17.99 for the phone case and $15 for each screen protector, $47.99 total, not $10! This was a scam! The total for taxes was $83.99, the activation for 4 lines was $60 and the first month of service (pro-rated, one month and a few extra days) was $140.68, totaling $284.67! No where close to $325! Beware of this location!

Honestly the place always smells bad everytime i come in, i dont feel welcomed. When dealing with one of the employees i feel hes more interested in whats on his phone then helping customers really made me want to switch providers

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE skills !!! I called 3 times and they kept hanging up on me and then when the girl finally answered she was extremely rude and told me she was trying to call Customer Service thats why she kept hanging up on me instead of just answering and explaining the situation .Then told me to call back in 30 minutes instead of getting my phone number and returning MY call in 30 minutes since I am a paying customer .I dont know how people still have jobs these days with the rude customer service. Guess Ill be switching phone companies !!!

Called (@6:36pm on 7/29/19). Called their number in Temecula on winchester and no one picks up. Called the Murrieta store and they answered and hung up right away, likely because its close to closing time. Trashy people!

Went to this store for the first time to open new account (switch providers) and purchase new phone. I left with neither accomplished. Service was SO bad that itll also be the LAST time I do biz with Metro PCS regardless of store location. Two young girls at the counter didnt have the LEAST bit of interest in helping me. And I was the ONLY customer there. The phone I wanted was not in stock. They assured me they would NOT have it in stock for weeks, probably. I asked if any other area stores had the phone in stock (since you CANT purchase it online.) They assured me that (a) 2 of the 5 area stores they work with (not including the other Temecula store) would NOT have that phone, and (b) probably no other store would have it. Nice. (*The phone I wanted is currently ADVERTISED as in-stock in Metro PCS stores and on sale.*) Asked if they could find out which area store DOES have it in stock... I was met with blank stares. As if Id just asked them to recite Shakespeare. In Chinese. Backwards. I left and began calling area stores myself (since Metro PCS employees certainly would not). Both the Temecula Parkway and Menifee stores were answered by a generic voicemail- no humans. Voicemail did not even identify if it was a Metro PCS store or not. Both stores were listed as open until 7pm. (I called at 4pm.)With customer service THAT bad (between THREE stores) when Im trying to purchase a NEW phone and open a NEW account... I cant imagine how bad customer service would be once they had my money in hand.The one good thing to come from my awful customer service experience with Metro PCS is that I went home empty handed and got online... and found the phone I wanted on Amazons Simple Mobile site. Got THE phone I wanted AND a service plan with everything- BOTH cheaper than I wouldve paid at Metro PCS.Plus Ill enjoy a discount on my monthly mobile plan for being a Prime member. All backed by Amazon guarantee and GREAT customer service! 👍

I went to this store 2 time the workers there arent nice they are always talking on the phone is like they dont know what they are doing but the one in Murrieta those people there they will help you nicely not like the one in this store so I rather drive a couple miles to have someone kind & friendly not like the people of this store.

They ripped me off! They are only an authorized dealer of metro pcs, although everything this store sells says metro pcs. They dont stand behind their products! They sold me an Allcatel phone that doesnt work! They would not take it back. Instead of taking responsibility for the product and service, they blamed it on me. When I got angry, they me leave the store, and clerk that opens at 10am on Mondays, refused to give me her name. Extremely unprofessional. Dont buy from them or they wont back you up if their product is bad.
