As a personal trainer, I was looking for a used commercial piece and was able to get an amazing refurbished Cybex arc trainer. Kevin was extremely helpful in finding me a piece within my price range and it was even delivered the very next morning! I will definitely be recommending Fitness Trendz to clients, friends and colleagues and it will be my go to for future equipment purchases. I bought dud of a Schwinn Carbon Blue professional grade spin bike 11 months ago from Fitness trenz and I have had issues with it ever since. It required service 3 times with the last request not being honored by the extended warranty. They decided that though the extended warranty didnt expire until next month that they would not be authorizing it to be fixed. And I have no recourse. If they didnt sell me an inferior spin bike in the first place it would not need to be serviced. BEWARE do not do business with Fitness Trenz.

Love this place! Beautiful facility, great customer service, great products! I feel like I hit the jackpot! I really really wanted a spin bike for my home but they are so expensive! Luckily I found this place in a Google search and they had a used spin bike in my price range that is amazing!! They made sure it was serviced and working like new before I picked it up. Danzell worked with me and he is so quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls. He went above and beyond to find a part for the bike to make it complete. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

I wish I had known about these people YEARS AGO!!! There wasnt a single bad thing I can say about this business or the people in it. The whole time I was there I was treated with just as much as respect as someone spending tens of thousands even though todays purchase was relatively small. While two staff members were working the numbers to find the best way to accommodate my needs and save me precious time and money, the owner (Kevin) came by to introduce himself and get to know his new customer. At the completion of the sale I had three people helping to load my truck. I wasnt left to load several thousand pounds on my own as some would do. Ive been looking all over the country for these plates and Fitness Trends had them in their immense inventory AND provided superior service at a fair price. The next time Im looking for equipment from a reseller, they will absolutely be my first pick to find it. Thank you!

Bought a refurbished Keiser m3 from this place for $1000 + tax. Computer went down 18 days after 90 day warranty expired. Called and left messages asking what I should do. Calls werent returned. I called back and happened to catch the owner on the phone. He basically told me I was SOL. Then he told me if I found a computer on my own I could bring it to him and hed fix it for $70. I can do that myself but I dont want to put another $300 into something that might blow up in another way on me anyway. Taking cycle to the dump and buying another one elsewhere. $1100 up in smoke.

Originally we went in looking for an AMT (twice the cost of the Arc Trainer). After trying out an AMT unit, Kevin seen me struggling from the arthritis in my knees and recommended the Arc Trainer which was designed to be gentle on the knees. I tried the machine which flowed like butter! We purchased the machine immediately. My Sports Medicine doctor was happy when I told her about my new purchase! Friendly service and huge inventory!

I ordered several pieces of equipment from Fitness Trendz. They arrived on time, as promised. The condition of the equipment was great (exactly as described). When we unpacked everything, we noticed that a bar had fallen off the pallet during delivery. I called Fitness Trendz and spoke to the owner about it immediately (it was on a Friday). By the next Tuesday, he had the replacement part delivered to us and had called and paid an equipment mechanic in our area to install it. Ive been in the gym business for 22 years and have never had such great customer service. I Highly recommend this company Will definitely do business with them again.
