Purchased the Hoist Mi6. Staff very helpful answering my questions and info on equipment comparisons. My purchase was delivered and installed in 5 days. The installation techs communicated their arrival and efficiently assembled the unit. Highly recommend Gym Source and their installers.

Our experience with Gymsource has been horrible. They are very good at selling you their products; however, their service is terrible. They are also very good at wasting your time on the phone or in email when they cant service their products in a timely manner. Always polite but cannot follow through. Be careful.....

Great Customer service. The delivery team was very professional and courteous, even though they had to carry the heavy unit up a flight of stairs and navigate a narrow landing. Highly recommended. The lifetime warranty is assuring, but if I ever have a problem in the future, I would request the same team that delivered the unit to come out.

Went in to the Westshore location to get information about an elliptical for my husband. Never knew there was so much to learn and how many differences there are in machines! Scott was very knowledgeable about all the machines and helped pick out the one that would work best for my husband.Once I purchased Scott was in communication with me about delivery. Delivery guys were on time and professional and efficient. After the delivery, Scott called to make sure everything was taken care of.Definitely would recommend this place for any gym equipment.

After running into a warranty/service issue due to a manufacturer’s inability to provide needed parts, Chris and his general manager solved the problem to my complete satisfaction. I have purchased from Gym Source twice now. The equipment is top notch, and the Tampa Store Mgr. Chris Davies is so helpful. The first time I purchased 2 pieces of cardio equipment. Then a year later I decided to put in a home gym, and what I wanted was too big. Chris came over to my house, measured the space and agreed what I wanted would be a very tight fit. However, he brought a catalog with him and reccomended a piece of equipment that would fit in the corner of the room, and would still have the Smith machine feature that I wanted. I would have never thought of this piece before. We absolutely love all of our gym source equipment!! The guys who deliver are professional and knowledgeable too. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I bought nutfit weights i was told when they would be in came the day the said they were not in so they they would send them to my house ok i order weights and curl bar i got the weights wit a missing ban so the guy from nutfit called and said they are sending me the ban so i didnt get my curl bar the same day im looking calling every dam where then they sending me the wrong traking number for my item not a good thing all the money i put out they droped the ball on this not good at all to many mistakes they suck
