Very nice and clean! The employees are super helpful

First Whole Foods is not the least expensive place to shop. I am very disappointed due to the quality of deli products at this location. The Northdale is much better. The quality of food is just better hands down. I bought the Smoked Mozzarella Pasta at the North Dale Mabry location and it was horrible. Way to much sauce and it was overwhelming. I had got it from the Northdale location and it was excellent but that location is harder to get to and a further drive. Got it again got it at the Northdale location to compare and it was excellent. The pics show how much more of the sauce was in the ones I got from the North Dale Mabry location. Contacted them and no receipt no help. So I thought I would share.

I was in Whole Foods picking up a few things right before a sinner party. Asking the Deli Manager a few questions regarding the difference in prosciuttos and pairi fs with wine.  Next thing I know is Im waking up in the middle stall floor of the bathroom, side bandage up and missing a kidney. I will say Whole Foods has the cleanest public Bathrooms Ive ever seen and has great deli meats and wine selections!

I just recently moved in the area and this was my first time coming to Whole Foods.I needed a cake for my brother and Zack and Malin in the bakery were friendly and helpful.Later on my sister had some questions about items and Jacob and Alissa walked her to where the items were, which I thought was very kind.Lastly, Austin and Adam were a great team ringing us up.Overall a great experience!One minor thing I think could be better if is when you buy hot food items, the lids didn’t close well. Also, one of my hot items spilled(the baby hit it out of my hand) and there were employees stocking in dairy section, I think and I wish they had called someone or directed me to supplies so I could clean it up. I did the best that I could to clean it up myself, but the soup was still on the floor after I wiped it and I just left it because I wasn’t sure what to do.Still, overall a great experience and look forward to visiting again!Thank you!

Today was my first shopping at WholeFoodMarket. If you have a Prime Amazon you can get a discount for some items, but I am not so sure about the prices just how good are they. It is your choice wheather to buy here 3 bags or a full cart in Walmart for the same money.

Busy. Parking was not hard to find. Number of selections was almost overwhelming. Beautiful baked goods. Will come prepared with a list next time.

Amazing. Male sure to use the parking garage. Never full unlike street parking. Meat department is the #1 to reason to go

I was looking forward to shopping here. Turns out I was actually disappointed by the quality of bakery purchased here. We had the Sugar Cookies and the Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies - it was just tasteless :( Also got a package of freeze dried strawberries, which were pleasantly tasty. To sum it up, stay away from their baked goods, anything packaged and you should be fine.

My two start rating is for the poor or simply little VEGAN options for hot meals. No separation for the few vegan salads that were merely placed next to pork or some other form of meat. Same can be said for Kosher options 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. Soy and tofu was available for those who wont mind indulging in a influx of estrogen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the clean lavatory.

The place impressive. I can wait until they introduce the new Bezos patented feeding tubes.

Luxury grocery shopping- blow the competition away- the only grocery chain thats with it as far as health goes- although their l individual pastries ($1.00-2.75) are generally to die for as well- then get yourself something from the hot bar or salad bar (be careful $9.99lb) pizza bar or coffee bar and go relax in their generous indoor or outdoor seating areas with access to water/cups napkins utensils etc cet AND charging stations- scan your Amazon prime in store code through the app for better pricing at checkout-. Prices higher than say wal mart for sure but a well deserved experience- Salsas best Ive found for premade in fruit dept- bakery and cheese/wine dept as well as a separate cooler just for bottled water /coconut water selection- Amazing

I asked one of the store associates (Nathalia) for a certain herb oil and she asked, whats it for? I told its not for me. Then she said oh we dont have it and walked away, as I was still talking. Very rude, disrespectful. She wont get far in life with that attitude. I will let corporate know on Monday. Horrible customer service.

Fresh and good. Whole Foods never disappoints. Shrimp ceviche. Dark chocolate coconut bites. Yum.

I like the fresh produce here. Its very fresh but I think the prices are quite expensive. Its a little too pricey for me.

I bought a dry age ny strip steak from there butcher he help guide me on what cut I wanted so I trusted him! The shrimp said they were wild caught which by the taste of them I can belive it! And the asparagus seem to be very fresh as well! Went home nd cooked it and it came out wonderful!!

Good meat department and deli. Hard to find items readily available. Just need one closer to home.

It is always fun to go to this store. The selection is amazing and the employees are always super nice. I hope they decide to build one in the Riverview area.

As expected, whole foods felt above the standard for pandemic preparations, making the shopping experience as least anxiety inducing as possible. Lines that flowed and made sense, with sensible and happy employees that easily connected on an empathetic level of service that bridges personal safety while still maintaining the standards of whole foods. Much better than some local stores. Thanks!!

This grocery shop has very reasonable prices, a good product selection, quite a few choices, and try to keep clean ingredient food products. Also, have great weekly sales and good quality stuff. The shops are clean, and the employees are helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend this grocery shop for all your needs!

In the month of April 2021, I have noticed a change from the good to the better, but the friendly and cordial treatment always stands out, as well as the excellent customer service, which indicates the importance of teamwork developed by its Leader and / or o Manager, to enter this store is to feel a different place in South Tampa !!!!! nice job

Lot of variety in the hot food section, but way too expensive (9.99 lb), its a lot cheaper to eat in Chillis, Applebees or Hooters.

Nice place. I am not crazy about prepared food. I saw a fly and they allow dogs in with owners to walk around. Really.

The store is very clean, but when you walk through the door the first thing you are hit with is the strong smell of the seafood. It overwhelmed the entire store and not in a good way. I was specifically looking for Truffle hot sauce and was surprised to see they dont carry it. I grabbed red lentil pasta to try, because I havent been able to find it anywhere else.

I was disappointed. The layout makes it very crowded at the checkout (self checkout). They also do not offer paper bags in the produce isle or the bakery (for cookies, etc.). Its all plastic.

This store is always short on cashiers. Checkout lines are always unnecessary . I’m told by “management that they can’t find cashiers . I call that BS. I called corporate to complain and will follow up . I’ve been going to wholedoods at the prior location as well as this new spot daily for over 5 years

Great place for plant based foods!!

This whole foods is a bit further from my home. However, I make it a point to shop at this location. I like the layout and everything this store has to offer.Just the other day, one of the employees went out of his way to ensure that I had a clean cart when I was carrying more groceries than I should have been carrying.Their vitamin section is perfect as well with a great selection of MCT oils, etc.

Whole Foods is my place to go for eats! This location has a good variety of hot food. Lovely store. Plenty of parking.

It was a real pleasure to visit this supermarket because all the staff professional. Everything went very well when I had to shop for my needs and wants. They provide a user-friendly service and nothing is too complicated for them to deal with. I bought everything I need! Thank you!

Its a good place to shop, always clean and smells so good!

Expensive. The broccoli cheddar soup was excellent, however the chicken noodle soup, in a large container had less than one cup of content (veggies and chicken) other than broth, and I should say less than 1 ounce of chicken in it. The two avocados were both rotten. I don’t know where you get your blueberries, but they had zero flavor. And we’re soft and squishy.

I find there meat is not as fresh as it should be. Ive been turned off being sold spoiled meat. I purchased split chicken breasts to prepare the next day. When i opened the bag and unwrapped the paper they smelled horrible. Another time I purchased marinated pork bellies again spoiled. Luckily I dont freeze my meets I only purchase what I plan on cooking within 24 hrs. so lucky I was able to return them. Almond cookies.....stale. Personal shoppers are rude and block the isles. On a positive note the people are very nice. I also complained to the store manager because a cashier was playing with her long dark hair which I found very unsanitary.

On the way to a meeting I popped into this location for the first time and for a vegan TTLA (Smoky Tempeh Tomato Lettuce Avocado) sammich and was sad to see they dont have a made-to-order deli here. I got the new Vegan General Tsos meatballs. The deli employee even heated them up for me which was really nice. The meatballs were delicious, seasoning was great, and my belly was happy! I would order these again and would shop at this location again.

I switch up my stores & love everything about this store. Healthy foods cold or hot & lots of herbs & vitamins supplements. Pricier than Rollin Oats on Mcdill ave tho. Clean store, nice staff

Not as good as it once was. Some Winn Dixies look better. Over priced poor looking dank store. Clearwater Whole Foods looks so much better. I will go there first.

I came in 5 minutes before the store closed. The salad bar was already closed and I just needed a single portion of ranch for a vegetable dipper that i picked up. I didnt feel like grabbing the whole bottle of ranch, because I am flying back to IL tmrw, so I was going to give up the dipper, since it had no dressing with. My last hope was to ask a store associate that was nearby for help.His name is IAN. We didnt find single portioned dressings anywhere, however IAN was quick on his feet, went to salad bar area, found a bottle of ranch and made me a to go cup with ranch.I shop in Whole Foods in Illinois often. Associates are always helpful and knowledgeable, I never left a review for Whole Foods YET - but this was BEYOND customer service!!! This was a real desire to help me out, not as a professional, but as a human being.A salad lady had to go home and close, so I got no help there.He wasnt just being polite and doing his job. He could fairly say that Whole Foods doesnt have single portioned dressings and that would still be doing his job, instead he went out of his way, delayed himself helping me out to find a bunch of other things and frankly MADE MY DAY.If management is reading this, take a closer look at him, I think people like that would do great in management!I hope guys get rewarded somehow for being real good people and providing outstanding service when everyone is just trying to close and get out....

Best meat selection hands down and customer service is thru the roof! Since Amazon has bought Whole Foods their prices have been competitive as well. We do not go elsewhere, we love shopping here!

Love the variety on food, wine and special on the food bar too go, Yumi. Its a price place to dairy shopping.

One of the nicer Whole Foods nation wide.Full disclosure: If an establishment is worth driving two hours out of your way it typically earns the fifth star in this type of evaluation. Every established Whole Foods has a certain level of selection, service, and vibe. The Tampa location is no exception.Excellent selection of specialty bars for locals on the go needing a quick bite to eat. Wide variety to satisfy conventional, vegetarian, and vegan customers. The bakery section had a courteous and helpful staff. I did pick up an excellent red velvet cake for a friends birthday celebration. It was very good and should earn a half of the fifth star.The only miss is the flow of customers trying to get through to pay. There was a bit of a bottle neck with checkout lanes that should have kept lines to a minimum. They have the space and capability to manage the paying customer flowing through efficiently and on their way. Again, one of the nicer Whole Foods nation wide.

Whole Foods grabbed our attention when they were selling two dozen roses for $19.99! We saw the deal on Amazon but they said the colors were not guaranteed so we decided to go inside and choose our own. There were plenty of two dozen roses and we were very satisfied.On the other hand, traffic on Dale Mabry is horrendous. I hope they will open a Whole Foods in the Brandon/Riverview area soon because it was just so congested and it was burdensome just making the trip out there but Im glad that its once a year that we get roses so we dealt with it.They had plenty of food options as well and a seating area inside for you to enjoy your food. We didnt partake in that this trip but maybe will consider in the future. I will definitely be back for their soaps though because theyre so eco-friendly!

Love this place! Have shopped here for years and stop and say hi to the friendly people I know working here. Also come for the hot food bar when Im in tampa for work. Countryside location is local to me but I like this location for its wide aisles. Things have only gotten better since Amazon took over.

Whole Foods in South Tampa on Dale Mabry is amazing. They parking garage is huge. They have a setup outside that is similar to a small town market and the inside is huge. So you get the best of both worlds. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I get everything from health food to cheat food and they have it all.

1700 miles from home, I went to whole foods on search of the mochi bar. A few years back, I read an article about them adding in the bar, but was sad that Whole Foods is not available in my area. I was over the moon to discover the bar still existed during the pandemic. Thank you for individually wrapping each one and keeping the community safe!

They sid not have what I was looking for but still spent $30. I always find good stuff there.

I had groceries delivered and they were right on time and were excellent. Where stars were lost was the quality of a lamb roast I purchased. It was a boneless, shoulder lamb roast that was absolutely awful. There we’re pieces of cartilage where the bone had been removed that my husband almost choked on. The meat was tough, difficult to cut and had no flavor. I’ve been making lamb roasts for many years and I think the animal was older than me. The produce was beautiful but for meat, I’ll stick to Fresh Market—$31.00 for a roast to go in the garbage is sad.

Theyve gotten much better at keeping the population inside at a more controlled number. Masks, gloves and sanitizer is available at the door and inside!

Great selection of healthy food but overpriced.

I bought Chocolove brand chocolate to discover it was FULL of maggots only half way through it!! After I called the guy said call Amazon Prime, not even asking me details about it or anything. Youd think they would want to know more about this SERIOUS issue. Gross. Who knows how many I ingested!! No apology or even any sort of understanding of this horrible experience.

Whole foods has EVERYTHING! Love this place!

Employees are friendly, produce selection is great, they have an awesome bakery! I get coffee that are from all sorts of places. Service is good here. I appreciate their efforts to disinfect all the surfaces I find myself shopping exclusively here after I saw how little care the other stores put into infection control. It really gives me peace of mind seeing all the little details. If I may suggest having a hand sanitizing station at the exit as well? Its the one thing they can add to make it perfect

Great employees and selections of hard to find foods

I love shopping at whole foods for the selection and prices. today they only had two lanes open and was probably the longest time Ive waited at a whole foods. That is unlike them.

Impressed with the fresh foods. I thought there would be more options of bulk beans to buy. Found that most items it was cheaper to get at Publix but some items were cheaper here. Be a smart shopper.

This place is ah-mazing. The OPTIONSwere endless. I needed help choosing cheese and the staff was beyond helpful and literally spent 10 mins explaining cheese to me, lol! Really fun market to go to. Make sure you have time though because theres alot! BtW their homemade tortilla Chips are BOMB!

The service here is excellent. I have been a Whole Foods customer for several years. This store is a bit smaller than most that I have frequented, but he selection is still good and I would recommend this location.

This place is always amazing. With everything happening with COVID, you really tell they try their best to be as accommodating as possible and got through great lengths to keep everyone safe. They even have a temperature station outside to check. With shortages of thermometers, this is really awesome move. I am yet to see this anywhere else! Thank you!

Is this store only open to online shopping services? I will no longer return. After yet another experience when I cant get through the aisles because they are blocked with the various delivery service people (Amazon, Shipt, etc), heads down in their phones, two to three carts deep bumping into me, I was unable to get my groceries. Prepared food area yet again closed to general public. Why go here when Fresh Market is so much better? And the Clearwater location is even worse. Never again.

If you want to lose weight or any type of way to maintain your level of your body its best to do exercise and eating a little bit healthy I know its a little bit expensive to eat healthy but I tried to stay in the best shape and form and not being an old beast person who actually is lazy and doesnt actually use in turn signal over at the corner of Dale mabry.

Staff at the meat counter and checkout do a tremendous job. If you haven’t tried their pork sausage patties for breakfast...give them a try. Awesome! $1.00 coffee refills Rock. Great Deals this week on Boneless Beef Chuck for Beef Stew. Half price!

Best grocery staff Ive ever had the satisfaction of interacting with.

I heard that whole food is famous for fresh food but what I heard is wrong and they are not maintaining fresh food. Two days back I got Aurora natural organic dates and when I opened lid bad spoiled food smell and almost smells like expired food. Date are not fresh. Mold (fungi) on food.

I love love love this company in Houston, but it is super far where I am working from. The employees don’t know where items are the selection is limited the store small. The selection is so so. All of the items I wanted were not in stock. This is a smaller store then what I am used to.

The most amazing market with a true international representation. Each aisle contains treasures. I absolutely loved this place and I HATE food shopping. I just wandered around looking at items I have never seen or havent seen in decades. This is an edible amusement park with the exact same parking woes. Beware to search for a space....but dont let that stop you!

My Christmas dinner is ruined thanks to black bugs 🐜 inside my lasagna noodles!!! I sautéed all my vegetables- making everything from scratch!!! Unbelievable!!! I will never shop here a again!!!

They have a great safety presence, but have poor follow through....the screener staff was diligent and cleaned all the carts as they came in from the lott.

I watched the lady gaurding the hot food buffet who works for when foods accuse another customer of steeling because he used the wrong size container for his rice.

This supermarket has everything you would expect from the grocery store and more at reasonable prices for being in the tourists like us! I am so happy we found out about this place!

Staff was great! Store was clean. They had someone out front handing out masks to people who wanted one. I watched the woman in front of.me.in the checkout line have a meltdown, and everyone stayed calm and patient and tried to help her before she stormed out.
