Tonight I went to the vitamin shoppe and received the most amazing customer service. A nice gentleman asked me if I needed help. I told him I was looking at protein powders and he walked me through all the options in detail while also engaging with my two year old daughter and answering all her questions of “what’s that”? He had a personal touch and also had a niece with the same name as my daughter. He gave me great product advice and even a sample. I was not asked to write a review, but it’s been a long time since I’ve been helped by such a kind associate. I will make the 20 minute drive from Carrollwood just to go to this store where the customer service is stellar!

The manager is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He is a good example of a healthy and fit person. The store is clean and well stocked. They had most of what I needed.

I love this place. I take my time. I think my first visit was 2 hours just reading labels. No one bothered me or made me feel pressured into hurrying. But they were super available for answering questions. Love this place! The prices are fair. They have herbs, minerals, vitamins, proteins, CBD, everything you could be looking for in multiple price ranges. I appreciate and live this store.

I go to vitamin shoppe once a month to get elderberry, chlorophyll, wheat grass, probiotics, and vitamin D. They’ll have whatever you need and if they don’t they’ll point you in the right direction.

I went in there for the first time and didn’t know what to expect. Jason was so welcoming and knowledgeable about their products it was truly a great experience. He made the shopping experience a breeze. Will be coming back again.

Their store brand essential oils are great quality and priced reasonably. I dislike purchasing essential oils from Amazon because the quality is dicey and Ive gotten counterfeit name-brand oils before. But Vitamin Shoppe has a good selection of high quality oils and their staff was knowledgeable about them as well.

Its a small, place but has a large selection. The service is always friendly when I come in, and they even have suggestions for me according to my interests. (Probably cause Im here so often.) I love it, they also keep up with the newest supplements at great deals.

They stop ordering my Superfood Smoothie Mix...dont need to go there anymore!

I always go to this location. The staff here know me pretty well and they always point out new things for me to try. What l really like is that the staff have taste tested most of the products, so they can give you a pretty good review of the tastes of various things.

I went there at 1020am today to get some suplements, to realize that nobody was there. Call and waited to see if maybe the employee was in the bathroom... next time leave a sign saying “ be right back” to not waste people time...

I love the selection of organic and health products here. I also was helped by a super friendly and knowledgeable cashier that offered me samples and helped me find products based on my issues. Worth a visit.

They seem to have a good selection of vitamins, supplements, and body care products. Everything is pricey, of course, but I think they at least match the prices of Nutrition Smart and Sprouts, and they had some good specials. The reason I went there is that I was looking for a particular probiotic that other places were charging $45 for, and they had it on sale for $36. The staff seemed fairly knowledgeable, and they were extremely helpful. One of them helped me go through the ingredient labels on every hair conditioner in the store, even though theyd already reached closing time, and then he asked me if I needed help finding anything else.

Prices are getting to high....thats it..cant find certain things that I need ..also have to wait a long time to get an order ...in

I have always enjoyed shopping here

Very professional. Has almost everything I need at the store. But not the Yogi tea. But they do sell it online. I recommend.

I Love that there is such a wide Variety of Protein to choose from, as well as, a wide variety of vitamins and other very health conscious items!! The customer service was excellent as the employees were very attentive to my questions and concerns!

I didnt catch her name, but the young lady that helped me was VERY knowledgeable about the numerous products that I had asked about. She is a tremendous asset to this location and shatters the typical 20-something/malineal stereotypes that work retail these days . Knowledgeable, courteous and respectful are but three words to describe this employee.

Now THIS place....well, I REALLY shld try & get a p/t job there; being a fitness & nutrition guru!Whether I shop (and believe me, I SHOP there) at Lkld OR Tampa store, the staff is GREAT! They are also so accommodating when I need to return OR exchange an item! God bless.
