My first visit, the meal I bought was pretty good. The veggies and the potatoes were excellent but I was a little disappointed that the beef was basically ground beef. $14 is a lot of $$ for ground beef, it was tasty ground beef.I will try Healthy Dose again....

Sooo good! I’ve had the beef chimichurri and the beef burger so far - tasted sooo good! The zoodles and meatballs were really healthy lol - I need something with some carbs lol

Recently I had to drastically improve my diet for medical reasons. I feared I would have to feel deprived (cut out sugar, gluten, dairy, processed foods), but their meals are SOOO good and I was pleasantly surprised. Love it!

Originally known as Tasty Roots, the Healthy Dose Organics provides me with a hassle free way to eat clean vegan meals for lunch. All I have to do is let them do the cooking and I know Im getting something healthy, allergy friendly and delicious. I participate in their vegan meal plan but you can walk into the store and pick up a pre-plated meal. They have meat options as well. I like how everything comes with a different sauce and they mix up the selections every week so theres variety. My favorite sauce is the pesto.

So happy I fond this business again, which originally was Tasty Roots in Davis Island.The owners have expanded their business in this nice new location, and changed their name. They kept their quality intact and sell beautiful organic, clean, healthy, paleo, and vegan meals and the best bone broths in town made with local products. They also have books, and yoga/sport wears.
