Professional and friendly service. I had a stripped screw on my Nintendo Switch, and had called a few places with no luck. I called WeFiix and talked to Tracy, who was very friendly and helpful, and suggested I bring it in so they could look at it. I got there, and Tracy helped sort out the stripped screw with James. Id spend 3-4 hours the night before trying every trick I could find to get the screw out with no luck. James had it done in minutes.He asked what repairs I was trying to do, and offered a great price to finish them for me. By noon the next day, he had reapplied thermal paste to my switch, reshelled it, and applied a new screen protector. It looks brand new and is running cooler already. Great service, quick repair. I called on a Monday afternoon to inquire about fixing my iPhone 6S Plus - they ordered the replacement part during the call. Called me the next day to say part was in, and it would take 1-hour to repair. Very polite, quick to intake the phone, and repair was done in 45-minutes.

Never wrote a review in my life but I am now because I paid full price to fix my laptop screen and when I got it back it wasn’t open smoothly as before. Fast forward 2 weeks later and now my whole screen is separated from the keyboard. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I brought my Pixel 3a XL in for a charging port replacement. Unfortunately the screen broke during the process of opening the phone. This happens occasionally, totally not their fault. But they overnighted a replacement screen and took care of it. Oh and my charging port works again!Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone.

Samsung s10+, broken screen. Replacment was a bit loopy, bad fingerprint reader, so they had a cracked but usable screen and got me operational for the rest of the week and weekend. Amazing service. I bought a phone from them that worked perfectly fine then all of a sudden started to act weird on me. I took it back, they identified the problem but didnt have the part needed for my phone so they gave me something temporary while we waited for it to come in the mail. When it came in they called me and not only got my phone back working but repaired my cracked phone. The owner Tracey was very polite and professional over the phone. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!!!!!!!!So the place I went to before this place told me they wanted 279 plus tax to fix my shattered screen on my Google pixel 3a XL...I walk into this place... its only 150 plus tax.After everythings said and done, its only $159.19.As long as I dont get my phone back in a few days still with a cracked screen, I dont see why my rating would change. I was very shocked at the price difference; it was just awesome!

This place is awesome. They have fixed my husband and my phone 4 different times. One of the times the phone had been completely smashed front and back. It had my daughters birth pictures on it as well as pictures of my husbands fathers last days. I came in to their shop in tears and the manager was very kind and assured me they would be able to fix it. Not an hour later it was all better. This last time I brought my brand new iPhone 6 in with a smashed screen. They fixed it in 45 minutes and also applied a tempered glass screen cover to it and put my case on it before giving it back to me. Their shop is very clean, staff is very polite! Tracy the owner was very accommodating. I took my phone in because the screen was cracked. After they repaired it my phone was never the same I spoke with Tracy and she offered to buy me a new one in good faith. Not knowing if they were at fault, or the phone just malfunctioned I didnt want to point blame but either way Tracy was professional and took care of me. I would definitely use them again.

Great job! I had my screen fixed before on my iPhone and the screen was just on there with some sticky pieces that caused the screen to stick up.These guys gave me a nice tempered glass and the install was 1/2 hour. This was a referral from a co-worker ~ very happy with the service

I brought my phone in to have the glass face repaired. They replaced the glass, and there were other problems that I had with the phone after I got it back from wefixx. With very courteous service, they asked me to bring my phone back to fix it. I did take it back. The service was excellent! There were a number of issues that they fixed which took a lot of time to figure out. I was not charged any extra for this. Additionally, they said to contact them again if there are any further problems per their 90 day warranty. I highly recommend taking your phone to be repaired here! Friendly and very helpful!

Went in about a year ago after my iPhone 6 Plus screen stopped recognizing touch unfortunately They couldn’t fix it but still charged me somewhere around 75.00 for it. I would think a place like this would be able to fix a thing like that.

I brought my phone in to be repaired and they fixed it fine. The next day the screen started cracking without me dropping it I went back the next day and they told me sorry it was not under warranty and it would be another $40 it looks like they use used parts as when I got my phone back it had chips around the edges that were not there before.Do not let them run your card as debit I called my bank to dispute the charges and they asked if I pulled the money out of the ATM then handed it to them I said no and the banks representative said it is a way of processing the transaction to avoid disputes so they are shady from the beginning.

They stand by their repairs too! I had a different issue with my LG and they fixed it, then checked it a week later for an issue that was not related to the repair. Went in to have battery replaced and auxiliary jack fixed and replaced on my galaxy s7 edge. I did this because it was gonna be cheaper than replacing my phone and they were the closest to my place of employment. They agreed to fix it and they explained they would have to disassemble the sealed phone to repair and replace the issues and it took 1 day which I was surprised until I got my phone back in which I could now see the glow of my close app button and back button behind my screen and my home button now crooked in the phone and politely asked if they could address the new issues my phone previously didnt have and I was told the phone was fixed correctly and these were unrelated problems and refused to fix these NEW problems there solution was to take 20 dollars off the 160 dollar price unhappy but tired of arguing accepted the phone back and now almost a month later I now went back because I now have a line of dead pixels on my screen assuming from the repair and when I told them this they once again said that it was an u related issue and their repair couldnt possibly be the reason why even though I never had these problems with my phone till I brought it in for repairs. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK DEFINITELY DO NOT GO TO THEM TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Now I have no choice but to get a new phone! So much for trying to save money.

I had my iphone completely Fail on me while on a trip from canada and very desperate to get it fixed up.Robert did an amazing job for me for a tough repair on a short timeline. As well as a very reasonable cost. Beyond impressed and very thankful.

Picked up my phone after leaving it overnight to be fixed, wasnt able to verify it worked well since it was returned to me with ZERO percent battery (dropped off with power on and still charged). Got home and found that it was messed up, could not even send a text due to the sensors being all off. They did agree to fix this when I called, which required a couple more hours of my time...then I pick it up and my home button had been damaged. The screen is now fixed but the button is caved in (which was not the case when dropped off). I cant say whether they would fix this because honestly Im frustrated and didnt bother to call. They did have good service aside from these issues and did their best to make it right with the screen being messed up, which is the only reason for 2 stars.

The screen on my cell phone needed repair. I at first went to A to Z (cell phone repair on Jefferson). They told me it would be $160 for the screen and LCD - both needed repair and it would take 2 days. I then got a second opinion at WeFiix. Jesse said I only needed the screen repaired and it would cost $80. I was grateful that he did it within 2 hours!

Got my iPhone 6s battery “replaced,” about a year ago by these people. Recently my phone wasn’t charging correctly and my phone was losing power at a fast rate. Just a week ago I took my phone into my new local phone repair company due to moving and got it replaced with an OEM battery for $50. After picking it up I came to find out that this company did not replace the battery but repair it. This is just a scam and if you are looking to have to pay another $40 to get it fixed then go with this company. If you want to get a legitimate phone repair company in Temecula go somewhere else besides this place. They are scammers.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. I spoke with a gentleman yesterday to ensure they had the needed parts to replace the screen on my galaxy s7 edge. He took down my name and phone number, and told me to come in around 10 the following day. After loading up my 2 little ones and making the trip into the store as directed, the lady at the desk was clueless about the item availability. I asked her to check in the system for my information, but she could not locate me or the item I had requested. She stated that it was not her department. After calling the manager 3 times,she asked me to wait longer because he might call back. As I left, she asked me to not leave like that.Overall it was not a good experience. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

Before I start, be wary of positive reviews. WeFiix offers a $5 discount if you review them. Therefore, reviews may be coming in before a person even takes their fixed product home and may be biased towards a positive review.Here is the TLDR: Run away from this place. Run very, very far away. Yes, it is cheap. But that is because they perform shoddy work.I brought my phone in for a glass repair. I had to bring my phone back 6 times after they replaced the glass because they introduced new imperfections each time. Here are a few of the problems:1) The phone wouldnt turn on. (wouldnt you test that before you returned it to a customer?)2) Dirt was between the glass and LCD. (cant you see that before you return it to a customer?)3) The glass began to separate from the LCD and the touch buttons on my phone were not properly reattached.4) After above problems they told me they would use a new piece of glass. They used the old piece of glass and lied about it. (dont lie to your customers.)5) The colors on the LCD became distorted. (Once again, this can be tested before returning it to a customer)Not once did I receive an apology. Frankly, it seemed to be completely routine that someone would complain about the work they did. And each of the times I brought the phone back in, someone else was complaining about how their device was faring post repair.I wasted hours upon hours on this place. I should have paid more for a more respected store to do this work. Do NOT waste your time on a group of people that clearly cannot perform the work that they do.

Dropped my phone which made the screen start to pop out. Brought it down to these guys and they fixed it in 10 minutes for free since nothing was broken. Really friendly and helpful!

They replaced my screen in a timely manner but they are expensive compared to other shops for the Note 4. Also, my screen broke a week later with an otterbox case on. Not sure if they use quality products and they were not very personable.

A few weeks ago when I broke my iPhone it fell from the my kitchen counter unto tile floor, it was like glass chips and pieces flying, the whole screen was black nothing didnt turn on, i felt lost i didnt know exactly what to do, i felt helpless because all of my personal info is there i was afraid i lost it all and most of all! my important phone calls. I called the Apple store and the wait time was unbelievable you even have to make an appointment that still takes a couple of days and i did wanna wait so i went to check this place out wefiix i found them on google as iPhone repairs, i went in not knowing what to expect the guy there seemed like my repair was no biggy, and so he did it in no time, I think it was only 45 minutes, I paid $120 for the repair and i was happy because i thought everything was lost and everything was working as it was.But i just broke my iPhone once again!!!! this time it fell off my car hood as i drove off, completely forgot! I could not believe it! so i had to again to get fixed; another $120 dollars out of my pocket. the same guy that was there his name is Greg took it in, he was able to get it done for in no time.. and the best part!! he gave me a discount. my iPhone is now working again for the damage that i did to my phone i think was worth it! Im definitely going to refer my friends and family to this place!

On Thursday, my elderly moms phone had a blank screen, and we couldnt get it didnt even know if it was charging, although there was a constant light top left, glowing back and forth from blue to turquoise. Go Wireless (Verizon) diagnosed the bulbs on the screen had burned out. We took the phone back home..I was gonna try a different charger-nothing. On Friday, she went back to Go Wireless where they told her she still owed $67 on the old phone (after paying on it for a year and a half) and then sold her a phone for $249, a case for $30, and a glass screen protector for $40..no freebies, no chargers, no nuthin for my 82 year-old mom.When I got home from work, my mom said it was useless to her since they couldnt transfer her contacts. She said she wouldnt have bought the phone if she had known that. I told her to get her receipt and we would return it. She said they didnt give her one!We got to the store...I told the store mgr who had helped both days that we wanted to return it and since my mom had only had the new phone for 3 hours, we werent paying the restocking fee of $35. I dont believe the mgr did anything wrong, I just think she didnt have the skills to understand that the elderly can be overwhelmed and, feeling overwhelmed, agree to things they shouldnt, thinking the younger, technologically savvy generation knows whats best for them regarding phones. I also dont think she did all she could do for the sale re bonuses to sweeten the deal, like Ive always been given. However, it was she who suggested in passing that we could get the phone fixed at a place on the mall. Ive never heard of this! We decided to go that route, after spending over 90 minutes there. The place in the mall wasnt there, for whatever reason, but Google gave us a place nearby..WeFiix. They had great reviews, so we headed there. We walked in, and JESSE, who had magic in his hands, took the case off and turned it on. We were still explaining the problem when her phone lit right up! We were shocked! Since she was most concerned about losing her contacts, we asked how to make sure we could back them up, in case her really did break. He brought JOHN to the front, who walked us through signing in, backing up and syncing to the Cloud, which he also explained. He was so nice, polite, professional, patient..awesome! They werent going to charge us anything, but my mom tipped them anyway.This place saved my mom over $400! Love em!

I am writing in respect with my experience for WeFix in Temecula. They are kind, professional and helpful. i had problems with my phones charging port and they fixed it and the price was reasonable.

I took my iPhone to get fixed because of a cracked screen. They were quick in assisting me. I have my iPhone now and its in good condition.

Ive been here about 3-4 times. First time I came in for an antenna issue. The bigger Hispanic guy took my phone opened it up n fixed a lose wire. No charge I was surprised because nothing is free now. Second time I came in for a cracked screen, they took my phone fixed the screen but completely wiped it out.. all my info pics contacts. They couldnt figure out what to do. I had no phone for like 2 days. Eventually just did a reset and iCloud backup and my stuff was back. Third time I was switching from iPhone 6 to 7. I couldnt get all my stuff transferred so I literally came in for some advice. Bigger Hispanic guy always helpful. Bigger white guy with the accent didnt even want to help and the skinny awkward kid didnt even want to be bothered. I was told to back up Old phone to iTunes which Ive never done ever. Hoping they could just walk me through it I went n got my laptop and connected my old phone. They started saying that its not gonna transfer because Im going from 64 to 32. They didnt even try. Then they ask bigger white guy how much to transfer my stuff he says 60 bucks. Umm no why couldnt they just walk me through the steps. I wasnt gonna pay 60 bucks for some much needed help. I will not be going there again

Absolutely terrible place, I had my Iphone 5c repaired here and had to go back twice because the screen came off. Also their prices are extremely high, Verizon doesnt even sell the 5s anymore and they still want to quote me $80 for the screen repair. I was very unsatisfied with all my encounters with WeFiix and would never recommend it. Go somewhere where they do it right the first time.

Came in with a broken iPhone 6s expecting to pay top dollar, but got a deal. Im not going to lie was a little skeptical because of the reviews they sound like horror storys but to my surprise my phone looks brand new no problems as of now so thanks we fiix will recommend for sure.
