Always receive the greatest treatment from the staff at Parks Lincoln of Tampa. This is our 3rd leased vehicle that we took possession with them. Our salesman, Tom Hunter, is very knowledgeable and we actually looked at and changed our choice models from what we originally intended to get, and are so glad we did. We ended up with a better vehicle and a better financial outcome to boot! Marco, the Sales Mgr. and Nick, the finance guru were terrific as well, and helped to make it happen for us. We bought our Navigator with Pascal. When we first went a few months, their inventory was low. However, we ordered the SUV and Pascal provided updates regularly in regards to estimated delivery date. Once the Navigator arrived, the financing and pick up was seamless. We are also very satisfied with our purchase. The Navigator is elegant, comfortable, safe and great to drive. We highly recommend Pascal and Parks Lincoln.

I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience ever buying a car. Fred Fullbright was so trust worthy and there was no pressure. Parks Lincoln Tampa was AMAZING to work with! Seriously...the BEST experience we have ever had buying a vehicle and weve bought from at least TEN dealerships over the years. From the moment we walked to the front door, Fred was friendly and helpful. Until we sat down, ready to talk business he never pushed us about numbers, making a deal, money, etc. Frank catered to my 7 year old son- playing catch, finding snacks, letting him explore and you know the chore if you haver to bring your kids car shopping-my son left calling him Uncle Frank! The finance guys were equally delightful in helping explore all options, answering questions, and working out our trade-in. This is my first Lincoln but definitely will NOT be my last and they will only come from Parks! They now have the Millers as life long customers. I highly recommend Parks Lincoln & Frank if you want to be treated like family and like luxury vehicles.

I have to say that Angelina was so kind and professional after hearing my frustration of the story behind the headliner I was dealing with for two years at Jenkins Lincoln. Very happy with the service I received. Troy was very professional and courteous. Arrived for an oil change and service. Taken in and work was completed quickly. Vehicle would not start when I attempted to leave. Troy quickly had a mechanic one scene and it was determined to be battery failure. Mechanic quickly installed new battery and l was on my way.

Excellent experience from when we walked in to when we drove away in our new Nautilus. Pascal meet us and showed us different models. We had a nice conversation about the features of each Lincoln model. We wanted a comfortable, quiet and a roomy car so the Nautilus was the model we choose. Even changing the car color at the last minutes was met with we a we can do that, no problem, reply. After a few days driving it we are very pleased and get great comments from our friends and family when they see it. The whole process was easy and pleasant. I recommend Parks Lincoln 100%.

I want to give an honest review and be as transparent as possible. I’ve had my vehicle serviced twice at this location. My first experience, I had some concerns after my vehicle was serviced. I left a survey review outlining the concerns. I was contacted immediately by Mr. Russ to address my concerns. It might sound strange but Mr. Russ and my service advisor Mrs. Savannah were more concerned about my issues than myself. It was a great feeling to have someone care more about my concerns. I’m busy with work and taking care of my little children. I was going to push my concerns to the side but the service team would not let it go unnoticed. I live about 15 miles away from the dealership and I didn’t have to walk further than my doorstep for the whole process. All my concerns were addressed and I experienced extraordinary customer service. Moral of the story, even if your experience is not great, reach out to them and let them know. Parks Lincoln of Tampa are here to assist and provide exceptional service. They really care and want you to feel appreciated. On top of that they’re not like the saying where the dealership charges you more for service. I was quoted a price but my service advisor saved me a lot of money. I’m very grateful. My husband and I just recently purchased a 2018 Lincoln MKZ from Peter Gordon at this location. He was super accommodating. We had our two young boys with us and he made sure to point out the snacks and water for them. :) He test drove with my husband and me separately, so one of us could stay back with the kids. Peter answered all of our questions, give us his cell phone number in case we had any more (which we did), and he was quick to respond! I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.But every buyer should be aware that when you buy a used car as-is, like I did, you cant expect a dealership--any dealership--to supply and fund a missing component of the car... even if its an essential one.I experienced just such a situation with the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLK-250 I purchased from Parks Lincoln. It doesnt matter that I paid a hefty sum for this car, which is in excellent shape other than the missing component. When you make a deal, the dealership will hold to it. Period.Despite the above, I feel Parks Lincoln treated me fairly overall, and I received a fair deal. Not a great deal, but a fair one.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased a brand new 2021 Lincoln Navigator Black Label and have had a recurring transmission issue. After the service center picks up the vehicle they basically disappear. It is impossible to get any updates or information about the vehicle, ever. They have a text they set up but never respond to. They promise to email work orders and never do. Returned the vehicle with no gas on one occasion. On last issue have not sent me the work order they know I need for arbitration with Lincoln. In less than 3 months of owning the vehicle, it has been with Parks Lincoln service center for 30+ days. DO NOT BUY OR GET SERVICE from Parks Lincoln. If I could, I would put 0 stars. The response below is disingenuous and for the public. When I emailed and offered to provide details was basically ignored in her response.

Ever Since Bob Weinstock retired, the repair shop at this dealership has gone down hill. I came in for a Ford recall on my car and an oil change. They claimed that they could not make the repair because they had to replace my entire diagnostic system because the ABS light was on. It was on, because the ABS brakes dont work properly and that was what the recall was for. Even though I had an appointment, I waited for over 4 hours for an oil change and replacing a battery. $365.00 later the recall was not done. I believe they even charged me to rotate my tires even though I had purchased my tires there. I had to pay to have my battery tested to find out that I needed a new battery. Bob Weinstock valued loyal customers, Parks Lincoln no longer does. I was told that there is also a recall on my Driver air bag and that they would call me when those parts were in and that it should take 2-3 days for them to arrive. That was the end of June and I still havent heard from them. I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for 12 years but now I will make a change. I will not purchase a Lincoln or Ford car in the future. Maybe Ronnie Parks needs to take a close look at his dealerships service department.

Driver asked me and then gave me a lecture on the importance of a Covid shot.after discussing and reviewing all of the issues since purchasing I’ve decided to downgrade the response. What was not mentioned was the fact I needed my entire engine replaced less than 10 days after purchasing. Quite interesting that they had this car at their Ford store in service for quite awhile before transferring the car down to the Lincoln store to sell. Hmmm….. makes me wonder. And to top it all off they called and said they damaged the exhaust when removing the car from the life. They fixed it but damage recorded.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon just looking at the Lincoln, I had my heart set on a Lexus but my sister convinced me to look at the Lincoln. The sales associate that assisted me was not overbearing and didnt pressure me on anything but he did offer me a new 2020 with a reduced price and I bought the first one I looked at. The most pleasant experience in my 36 years of car buying,. I had been researching and doing my due diligence for my next car purchase for several months. I walked onto the lot and met with Fred, my first encounter. I was very specific as to my wants and needs, and he was very understanding. This was absolutely the worse buying experience I have had purchasing a vehicle ever. First, they incorporate a $995.00 warranty into the price of car that you cannot decline.I had our vehicle for less than 24 hours and my wife called from the side of the road. The car had broken down and the screen showed engine failure. I call the Parks Lincoln and the young lady and service puts me on hold. She gets the original salesman on the phone and Jorge tells me to take it to another dealer because vehicle is still under warranty. WTH???? My wife is on the side of the road and you force us to get a warranty and the dont honor it with roadside service??!!! Once they get your $$$$ they could care less.I served I the military for 20 years practicing honor,courage, and commitment to my country. Parks Lincoln of Tampa has none.of these qualities.

My wife and I recently went to the location on N. Florida to inquire as to the Lincoln Aviator. Unfortunately, we were unable to speak to anyone regarding our interest because no one came to greet us. We walked around the lot and walked through the building with the intent to speak to a sales representative, however, none engaged. While management may quickly dismiss this comment by indicating that all sales representatives were busy at the time, this assuredly was not the case. I saw various sales representatives available, yet they remained dismissive of our presence. Even to humor the notion that all sales representatives were unavailable, upon leaving the location your records will show that I called and spoke to a representative requesting information. To date, I have received no call. I cannot say specifically why my wife and I were ignored, however, I can only surmise that we simply did not fit the target consumer. My wife and I are young professionals looking to grow our family, and to find a vehicle that could accommodate our needs. My wife and I have always been fond of your German competitors and thought it would be advantageous to look at other brands. Obviously, we were mistaken.

We bought a new Lincoln Corsair back in the last week of December. Still waiting for a follow up call and it is the end of February. Not the Lincoln experience we heard about. Good deal but terrible post sale service. The car is great. We have buttons on the console that were never explained and we dont know what they do. I know, read the owners manual. Shouldnt have to.

Though I was not sure I wanted the attention of a salesperson right off the bat, I did walk into the showroom instead of onto the car lot, and we were warmly greeted by Josh Whipple. Cutting to the chase, Josh did an excellent job of LISTENING to what we said, and when we were inspecting a car, Josh effectively pointed out items which were not necessarily apparent, but in which we did have interests. He mentioned a couple of items in the sales process which hit home with us, and he did it in such a way that the presentation was well received, personable, and unforced. (Just the way I like to do my sales presentations.)

Received a call about a rental reservation yesterday. Was told when I dropped my car off this morning someone would bring a rental to the body shop. Called this morning after dropping my car off and was told there was no record of anything I was saying. I have the number in my call history and they literally told me they would send a car. Told me they were redirecting me but the line just called them again and was redirected again- to the wrong number. Was then told I called the wrong number (that I was redirected to from Lincoln) and was redirected once more. Still at the body shop waiting on my rental. Incompetent truly.

I bought a used Lincoln from them using their online service. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesmen were forthright and honest and quick to respond. I was able to negotiate the price, financing, and delivery all over texts and a couple of phone calls and they delivered the car to me for a no obligation test drive before purchase. It could not have been smoother. The delivery showed up on time and the car was great, as advertised. They were so good to work with.

Best Dealership Experience Ever!.We walked into the dealership and were greeted by Michael Stillings who welcomed us, asking how he could help. We explained we were looking at the new Lincoln Navigator and would like to learn more. We walked outside to view a few different colors and told him what we desired as to color and options. He went inside and grabbed a few keys and we drove a model we liked and discussed the vehicle as we drove. When we returned, we sat down and discussed price and purchasing the vehicle. We could not believe how nice it was with no high pressure sales tactics. Our experience with the finance office was quick and efficient, and the deal was closed in what we consider to be record time.T
