I found out about this company about 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried a ton of meal prep services and thought this was gonna be the same. My first order arrived last Thursday and I was BLOWN away. 10 times better then the other competition out there in my opinion. I personally cannot stand the taste of protein bars or any type of protein dessert/sweets but this company knows how to make them. Absolutely loved the pumpkin protein donut and the brownie protein bar I was sent. I just added some clean cheatz to my next order! If you’re up in the air on trying this company out, take it from me it’s absolutely worth it! I recently was having issues logging into the website via my phone and customer support has been super helpful and immediately responsive to help me through the problem I was having. I normally never review companies in this depth but this one is definitely deserving of a FANTASTIC review. The helpful texts and emails I get from the owner Chris are super motivating and informative. This company goes above and beyond expectations and I am so glad I found y’all. 10/10 on every aspect!

Nutrition Solutions has been a life saver. I always had the good intention of meal prepping for the week but in reality it never actually happened. Instead, I would end up spending a ridiculous amount of money on Grubhub or Uber eats more often than not. My husband and I have been clients for about a week. We are both in our 40s and we have been lacking on our nutrition... After trying Hello Fresh we decided we are too busy to cook and then clean up. And I really didnt like most of the low calorie meals I picked. After our trainer recommended Nutrition Solutions we placed our first order. We love all of our meals, it is actual cooked food that tastes great and keeps us full until our next meal. My husband has the extra meat plan and I have the regular plan. Each meal is about 400 calories for me and his extra protein plan is 500+ calories. I have a sweet tooth and the clean donuts are perfect for me. And I am surprised how much I love the breakfast food and the donuts. I will definitely try the cookies next time. After 20 years of trying to figure out my meal plans I am so excited to find my missing piece. I used nutrition solutions a couple years ago and they were amazing then. I moved a few times and now restarted using them… and they’ve gotten even better!• More varied, high quality meats… I’m talking the “good” cut! Never get that weird chewy texture either.• Way better/cleaner packaging with normal ice (prevents items from leaking during shipment, easy to heat up, dry ice doesn’t burn you)• Customer service and 1:1 texting with staff is so helpful—great culture of continuous improvement and listening to feedback vs just cost cuttingWhat’s more? I live in California and NS is in Tampa! Nothing even comes close out here. Customer for life!

Hands down, 10/10 would recommend, 5 STARS, and tastes so good, make you wanna slap your mama (JK- dont do that).I have been a Nutrition Solutions customer since June 2021. I have nothing but great feedback.The food is the best I have ever had from a meal delivery service. These meals can be microwaved are ready in just a couple of minutes. I personally love making some in the Air Fryer when I have the time. The best part is, no matter how you heat them up or even if you dont, they are great! I live in FL and have eaten many of these cold on the beach or boat. These meals really give you the ability and flexibility to stay consistent. One of my favorite things is that the Menu is everchanging. I have only seen duplicate meals a couple of times since I started. I am not a fan of the same thing day in and day out. This is one of the main features that drew me to Nutrition Solutions. That and practically eating cake for breakfast. I am on the 5 days a week plan, breakfast & 3 meals per day.Customer service- yall, this TEAM is unmatched. A couple weeks ago, I was not home for my delivery and Elan (not Musk- I know I got excited too) went above and beyond to help arrange a pickup so I would not have to skip a week. When I went to pick up the meals, Elon gave me a tour of the place and chatted for a bit. It was a really nice treat. I am always on the go and travelling, updating the address for the weeks I am out of town is super easy. When I am home, I get a text when my meals are delivered (since I am local) and the crew is always so kind. Again, this team is amazing! I’m currently on Nutrition solutions 7 day plan while I prepare myself for a film. I can honestly say that this works! The staff over at Nutrition solutions do a phenomenal job at making sure that the customer feels like family and is always properly taken care of. I highly recommend this lifestyle change!

Pleasantly surprised by how good the food has been. I look forward to eating and feel full from them. The ability to pause meals, replace meals you don’t like, and find a plan that fits has been really easy. The only downside is if you live on the west coast there is a shorter time to eat meals before needing to place them in the freezer. However, the ease of throwing meals in the microwave and being ready to eat in 5 to 7 mins can’t be beat.

Absolutely awesome experience with this company and it’s product! They excel at customer care going so far as to personally contact me regarding the extent of a food allergy to ensure I have the maximum variety of meals in an upcoming shipment. I have been with Nutrition Solutions for a couple of weeks now, and they have had a good variety of foods. I had a couple of mistakes with orders being swapped, as in getting fat loss meals, when I am on the muscle gain meals, and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation by charging me for the 5 day plan but I got the 6. Wonderful customer service and food!

Absolutely amazing food and a great way to eat healthy without spending your whole week doing food prep. Lots of new options each week (though my only feedback is to perhaps offer one or two more options assuming customers will opt out of one or two due to not being a fan of particular ingredients). Billing and such was a little quirky to start but they quickly addressed the issue and it has been smooth sailing ever since; I plan to stick with them for a long while!

He wasn’t pushy, and i could feel that he cared through the phone.I’ll tell you this, after that call i did not cancel, I’ll probably be a less frequent customer and getting a smaller amount of meals. I received my new delivery on Saturday per usual, and per usual, I was blown away.The menu has grown and improved so much over the last few years, and Im so grateful the team at Nutrition Solutions has made the commitment to making healthy food taste this good.My relationship with food is so much healthier now. My body functions better. My brain functions better.All I can say is: make the investment in yourself. If youre short on cash, give up Netflix and all of your other streaming services to have the cash for this service. It will change your life for the better.

I have been using the company for a few years now (about 4-5 years) and I can say that these guys know what they are doing the keep on improving the quality of their food and the options that they have are just amazing, if you are someone who is busy, doesnt like cooking but want to stay in shape and keep their diet on point I highly recommend using their services, you will not regret it.P.S. I was started using Nutrition Solutions in April of 2020 this along with consistent exercise helped me to lose 60 lbs. over the next 8 months. After that life happened and I fell off the fitness wagon but i just recently got back on track by order their meals again and am down 10 lbs. over the last 2 weeks. The price point is good after all, your not just paying for the food you are also paying for the convenience of having someone else do the leg work for you all you have to do is heat up and enjoy. I am also very impressed with their new packaging even after being frozen and then reheated in the microwave the food still tastes fresh. If you like me and cant stick to meal planning because it takes to much time to plan and then grocery shop and then cook, give this company a chance I guarantee you wont be disappointed!

I started with Nutrition Solutions a month ago and absolutely love them. I live alone and always on the go so it’s easy to fall off track on my diet but now I don’t even worry about it. Every Wednesday my meals show up (switches each week) and I’m good to go. Some of the meals are so good you can’t even believe you’re eating super clean or on any type of diet.The staff is insanely quick to respond and fix any problem you may have. I initially used nutrition solutions for several months in 2017. The food and service were good, but due to personal circumstances I was unable to continue with it.During the pandemic I was spending hours food shopping, meal prepping, and obsessing over the quality of ingredients. As the world began to re-open I also became increasingly busy both with work and my training. It became more and more obvious that I needed a change to help create more space, time, and reduce the stress that feeding myself to maintain a healthy lifestyle was causing.I signed up again for Nutrition Solutions in April and have been blown away by them since. First off the quality of food has drastically improved from when I last used them. There’s an excitement anytime I sit down to have one of their meals, and during what continues to be a difficult time for me, they serve as highlights of my day.Their continued commitment to using higher quality ingredients, most recently evidenced by the switch to grass fed, hormone free, and organic foods has blown me away as well. I view my food as medicine, and the fact that my typically control dominant and neurotic mind can rest easy (for the most part) about the quality of food I’m eating is a huge relief. I’ve been a client off/on with nutrition solutions since 2014/2015 time frame. My off periods are generally related to business/leisure travel or just an urge to cook for myself. The food quality and flavor is top notch and you can tell Chris continues to push his team to ensure quality and flavor is maintained. I like spicy food so I’ll dab a littleHot sauce on my chicken and I’m good. Btw the new packaging is AWESOME!! With that stated, I want to focus this review on customer service, which is HUGE for me. Nutrition solutions service has always been great, but my recent encounter takes the cake. I had a personal family matter to attend to for two+ weeks out of town. With a focus on my family I forgot to submit a weekly cancellation. I reached out directly and was directly routed to Jeff - Director of Client Relations! After brief conversation and learning we lived close to each other Jeff offered to hand deliver my meals at a time that helped my family out. I fully recognize this is an outlier situation and as a business can’t be maintained widespread across multiple clients. But the offer to support my family in a time of personal need was HUGE, coupled with the consistent communication is a big deal for me. I’m a business leader in the aviation space and customer service is HUGE for my clients and my own success. Shoutout to Jeff - you’ve got a client for life in me.

I lacked Discipline, Motivation, and Accountability to change, Continued eating and eating the wrong things no control of my actions. 2020 was a dark and rough time in my life probably for many nearly 350lbs miserable, depressed not motivated to do much at all.I was in pain very frequently kept to myself, Always had a poker face smile on so no one would ask whats wrong?  How can i help? Spring of 2020 was the turning point in my life. I had enough spoke to several people personal conversations with Family and Friends asking them what should i do?  I dont want to be like this for the rest of my life. Family repiled JUST DO IT! Friends told me You got this! Put in the work! So i went on walks in parks for a half hour 3 days a week to start along with a gym membership. I started to see some results in June 2020 close to 15lbs lost, I made a commitment that day to change for the better, But i need to learn how to stay Disciplined and hold myself accountable. A month later i was on hear (Facebook) and stumbled upon a company @NutritionSolutionsUnder Nutrition Solutions i found Motivation, Accountability and Discipline too take the initiative to change my life. Seconds turn into minutes, Minutes turn into hours, Hours turn into days, Days turn into Weeks, Weeks turn into Months and Months turn Nearly into a Year of hardwork, Discipline  motivation and accountability. Today Im down 110lbs Naturally with lifestyle changes, Still holding myself accountable for everything i do. When it comes exceeding expectations It’s these guys right here. I inquired about there program because working 12 plus a day made it very hard to meal prep for myself. I am a returning client and will continue to use Nutrition Solutions for many reasons but the biggest being that they treat you like you are not just another number. I dealt with Pam to set up my account and she answered so many questions with a great attitude that I know I am going to get the right plan for my goals! She even took time to look up some past information for me so I could make a good decision. Dont settle- use a company that earns the business even after the sale.

So much more than a “meal prep” company. Chris and his team have both clients and non-clients, overall wellness in mind. They give much more of themselves than simply providing meals. Attention to detail and the highest standards are a requirement for this company. I messaged Chris a few years ago and I wasn’t a client. I just needed some advice and motivation and within 48 hours he followed up with a response that was spot on, motivating and detailed. I wish I had signed up for this a year ago, the food is that good. My wife and I are enjoying the variety of meals each week. She is the harshest critic and is loving all the meals. I am excited to have my Sundays back where I have spent 3 to 5 hours cooking, weighing, and cleaning my own prepped meals. I did this for 3 years. The communication for how the system works is effective and spot on. The meals are packaged perfectly and warm up easily. You are provided a tracking number for an overnight shipment. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a meal prep company.
