These guys were awesome. Had a little issue with the machine at first, but Diego (a tech and super nice guy) came at 8:15 PM and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will buy all my Fitness equipment from First Place from here on out. Excellent Customer Service.

He called plenty of time in advance to let me know he was coming to set up my equipment, was prompt, professional, was mindful of keeping the area he was working clean, explained all necessary safety info about my new equipment, walked me through how to use it and what is needed to maintain it. Diego was my installer. He called me ahead to let me know his arrival time, and arrived on time. He worked very quickly and accurately. I was amazed at how one man was able to unload and assemble the FTII trainer alone. He was done and showed me some important functions and safeties of the machine. Diego IS truly amazing!

Diego, the assembler of my husband’s new “Inspire FT1” home gym was great. He called ahead, was on time and had the gym put together (with his assistant) in a little over an hour. Well organized installation - was worth the assembly fee. Diego answered any questions we had and gave some good maintenance tips.

I was all set to purchase an elliptical on-line, when I decided to give First Place Fitness a chance. It didnt take long to change my mind and make my purchase from them. The salesperson Julio, was friendly and informative and not pushy. He took his time to explain the differences in a few of the models and even printed out some information for me to take home.I ultimately purchased my elliptical a couple of days later and they said delivery could take a few weeks. Just a week later, my elliptical was delivered and assembled by DIEGO and ANTONIO. They were prompt, professional, efficient and clean. The assembly took less than an hour.I totally RECOMMEND First Place Fitness for all your in-home exercise equipment needs.

Excellent experience! Garrett helped me find the perfect elliptical, it was delivered on time and assembled by a very professional and polite young man. I have had the elliptical for a few weeks now, its exactly what I wanted and its a great machine for the very reasonable price.

This place has every piece of equipment you could want. This store is blessed to have Garrett on the floor ready to answer any technical question one might have. I bought a significant amount of equipment and he walked me through every single function of each of the machines. Even demonstrating most breaking a sweat ! I will be a returning customer.

We purchased a Hoist home gym and it was delivered and set up yesterday by Diego. We couldn’t be more pleased with his service! He phoned to advise when he was on his way. Once he arrived he wore his face mask for safety, and he helped us to decide the best spot to place our machine. He worked diligently for at least 4 hours to assemble it. When finished, he checked it all over to make sure it was in perfect working order. He is a very polite and hard working young man and we appreciated his fine work.

I bought an elliptigo from First Place Fitness and they were very knowledgeable and let me test ride one in their parking lot. I placed my order and they called me when it came in, assembled it for me at no cost and loaded it in my car. Everyone was very professional and a pleasure to deal with!
