I have used this company for my Precor fitness equipment maintenance at several managed communities over the years. Communication has always been good from the techs during preventative maintenance. Whenever an item has required repair the ordering of parts and scheduling of repairs has been prompt.Staff conduct is professional which is important as maintenance is occurring during normal operating hours in the midst of patrons using the facility.

Useppa Island has a small, but cute, fitness center in a building that was the casino in the 1920s. A bridge-less island, access is considered by some to be a challenge. Not Guillermo of Fitrev. After sending us information on equipment he boated out to inspect the site. We placed the order and in a few weeks Guillermo, installation crew, equipment and a truck showed up at the county shore-port. Boarding the barge for a short voyage to the island, they subsequently drove off at the Collier Inn dock and to our center. It all went off without a hitch. Follow-up care, warranty and services were simply the best. We unconditionally recommend Fitrev, and if you are lucky youll also get G.

Really great service!

Tried to sell me a used Precor unit.. I signed an agreement just like they asked for but afterwards they retracted the deal because was represented wrong. The salesman made the mistake and admitted it. We spent 1-2 days working on this and I lost other deal... all because of inexperience. Then after I expressed concern, he tells us to lose his number... How unprofessional. Buyer beware!!
