We were craving for Thai Tea and we searched for the nearby places. We decided to try 35 Below for Thai tea. It is a small café type restaurant. We saw their menu so with Thai Tea we also ordered Hand Crafted Ice Cream. We got our Thai Tea very quickly and it was yum and delicious. We loved its taste. We also got our hand crafted ice cream in 10 minutes. It was amazing and we loves our experience. We will definitely come back.

My son ordered the strawberry ice cream with marshmallows, sprinkles, and gummy bears. He loved it (and Mommy tasted it too so yummy). It was fun to watch how it got made too. Will definitely be back.

Wow! Family owned, what else can I say! Super friendly owner, her nephew made our custom order ice cream rolls. Its such a beautiful process, calming, intriguing and best of all, DELICIOUS!

My family and I love this place. The icecream is amazing every time. I always get the monkey business flavor. It has nutella and bananas. The way they make the icecream is really cool too, we watch them make it each time. Definitely recommend trying here if you havent already!

I visited first time with my kids. Then ordered bobatea and ice cream. Boba tea was good to sweetie but ice cream wasnt good taste. It was like non tasted ice cream with sugar toppings.

Unfortunately the atmosphere of this location was a little weak. There wasnt a very pleasant smell and they were out of stock of a number of toppings we wanted in addition to being out of vegan ice cream. The most disappointing part was that my wifes mango smoothie was way too sweet for her, but they were not willing to remake it or make something else without charging us. While it is fair for an establishment to decide to do that, its unfortunate that they werent willing to go the extra mile to take care of the customer to ensure they will come back in the future. That being said, we do not plan on revisiting.

I really recommend this place its great 💕💕 It was my families first time trying boba tea and the woman there was very patience and nice. And we ended up getting the passion fruit tea, green apple tea, and the strawberry tea 🍓all with strawberry boba. It was all very good and I will definitely be coming back

The boba was pretty decent here but I think the pricing is a little bit on the high end where they charge you extra for the bubbles and does not include it on the menu price.

I was looking forward to a boba tea opening up near by but worst boba ever. 😥 I order a boba green tea today and oh my god...worst tasting tea I had ever had. The tea had gone off and taste horrible....boba wasnt even style of tapioca texture (taste more like gone off jelly) probably been sitting there too long. I would not go back ever again for boba, but I would give ice cream a try to give them another chance. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option for their boba tea. 😞

The drinks are delicious and the service is great, but they really need to either pay their employees more or increase their payroll budget because having only one employee both taking orders and making drinks during a rush is not okay. The employee did an excellent job handling over 15 customers at one time but Im upset at the company for putting her in that position in the first place.

I really wanna give this place a try everything looks super good, but every time I try to order on GrubHub my order gets cancelled 😓 I’m going to give it a final try tomorrow, 5th times a charm🤣 wish me luck

I got taro milk tea from here recently it tasted horrible and really similar to protein shake. The drink wasnt mixed well. Although customer service was great.

If you’re looking for a fun place to hang out and drink some delicious tea, this is the perfect place for you! The boba is always fresh and the ice cream is always rolled to perfection. My personal favorite is the 35 Below classic milk tea with tapioca boba, but all the milk teas are truly excellent with customizable sugar and ice amounts. You can mix and match most all of the flavors and try something fun and new each time you come. I’ve been coming here for a long time and have never been disappointed with the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere at all locations. I recommend this place to all my friends and now recommend it to any lovely person who took the time to read this, there’s no doubt about it; you will love this wonderful little shop!

So unfortunate that the coffee boba smoothie was so so so sweet. After one sip, I asked if it could be made less sweetened. The barista said no and that I have to buy another one. So I did. She then asked “do you want to reduce syrup or sugar? We put 3 tablespoons sugar and also simple syrup”🤯😳 This was told to me after I already paid for the second one. Maybe the ice cream is better. I haven’t tried it but scared of going back.

Service was amazing but super under staffed,this is the 4th time i come in and the young lady had to make 8-10 cups in a rush because she was the only one. Extremely unfair.

First time here--got the strawberry rolled ice cream with strawberries, pineapples, and lychee--the portions were HUGE and it was absolutely DELISH! The other 3 people in my party all got teas and were pleased with their drinks.

I have had boba tea from many places, and this is by far the absolute worst tea ever. Horribly sweet, watered down tea and mostly milk. The Boba is terrible and overly priced.. if you want great Boba, go to brandon or temple terrace.

The atmosphere, customer service, and food/drink are amazing here! It’s super chilled out and a wonderful place to have some boba or ice cream with friends and family. The owners and employees are so welcoming and thoughtful, too, accommodating to any dietary need or want you have. Their taro milk tea with regular boba is my absolute favorite—a subtle sweetness and creaminess that tastes so, so good. Overall, I’d recommend this place again and again!

Went in a group of 4. All of us have been drinking boba for years. Every drink tastes powdery and overly sweet, and the boba is mush that disintegrates in the straw as you drink it. Drinks ordered: vanilla milk tea w/ boba (my review is above), taro milk tea w/ boba (same as lavender specific review), honeydew milk tea w/ boba (does not taste mixed well, falls apart), lavender milk tea w/ boba (boba falls apart, actual milk tea is powdery and heavy - not refreshing, Ive had protein shakes better than this). Took some time for tea to come out but for that long of a wait with this bad of tea...If you have never had boba you might like it. If youve ever had boba before, you 100% wont. $20+ down the drain...

Used to go here when they had their homemade chocolate sauce. Stopped going when they went cheaper on products and got rid of the chocolate and other items.

The restaurant is very clean, the staff is friendly and nice, and the rolled ice cream has good quality when it comes to texture and taste. However, I find it a little pricey for one bowl of it, but I would recommend trying it out at least once!

Disappointed that they make their boba by mixing the same tea base with a powder flavoring. The Taro milk tea tastes like a protein shake mixture. & I dont know of any boba shop that charges extra for the base boba. Why would you call yourself a boba shop if the base boba isnt included in a boba tea?This is not authentic boba tea shop. It should be called powered tea, boba not included

This was my first time trying boba and theirs was really good. Friendly people, great service and ended up buying two cups of mango boba fruit tea 😂.

On my first sip of their boba tea, I got a mouthful of powder. Not exaggerating, chunks of powder were still undisolved. I watched the entire process and they just take the same tea base and mixes it with about a 1/3 cup of powder. My tea came out lukewarm and was the worst boba Ive ever had. Ive never paid so much for such bad quality tea; not to mention they charge an extra $0.69 for the boba to be included.
