The person who is working there whenever Ive gone is so kind! They have great recommendations and allow you to try just in case. There are usually dairy-free options and Ive never been disappointed. Also the cannoli are delicious (Im no expert but I always try them when I see them).

I workout at Crunch right in front and this place is my go to spot for great coffee, gelato (I strongly recommend the passion fruit), and fresh made paninis. The service is always top notch, very clean, well priced, and most importantly delicioso!

Happened upon Gelato-Go. SO glad I stopped in! The young man behind the counter was friendly and patient while I decided which flavors I wanted among the many delish looking options. Found out the place is family owned and operated so I was happy to support a local! Loved that there was Gelato AND sorbet AND vegan options. Fabulous flavors and friendly service. FIVE STARS for sure!

Absolutely delicious Gelato- EVERY Flavor is outstanding!🍧 Pastries & sandwiches look so yummy & savory. Clean shoppe. Extremely friendly young man serving us was very professional. Now, we felt misled by the menu(s). Ex: ad for 3 scoops in cup for $7.60(@), but the small cups are only enough for one scoop.Theres no way 3 scoops could went to buy for the whole family, but for these prices,we only got 2 one scoops. We saw 3 other ladies walk out due the⁸ high prices. We do feel ads are click bait to get ppl in store. The Gelato this store has is heavenly, but not affordable. The ad makes it look like a plate with 3 large scoops available for about $7.60 or so. I would love to have your shop my go to, but a little expensive right now. Thank you!🥰

Gelato-go serves great authentic varieties of gelato! My favorite is their pistachio! None of their gelato is overwhelmingly sweet but smooth with a subtle sweetness and focus on excellent flavor that you would expect at a great gelato place!

Amazing ice cream, best in all Florida BY FAR!!! We’ve ice-cream hunting for past two years and finally I can confirm without hesitation that we found THE ice cream .Unfortunately, I didn’t had time to take the picture of the ice-cream.. it was too good.

It was a little hard to find, but not overly difficult. There is a parking garage right next to it that gives you the first 2 hours free. The gelato was excellent. Highly recommended!!

Delicious real gelato and very friendly service.

First off the customer service was excellent, the gentleman was super helpful. We sampled a couple of galetos and they were all SO GOOD! Will definitely be going back for more.

Great place to grab a quick gelato. Very friendly staff. Unlike the people next door at Poke. I walked out because the managers at pope were so incredibly rude to me. I walked in here and grabbed gelato instead and I was very satisfied with the quality and customer service. I got the pistachio gelato it was amazing. The pistachios were imported from Italy as well!

Awesome flavors and they have non-dairy flavors. Awesome service and cool spot to be at. Near the gym, near the bar, near a restaurant and shoot near a Publix. Favorite flavor is between the pistachio or the Dulce de leche. That passion fruit one is off the chain👌

It’s a small place and doesn’t have a huge slection of gelato hut oh god, the ones I tasted were delicious! The service was great as well. I ended up picking the pistachio and Bacio (chocolate + hazelnut) flavors.

Hands down the best gelato I’ve had in Tampa and some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Please go and try this goodness. Its is the smoothest gelato. Youll undertand it once you try it. I had the chocolate and coconut. Looking forward to trying some of there other offerings. Happy to have this new business in Tampa.

Got a variety of flavors (a party of 7) and they were all amazing! We sampled even more than that, which were great too! Fair prices and a huge selection of foods. We only got gelato but they had everything from pizza to cannolis, chocolate cake to cheesecake and lunch sandwiches to gelato! Great customer service and would definitely recommend!

This quaint little gelato shop is tucked away in channelside. It can be a little hard to find but try to find and follow the signs. It’s inside of a residential building.I ordered various Italian ice flavors. They’re incredibly sweet and perfect. The shop also offers coffee and coffee accompaniments. Moderately priced, but it’s a specialty store so it’s to be expected.The staff is super friendly. Not a ton of seating, but you don’t exactly expect booming crowds at a gelato shop lol.Do recommend.

This is a GREAT gelato shop! On a whim, I put gelato near me in my phone. This little shop came up so my husband and I decided to try it. I got baccio and pistachio. My husband got hazelnut on a cone fresh made there. We also got cappuccinos that were very delicious! We are so glad we found this place!

I cannot explain how much you need to try the gelato here. First off, the staff appears eager to have you try out flavors, and each one I have tried has been fantastic! I like flavors to be abundant in my food, I am an under-taster and the gelato does not disappoint. I have to mention the staff again because they were so polite and professional. I feel like many young people have a job and its not necessarily making them very happy, but these folks seem to thoroughly enjoy being there and having you share their gelato. They are happy and I feel like I dont experience that at small places like this very much. Great job, thank you to the staff for being so friendly and thank you for having some of the best gelato Ive ever had!

Gelato-go serves Coffees including americano, espresso, double espresso, latte, and cappuccino. Gelato-go serves gelato in a small cup for $4.50, medium cup for $5.50, large cup for $6.50, 16oz family size container for $18.50, and as a gelato smoothie or milkshake for $5.50.I sampled the stracciatella, bacio, hazelnut, tiramisu, nougat, and blackberry. I ultimately decided on the bacio which is chocolate and hazelnut with bursts of dark chocolate chunks and caramelized nuts. It was very tasty and flavorful. The guy running the place was very friendly and helpful in helping me decide on what ice cream to get. There was not a long line to order. There was only 1 person in front of me and i only waited 2 or 3 minutes to place my order. There is 2 hour free parking in the Kennedy grand central condominiums parking garage. I look forward to coming back to try more flavors of tasty quality gelato in the coming days and months!

I absolutely love this new spot and their friendly team. They happily encouraged me to try about 7 flavors of gelato! I can’t remember the last time that has happened. My favs are Nutella, black cherry and dairy-free strawberry. I also loved their mini cannoli. It had a slight hint of orange and you get to pick which toppings you want on the ends - I picked chocolate chips but next time will do the pistachio. They also have lasagna, eggplant parmesan and other authentic Italian dishes. I’m so happy to have them in our walkable Channelside community.
