There were only two staff member at this site and both were super busy with customers. Our sale staff was amazing and helpful. Will return to this store for future purchases or questions.

Came about 2 weeks ago to get a wireless broadband. Franco was the sales rep. Who helped me. Unfortuntely that day he was the only sales rep. He did his best to provide a fast and quality service. That day he was very informative, when I asked about firstnet service for first responders.Today I came back, got a great deal on cellphone and firstnet service. Great discount and great service. Franco is the man to go to, he helped me switched apps and was very helpful.

Horrible customer service I came in ladies were seating down looking at there phones and tablets and then when asked what I needed she asked me for my ID and when pulling up the account she said I wasn’t a authorized user so I asked her how do I do that since I handle everything over the phone then she told me you would have to call our customer care and add your self as a authorized user. So I told her okay thank she didn’t seem kind at all not helpful. I know what customer service is and it’s going above and beyond to get a customer happy she didn’t even offer to get them on the phone so we can add me she went ahead and told me you can go home and add yourself and come back I looked at her and didn’t say anything other then thank you for your horrible customer service and walked out never will I come back to this store again and I’ll be sure to tell my friends & family the same thing! So now I am calling at&t right in front of the store to complaint as these two ladies not doing a thing not wanting to helpful nor wanting to do a sale!

This AT&T is the best one Ive ever been too! I came in for a couple things & Henry was able to take care of everything. He was super helpful and the manager Travis was as well! The entire store was friendly and I left so happy with my purchases, they even had a special sale so I was able to save $ on my bill!! Im only coming to this location in the future.

This establishment is incredibly unprofessional. Ive been a customer here for quite sometime but only because its close. This place is disorganized, and messy. The working staff dont care, and its obvious the managers dont care either.The last straw was when I tried to get my number removed from my friends account (who is currently deployed overseas). This store simply could not manage to accomplish that task. They made me pay off my $1,000+ phone, made me wait hours at the store and at the end, nothing was accomplished. Manager said he would give me a call back, never did.I came back after 3 or 4 days to see if any progress was made. They told me they cant figure it out, all I was trying to do was remove my number from the account! we cant do anything, youll just have to deal with it or go to another store He(Justin, I believe) said, so I went to another store.The other store fixed my problem in under an hour.This store has a serious management problem, or maybe the staff is incompetent. Either way, as a business owner myself, I would never let my retail establishments get this bad. Avoid this place, and save your time and money.

I went to this store on Thurs the 13th, after being treated terrible at the Temecula location on Ynez Rd. The location on Ynez Rd, the gentlemen in there need to be fired including Joel, Brian and Christian. They are all out to make a sale and that is it. The worst Customer Service skills I have ever seen. When I went into this store Jessina came up to me very polite, I asked me what she could do to help me. I had a brand new IPhone XS still in the box. She transferred all my information and got me up and running. Christian from the Ynez Rd location told me I had to basically call Tech support to have my info transferred that was a service that AT&T no longer offered. He did not want to help me because I did not buy the phone in his store. Jessina was so helpful. I will always go to this store if I ever have a problem. Very Nice Young Lady with GREAT Customer Service skills.

The entire staff was kind and helpful, and transferred my phone number contacts to the new phone, and gave me a basic tutorial, and answered all of my questions. This is not a corporate store it is a franchise store. That means that if you purchase a phone or Bluetooth they will not back up the 1 year warranty that your devices comes with. You will half to send it to the manufacturer and wait for 2 to 3 weeks for your device to be refurbished or replaced.

Dont every try to call. Albert was no help. He puts me on hold because somebody walked into the store. He then takes me off hold and says I need to call you back later so he can take care of the customer that just walked in. Is this the way you guys really run business? Horrible. If I ran my business like this I sure as hell wouldnt be in business very long. I will be looking for a different carrier.

I said no I need and iphone 5 now my wifes is broken. Then he tells me all they have are baby blue ones. As Im holding my wifes pink phone. Way too salesey, a bit sarcastic and lied the whole time. Walked out.
