Anytime you try to place a mobile order they just dont have any of the items and have to cancel it.

Was out of Vanilla ice cream cookies and cream carame hot fudge machine was down paid told me to drive up and started The car behind but I only ordered two medium milkshake I love BR to much to drive mins away to get treated like that and the shake we were so bad not cool at all

Every time I went theyre always out of toppings, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and other toppings. How are you going to be a Baskin Robbins and not have whipped cream? Lol. The customer service is really hit or miss. I drive an extra 3 miles to another location, they never disappoint. Keep driving if youre using Google for a nearby location.

Came to this location after another location lied about no longer serving ice cream after 8. I called ahead and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and informed me that if Dunkin’ is open so are they and that we were “More than welcome to come by” and see them. We did and the young man at the drive thru was patient and respectful and a true blessing to customer service. He went above and beyond and we made sure to thank him properly. Will return to this location just to see these two young men excel!

Great to be with families, friends, even with your loved one. On the months that have 31 days, on the 31st ice cream scoops are a 1.50 enjoy any flavor they have, smoothies, milk shakes, ice cream cakes, etc.

Customer service is very poor, especially from a tall kinda mix dark skin girl, shes so unpleasant and unprofessional its really sad, but theres a guy that do overnight shifts is so Professional and pleasant. Thats what makes service good. But that girl acted like she owns the place rude and always dirty. Just being honest. Thanks. I just go get my ice cream and leave, and its the closest to me.

KEEP DRIVING. This location was out of the first five things we tried to order. The cashier rolled her eyes and and audibly scoffed at us when we told her we would be placing several separate orders. The location was in no hurry to make any of our orders and made orders for guests in line behind us while we were still waiting. When one of our orders was missing the cashier walked away from my friend while she was speaking to her. This is the first time ice cream was turned into an unpleasant experience for me.

Love the icecream escpecially world class choclate yum yum. But 1 out of my 3 visits they run out of waffle bowls. Damnnn

My name is Crystal, I made my second visit to this Baskin Robbins to get Ice cream. Again out of Bananna, almonds, dipped cones, reeses pieces and many other items. And to top the visit off the ice cream was freezer burnt... I will not visit again. McDonalds is across the street!

This is a joke!I have been calling for a Manager name Carmen and the phone will ring and no one will pick up and it doesn’t matter what time or day. I’ve call in the morning, afternoon and evening and no one will pick up the phone Monday through Friday. It is so frustrating when no one answers the phone and I am not walking in to that establishment again. This location is the Worst Customer Service given, not once, twice, three time but four times! My thoughts for the worst service was that they were short staff but there was one staff taking a break talking to a friend in the parking lot. One car on the drive thru that took forever so I decided walk inside to get my milk shake. The lady with the Tattoo and Hickeys on her neck was nice in the beginning starting to make my milk shake until another car drove up. She tells me to wait and she must take this order in the drive thru! Really! You just lost a family of five to your establishment!

One of the worst baskin Robbins I have ever been too. I came to get ice cream and cappuccino blast and the employee dropped the cappuccino concentration TWICE, aside from a shake that another customer requested. I waited a bout 40 min to receive a blast.
