The best.. great customer service.. good atmosphere..most of the clerks have a good sense of humor.. never have I been there to find a dirty messy store..and I go there at least 4 times a week..my place for good gas prices excellent customer service.. completely satisfied oh forgot great rewards...

I love this station. The staff is excellent in the mornings when I visit. The sheriff dept also patrols on the regular.

Customer service always good. Become a part of rewards program. By no fault of actual store itself, the intersection is difficult to maneuver . The enter/exit is jacked ass on which way you can actually come in from and exit into.

Fountain drink flavor additives have been empty or broken a while now

I love there app shows you gas prices I have normally at least 5 cents off a gallon most times they will send you deals in your email or all app add them to your rewards I often get 6 cents off or 10 cents off and they have free rewards as in buy so many fountain drinks reese small or king size and a bunch of others love their flavored ice cream but now think only vanilla but it is closed down now aa well wish make some more stores closest one to me is an hour or so away but is close to one of my trips I go to regularly

They were clean good customer service I prefer to stop into my regular gas station I use all the time however was very thirsty. Was able to get in and out really quickly good customer service not too long of a lines.

Love this place I used to drive 45 mins to come get their flavor ice cream they had 8 different ones to choose from and a bunch of different topping my kids thought I was crazy driving that far for ice cream but Im like it so good made them try it then they were hooked now after so long only have vanilla and now thanks to pandemic it all closed to topping either Im glad they still have icee area working and soda

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HYGIENE12/01/20 @NightI entered this gas station with hopes of purchasing a hot drink. The machines of hot chocolate and vanilla drinks was just serving hot water and there was no flavor to it.The bar counter where you get the cup lids had no supplies, no sugar whatsoever, no chocolate and or vanilla flavoring. Counter top was dirty and full of trash.Staff seem like they didn’t care when I asked if there was more sugar. Never restocked the supplies I needed to complete my drink. Unfortunately I had to leave with the worse experience possible.Department of Health should survey this facility the hygiene is horrible.With 3 people working and no one in the store this should not be the case.

Work nearby. Seems as if the food is never checked on or refreshed. Used to always have fresh rollers out and hot food. Lately it has been dirty and has had no attention paid to the food or drink fountains

I only purchase fuel while in Tampa from Thorntons. Automatically save 3 cents each fill up for signing up for the Refreshing Rewards, over 200 visits and you receive 6 cents off every weekend and special promotions through the app get you 10 cents off. Ive never experienced any of the issues others most commonly mention - Holds on card (I only use my American Express), food (Wouldnt buy anything other than a bag from Fritos from a gas station), and lack of customer service (Rarely do I go in).

I like this gas station. The people are people are friendly. They have god fresh hot coffee and a good selection of grab and go items. The gas is less expensive than other gas stations. It is centrally located. The people that work there are as stated friendly. I have been there and have seen handicapped people get their cars filled by the one of the attendants inside. The station is always clean and well lit at night. They always have smile are cheerful. Even when they are at their busiest they don;t rush you. I feel that they value their customers. The last statement is for all the Thorntons I have purchased gas or purchased coffee in.

Always friendly staff members, Rewards are always a plus...great deals on cigarette packs.... Newest revisited perk....Pump before you pay!!!! Definitely dig this !!!!

Overall I have good experience with Thornton. Unfortunately, the staff at the Gunn and Linebaugh location give Thornton a bad reputation. Pumps dont work, there are no signs alerting customers theres an issue, and the staff do not respond when you call for assistance. Staff are rude and dont care for customer service.

Usually a 5 star place. Got a reward loaded on my card so I stopped in for that and a few things. When I got back home I looked at my receipt and saw I paid for the item that should have been free. Looked on their site to email over and one does not exist.

Clean Gas Station with $.03/ga Rewards ProgramWe moved to Florida about 9 months ago. I am a creature of habit and prefer to fill my vehicles up with the same fuel all the time. I found Thorntons Gas Stations to be clean, modern and affordable. They are usually a little cheaper than the local competitors.Tip - join the rewards program. You only have to enter your telephone number at the pump to save $.03/ga every time you fill up. Its easy and lowers the gas price even further.Only complaint about this location is that it is a little difficult to get in and out of.There are other locations throughout the Tampa Bay area and I have visited several and found them to be consistent. I always pay at the pump and have only went in the store once or twice.

Very clean and easy to get in and out just wish the guy at the counter would worrie about me and not about the videos hes playing on his phone been in the last three times and the guy acts like your disturbing his watching experience other than this i love this store hopfully soon ill be able to rate it the full 5 stars

I love this Thorntons! They always have the best icees around, and their bathrooms are always clean! They seem to always have the same staff, who are pleasant and fast. Never had an issue here, and the gas is usually cheaper too!

Great store but tons of bums. One in particular that has a stroller with five cats. Always askn for money. Hangs out all day everyday.

Huge, nicely lit, always friendly service and great selection of drink and snacks. Never expensive. Keep coming back:)

Good God their pumps are slow!!! Ive never been to a gas station with pumps so slow.

I wish I could give this POS 0 stars. I just moved to the Tamp area and this is the worst gas station I’ve ever been to. The white trash employees are absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever met. Stand in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting to get the pump authorized. I call over the intercom 3 times to no answer. They refuse to allow people to use the pay inside feature offered at the pump. I loved Thornton’s back in my home town but I’ll never return to this hell hole ever again. I don’t understand how such a disgusting establishment got 4 star reviews. Probably purchased reviews or by the employees. Worst customer service experience ever.

$100 hold on card to get $25 worth of gas? Why does every other gas station put a $1 hold, but Horton puts a $100 hold? Absurd! I’ll never get gas here again.

You gotta love the Thorntons rewards where you can save boat loads of money. This is pretty much the only place I get petro lol.

I go there mainly because they sell flex fuel, and are closer than the only other place in Tampa that sell it from my house, which is RaceTrac over down by Town & Country Road and Hillsborough! Plus Thornton gives you an extra discount for being a Reward customer when purchasing fuel!!!!

Horrible location always taking down the ice cream machine handle and sprinkles before 11pm the actual time it’s supposed to be taken off, please put the dam thing back on at night so I can get ice cream every night
