Stay Away!!! I took my iPhone 10 max in to replace the screen with a few pixel lines out. It was still functional . I was given a quote of $180. I remembered paying a lot less since I just replaced the screen by them a few months before. I asked them to look up the previous price I paid and the gentleman said there were no records. I ended up going forward. They replaced it with a damaged burnt screen since they had to order a new one. I declined taking it until the new one came in. Later that day I found my CC statement that showed I paid $120. I called them to cancel the install and place my original screen back on. They agreed they would and asked me to pick it up. This is what they ended up giving me and stated they threw away the original aka probably sold it to someone else. They screen does not work and fell off from the back of the phone. I currently told them to hold onto it until they get a screen comparable to the one I turned in.

Spoke with Chris on the replacement of my iPhone 8 and he gave me a really good price and had it done in 30 minutes. Very happy with this place and would recommend it to anyone. No bad experience here

I cracked my IPhone XR back glass and I started comparing prices around me and I saw this was the cheapest and trusted phone repair in my area. After seeing that if I wanted my back glass to be fixed by Apple it would cost $400 with no insurance which is half the price I paid my phone which was insane. Thankfully this place only charged me $97 in total and it only took 2 hours for the gentleman to make my phone look like new. I highly recommend these guys to get your phone fixed and in the best of hands also best price !

Do NOT go here. Had my phone fixed in November, screen started to go out in January, they told me it was past warranty so I paid full price again ($10 off - big help...) to have it fixed and now it is March and my phone screen is going out again. This is ridiculous. Find another shop. Do not waste your money here.

Bait and switch price. He gave me a fair price over the phone. I came in the next day and the price was 25% higher. I asked him to honor the price that he stated to me. He said thats too low, go check around. If you cant find a better price, you can bring it back to me. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I wont spend a dime in this shop.

I called and spoke with an employee, who said theyd need to have my iPad for a couple of hours to repair the screen. That turned out to be an accurate estimate: when I showed up to pick it up two hours after dropping it off, it was ready. The repairman, who was very pleasant, installed a protective tempered glass screen protector as well.

This place is horrible, customer service is horrible, the owner him self will lie to you and try to get more money i would never recommend them. they are NEVER on time. they offer free screen protections for a good review all these are fake

So again 2 times now went to apple to repair my phones and all i received is an option to buy a new phone. 1 phone was a screen apple wanted to charge 190.00 and not guraantee their work. and my other phone didnt pass apples electronic review. so again new phone Smart repair checked the screen it was fine, checked the battery it was fine and checked the charge port well that was the problem, so after 1 year the phone works again and apple wanted me to purchase another phone.thanks for the support

I walked into the store with two Samsung Smart phones. Danny took one of them and within seconds he had it back to working. He determined that it just needed a new battery and suggested where I could order one (under $5). No charge for this phone. The second phone had a cracked screen which I hadnt noticed. He repaired it within a couple of hours and it is working just fine. Danny and his staff were very cordial, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend them.

BEWARE! Danny the manager...is dishonest and incompetent. The store is filthy dirty from floor, counters, to ceiling. My iPhone was dropped off working in need of a new battery, when I picked it up, it had hardware damage? He tried to sell me someone elses old phone without a SIM card. I brought in 2 tablets with broken screens. When I returned to pick them up, both tablets had been damaged around the screen border, and the frame pieces around the screen were also gone or broken. Its clear to me that it was harder than they thought to get the screens off, I imagine the glue was really on there. The tablet edges near the screen were damaged from trying to pry the screens off, it was pretty obvious. One tablets screen was VERY loose, almost wobbly.Rather than accept responsibility, he agreed to purchase one frame and put it on. When I came back to pick that one up, it was still very wobbly and fragile. When I talked to the owner about it, he said that I brought them in here like that and was very rude and loud, blaming everything on me.He made me pay when I dropped them off (HUGE mistake on my part), so my only recourse was to do a charge back, which was denied.There are much better shops for the same price, I would definitely go somewhere else. If you do choose to go here, TAKE PICTURES of your items before you drop them off, and NEVER pay ahead.

I had a screen replaced. they said 90 mins... took all day (until closing time). Finally at the end of the day I got my phone back with blisters (air bubbles) on the screen. The screen cracked within hours on top of one of the blisters. when I went back they refused to fix it (wanted me to buy another screen). Bad customer service and sloppy work.

I traded my iPhone for an iPhone in their display case.. I put my chip in and the phone worked for about 10 minutes. At first i was not concerned because I only used the device for gaming.After a few months, I needed the device for work and I called ATT to ask why I could not make or receive phone calls on the device and was advised that the phone was reported stolen and blocked from the network by Verizon.I went back to the store and explained what happened and the owner told me, “you had 14 days to return! We are NOT the Apple store!”Beware of buying devices from this guy. It might be stolen.

I will never have smart repair try to repair my cell phone again. It took them 4 days just to try to repair my phone only to see that the home button was loose and LCD digitizer screen was not installed correctly. They tried correcting their bad installation only to give me back my phone telling me it was corrected, it was not. I was asked to come back the next day only to be handed my phone back without the LCD screen and a full refund. 5 days went by. Never again!

Broke my iPhone 8. The home button floats around on the screen and it freezes up and turns white. I paid to have a screen replacement. They didn’t even apologize! They said to take it to the Apple store to fix it and they could reimburse me. Do not go here! I’ve never written a bad review before.

IPhone 6S would not charge. Brought it into the Apple Store, they diagnosed it as an internal issue not the battery. They tried to sell me on a new iPhone instead of fixing it.I bring the iPhone to Smart Phone Repair and they said its probably a bad battery. $30 later they replaced the battery and the phone works perfectly again! Only took an 1hr to fix. These guys are great! Only $60 to replace a broken screen. Glad I didnt waste $400 on a new phone like Apple tried to push me into.

We took our computer in for repair last December (screen wasnt working). First, they ordered the wrong screen, then the next screen they ordered was still incorrect. This was already 2 weeks of waiting. I walked in as I was close by and they told me what happened - they could have called previously to let me know. Finally got the computer home and after a few months - the same problem with the computer (computer sits on a table and is not moved around much. Went back to see if they could fix it - they wanted full price. Not happy. Never going back.

I dropped my iPad Air2 in the bathtub. It was completely submerged. I thought it was a goner. I kept at home for over a month before bringing it to this place. They were able to get it working again for less than half of the price apple would have charged me. I’m writing this review on my iPad right now. It only took them a few days. This place rocks!!

This place is awesome! They replaced my ipad screen for an awesome price. (Cheaper than going through insurance) It was in terrible condition (cracked, lines through the screen, water damage) and fixed it up like new. The only reason for 4 stars was that they did take a little longer than expected, but still was done the same day. Just call in advance before you drive over to pick it up to make sure your item is ready. Other than that, they were very helpful and great customer service. You wont be dissapointed.

When I got my screen replaced, I came back and my phone had are bubbles. I put a screen protector on it and it fell off my chair and the actual screen broke.

This place takes your good parts out of your phone and replaces it with there cheap bad parts. Ive been to this place like 10 times already trying to get my phone to work. They play to many games and tell you come back in 1 hour as soon as 1 hour hits you come back they start to fix your phone so you literally wait for like 2 hours. They are Unprofessional!!! Dont waste your money or good parts on this place. My phone is still not working correctly Im tired of them and tired of making that long drive over to them. Never ever again!!!!!

They offer S8 glass repair via eBay for $69 so I contacted them via ebay to find out if I could purchase the repair and drop it off since Im local but after two attempts to get a response over the course of 3 weeks they never replied.I then opted to call the company to find out if that was an option and was told that I absolutely could come and drop off the phone; however, the price would rise from $69 to $129. I was a bit taken aback by the price increase and the employee told me theres a chance I could drop it off and it would be repaired same day if they had it in stock but that was only if they had the part in stock.I asked if I could just purchase the eBay repair and drop it off without the expectation of same day service to circumvent having to go through the post office and they explained that wasnt an option but they could always try to talk to their boss to work out a deal of some kind of a deal but theyd have to call me back another day and let me know.0 stars for their communication via their eBay storefront0 stars for their inflexibility between internet and brick & mortar sales1 stars for their pricing4 stars for the honesty of the employee on the phone

They told me it would take 1 hour to get my phone fixed. I dropped it off at 3:00 pm & tried to pick it up at 5:00 pm. It wasn’t ready so I had to wait another hour for it to be finished!! Unbelievable!! Don’t go!

In one word...terrible! Do not allow this servicer to repair your phone! He is a very nice man but does not follow through. Lots of empty promises.It took two weeks for him to repair my screen.He told me to come back in two days. I returned to be told it was not ready and I should come back the next day. I returned the next day to be told to come back in two days. This continued for two weeks and five visits.The screen was repaired but cracked laterally two days later leaving me to suspect the material used was subpar.Regardless of the material, the customer service is horrible. There are better companies out there to spend your money on.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 2 days ago i went to go get my phone screen fixed a young guy named Cory helped me fix my screen however on the left side of my phone the screen was still popped out and he had told me to bring it back if it gets worse..i came back they were closed! Then i returned on Monday they had said that because it was cracked which was the part that they didnt fix in the first place they wanted to charge me 80 dollars more i stormed out of this place they charged me 170 dollars and all for nothing!!! if anyone else has a horrible experience please report them to the Better Business Bureau i am trying to shut these guys down!!!! We were referred to this place by a friend, expecting the same, great service they got. We do not live in this state and we were in town to visit family, so we trusted this business. Instead, we waited a full week (even though we had planned to leave Saturday, we could not leave the iPad here, so we waited and waited) and had a lot of disappointed visits for a even more broken iPad. The original problem we had was we needed the LCD replaced, on the way to California, my boyfriend’s nephew had dropped the iPad completely destroyed a corner piece of the screen, they said no problem and had said it will be done by the end of the day (that was day number 1) we came back the next day, iPad screen was done but part of the screen did not function, correctly (day number 2) She said it will be done by the end of the day and that they will call us (day number 3) so we came back the next day before closing (they did not call) (day 4) instead they said the technician was not in today and could not fix it, bring it back tomorrow. So we came back (day 5) and then they said they fixed it, then we took it back home, to only find out another issue, the iPad will remain on 100% if plugged in. So angrily we took it back to them, they said they will try to fix it (day 6), they never called us to update us on iPad, so we came back and took it home just as it was. They kept saying we will have it done by the end of the day, never was that fulfilled. We tried to contact the owner, not once did he pick up. Beyond disappointed! If you need an apple product fixed always trust Apple themselves unless you want more issues.

When I took my Iphone 6 in to get my shattered screen fixed, it was done within about an hour and i never had a problem with it after. But now, I have water damage on my phone, and I took it in about a month or 2 ago and they called me an hour later explaining what needed to be fixed and that it is totally fixable but i didnt have the money at the time so I had to wait. I took it in 2 days ago and after 24 hours they hadnt even start working on it yet, they were still looking for the problem and would call me by the end of the day to tell me if its fixable even though I already knew it was because they had told me before. Now its been 2 days and im still waiting to hear back and im beyond annoyed!!!!

Used a Groupon to replace my iPhone screen, but then my dictation and Siri didnt work because of a bad front mic. Cory was super helpful and was able to get me a new screen and tested Siri to make sure it worked. One of the best experiences Ive ever had. Look for them on Groupon and give them a try.

(Its on the left of which wich by the way)Was treated excellent, even though busy I was high priority. Have great service and not only fix screens, and parts of phones and devices, but also sell WAY REDUCED cell phone and I pad/tablet cases.Ive been other repair places in Temecula and been very dissapointed but NOT HERE! They actually replace your device with original device parts (my iPhone screen damaged and they replaced with iPhone screen part)Very satisfied!Brian helped me and did an excellent job!! However I think that everyone there does great work!!

About 5 months after I went here the glass began to become unglued from LCD screen. Additionally, the new screen had discolorations like when you press on the screen really hard. I went somewhere else and actually saw them replace my screen. There was screws misplaced inside the phone. I also paid a lot more here than the new place I went to.
