If you need an appointment ASAP they’ll get you in, and that’s probably because most people avoid this dealership whenever possible. I should have stayed away after my first bad experience, but one of the advisors that no longer works for this location changed EVERYTHING with his amazing customer service. Since he has left it had been made abundantly clear to me that stellar service is not a priority at this location, which is unfortunate. I would suggest checking out other locations in S Tampa instead.
Great staff!! Good selection of cars (I bought one), fast paperwork, listened to what I wanted and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. From sales to finance to service...all the people were terrific!!!

Never imagine an oil change and tire rotation takes 3 plus hours,even with appointment. As a former auto tech the most it take on a regular vehicle that type of work including paperwork is 30 minutes. At the waiting room only 10 customers (not all having maintenance on their vehicles) so that tells me it should take that long for an oil change and tire rotation....hope manager steps in and retrain maintenance staff...most likely they need a trained Express Lube Team....in and out....

Armando Miranda was awesome the first time we went to EchoPark Thornton was with my Father-in-law and and Armando received us and treated us like really close friends and joked around with us. We went back with Armando, a man that we trust I sent him a message looking for that truck and he got the truck ready as soon as we arrived. He had everything ready and from there everything is history. Armando Miranda has excellent customer service I wish him the best.

The location of the dealership is easy to find, we went to test drive the new Nissan Leaf 2019, the sales person was ok but not enthusiast as much I would think he will be when it comes to show an electric vehicles like the Leaf, he answered my questions but didnt show much interest in trying to sell the car, you know what I mean. He was constantly checking his phone so this is the reason for the 3 stars. The receptionist was ok. I was expecting more I guess.

The finance person (sorry forgot his name) answered all my questions and I was done in no time. So far Courtesy Hyundai has high marks from me. I saw them go in my car without the proper gear so i asked if they were not practicing any safety precautions. They got upset with me and refused to attend to me. They called the manager to come and take care of me. The poor man had to come and lift out the tire from my care trunk. Everyone at the service desk had an attitude all because i wanted to practice safety precautions.

I took my vehicle there because of a ticking noise. The service rep. Could have listened and if he knew anything about cars could have suggested a simple and inexpensive solution. But instead put the vehicle on a diagnosis machine $160 to find out that there was probably a carbon buildup and then charged another $38 to fix it. Which had he suggested to run a can or 2 of Seafoam through a couple tanks of gas to see if that fixed the problem and if not then bring it back for diagnosis. And if he didnt feel comfortable doing that could have asked a mechanic to listen. So every 3rd tank of gas Ill added can of Seafoam as advertised at OReilly Auto Parts for 8 bucks instead of 198 bucks. 71 and learn something new every day. And stay away from Dealership repairs.

When you call to get scheduled for Recall work and oil change, you are not told parts may not be there. When you arrive for service, thats when you are told the parts may not be there but, that is after you are texted about changing air filter and fuel injection services. I left 3 hrs later. Place is cleanWith good large seating area.

Car I asked to see had already been sold the night before, which I understand. A simple phone call to me, knowing that I was looking at a specific car was sold, would have been the right thing to do. So when I arrived, it seemed like a bait and switch. Its a shame since I have bought multiple vehicles from Courtesy and use them for service as well.

We were there for our 10am appointment for an oil change and they suggested we have aa tire rotation done. 4 hours later the car was done. After complaining and insisting they find the car we got it.They did not charge us.

I wanted to share my experience with this Dealership that I have been using for about 1.5 years. The reason I wanted to do this is to recognize the great service I received from Carmelo A. service advisor who has been absolutely wonderful in providing good honest advice, taking diligent and knowledgeable care my of concerns, when I started having trouble with my Sonata that was consuming way too much oil. The car was tested and it failed. I was concerned that Hyundai would not take responsibility and make right the situation, but my concerns where soon put to rest after my case was handled by Fadi A. Service Manager who has integrity and professionalism, rarely seen these days, who took care of communicating my case with the corporate agency responsible for authorising a new replacement engine . I want to sincerely thank them for there service and my appreciation for taking care of me, providing feedback every step of the way.This is my first Experience of Hyundai ownership, and it will not be my last.
Trying to get a hold of a service advisor is not easy. I just tried calling the service dept, the phone just rings and rings. Then hit 0 for the operator, she sent me to the service dept. I let it ring for 3 minutes with no avail. smh

Service could be better, really need to tighten up a bit the service advisors as you come in and nobody acknowledges your presence until a few minutes later.Left my car at 7am for service and didnt get it back till after 5pm. I worked till 4pm so expected to come in get it and leave. Yet was told tires didnt came in till 3:30pm.Overall the service wasnt bad but it could definitely be better. They no longer offer a shuttle service so thats a bummer.

Well..... Not more than 11 months from my last two star rating review, Im back with one star. Within the past few days Ive never been more lied to and passed around from one person to the next to help me to only made to feel as if Im not important at all.I had a service appointment for my 2018 Rogue Sport on 10-3-20 at 1:40pm with Kevin Ragano. When I arrived I checked in as I normally would and and went over what maintenance would be preformed on my vehicle. Before I handed off my keys to Kevin I told him that I had a nail that was in my driver rear tire and I was losing air, and if that was something that can be removed/fixed wile my vehicle was being serviced. Kevin stated that it should a problem, but if they were able to remove the nail and patch the tire up at an additional cost he would immediately inform me before this took place to see if I would agree to any costs on my end. Two and a half hours later waiting in the lounge I was called by Kevin who informed me that my vehicles maintenance has been completed and he handed me over all necessary paperwork. I then asked Kevin if the nail/patch up was ever addressed? He then attempted several times to call the maintenance technician that serviced my vehicle to confirm the nail/patch up was ever fixed. Strangely enough he hung up the phone after several failed attempts to reach the macanic and stated directly to my face I spoke to the macanic personnelly before I went and got you from the lounge and he said the nail was removed and patched up. To my surprise it was free of charge and I thanked Kevin for addressing this problem and left the dealership. Not more than an hour of driving my front driver tire pressure sensor went off as I also noticed my vehicle felt a little off. I parked, got out and immediately saw that the rear driver tire that originally had the nail in it had NOT been fixed or patched up as Kevin stated to me, but infact was moved to the front as my car. I called the dealership and could not get a hold of Kevin Ragano and was passed around from extention to extention without any answers or help. I called and left more messages and voicemails than I can count with NO RESPONSE. Finally I got a hold of someone from internet sales by the name of Jacob Rivera on Monday. He seemed empathetic to my situation and was appalled that I was lied to and sent off without being informed it was never taken cared of. He promised me that he would address this immediately and I could expect a phone call from him the following day after he has spoken to Kevin Ragano about my problem and see when could be done to rectify this. No surprise I never got that call and after relentlessly calling for Jacob he then told me just call road said assistance if it goes flat. I had no words and was left furiously upset! Ive even repeatedly called and left a voicemail for the General Manager Brendan OBrien with no response either.I can tell you that my father, sister and I have 3 vehicles between us three from this dealership and this is NOT how you treat your loyal customers!!! Ive never been more turned off by this dealership or by its staff that Ive dealt with during these past few days. Never again will I trust the word of any staff member at this location.

Brittany is amazing! She is one of the most caring reps we met there though I am still waiting for my survey from them. As far as the people in finance... though the guy was nice he lied to us. He said they would only run our credit once. However when we got home we saw our credit report show that our credit was run 7 times for each of us. This was problematic because we are trying to build our credit. Regardless of that we had a great experience at Courtesy Hyundai and will be going back.

Not happy with my experience at this dealer. They over promised and under delivered. It started well, they seemed like they wanted to earn my business. We agreed to terms, they made it sound like the deal was done and they were going to pull a car from another dealer that same day. Took my down payment, then the excuses came. First, they said the other dealer was closed and they couldnt get the car. Then I called them out because the other dealer was still open, I was told it would be too late. They asked me to come in Monday after work, all I would have to do is come in for 30 minutes to sign all the paper work and take delivery. Showed up Monday at 4:30pm, the car wasnt there and they wanted more money down. Had the car been there, I wouldve put down the extra money. Then I asked for my cash back several times, since enough of my time was wasted. Was finally told at 7pm that they could not refund cash back and would not cut a refund check right away. They would mail me a check. Quick to take my cash, not quick to refund it. Lesson learned, taking my business somewhere else. Emailed the GM Jose Fernandez and he didnt bother to respond.

I had the most horrible, expensive, dissatisfying and remarkably incomplete and inefficient work performed at Courtesy Nissan of Tampa on Hillsborough 1 month ago. I have historically brought my truck (which I purchased here by the way) for many years. Never again! I have also shared my experience by phone, email and text with Service Advisor Sam ? and on the phone to bring resolution to the matter with Service Manager Rich Phelps. In addition I have completed two surveys on-line with more detailed information about my horrible experience and low rating. I advise anyone to go to Ferman or Brandon Nissan or anywhere but here. Do not go to Courtesy Nissan. There has been no follow up or effort from anyone at Courtesy to apologize for their error and mistake. Easy appointments and quick for a dealership. Oil changed in less than 30 min today for $29.95 when booked online. Waiting area is a bit small and seating is limited, but there is an excellent coffee machine, plenty of bottled water and snacks to help kill the time.Courtesy technicians do good work and have not given me the hard sell for services I did not really need. The Service staff has been attentive, friendly and helpful.I also bought my current car at Courtesy. I think I got a great deal and again there was not a hard sell. They move a LOT of vehicles so must be doing many things right!
Tasha is amazing first off. My service advisor is on the ball. Mr. Housefield is good with finding the right car for you. They have a good coffee maker. I wish they had a snack to go with it.

Ive bought three cars from them. Unless youre moving up to a luxury brand (Audi/BMW/Lexus/etc) Ive never received service as good as I have at this dealership. When my first car had a serious issue, they loaned me a rental until mine was operational again.When I take in my newest car for service, Im always greeted by name by my usual service rep (shout out to Warren in case anyone from Hyundai reads this). My car only had 35k miles on it, but Im already planning on purchasing my next car there as well.
Car turned out like new. Great job Rebecca!( and collision team that disd the work) liked that everytime she called full updates were given...no excuses.. I like people straight fwd and knowledgeable as if it was her car. 🌟
Been using Courtesy Hyundai for about a year and a half. The service advisors are friendly and the waiting area is decent with a huge variety of coffee selections that is pretty high quality.The only issue here is inconsistency with accepting competitors coupons and the extremely long wait it takes for basic service (oil change and tire rotation) to be completed. Count on being there at least an 1.5 - 2 hours. My most recent experience was a 2.0 hour wait on a tuesday. I have never been able to have my car serviced under 1.5 hours. It really does not help if you have an appointment or not. All my service experiences involved appointments and usually the very first one (earliest one available).
Really good experience with Courtesy Automotive in Tampa. Ive bought new cars from them before, but my latest purchase was a Used Mercedes E-Class for my wife. The process was quick and they gave me great rates, better than my bank. Would recommend to friends.

If I can give less than 1 star I would. Came here to get corrected the issues that my car has had for the 4th time. I was set up with Kevin but I was handed to Jose. He seemed to be wanting to help until having us sit for 2 hours I asked how long for eta. He told me he had to take us home and leave us without a car, because they didnt have mechanics at the shop. I ask if no mechanics in shop why schedule my car for service? I told him that my car started making sounds when last I drove it off the lot. I called and spoke to service manager which advised me to come in and they would correct the issue. Was still having the collision sensor going off. Jose your service advisor told me he would need to take me home, but I told him I needed my car, couldnt be without a car. He told me I could take the car to another service dealer. I told him I was going to write a review and thats when his true colors came out, he told me he wasnt going to send me review because it cost me monies very unprofessional and rude. He refused getting me a manager. After waiting 2 hours all he could tell me was they could do my oil change. My husband agreed. And have to get rescheduled. Ive never experienced such bad customer service. And how my car has been served, its worse since I brought it in. Apparently no manager on site to speak to customers. Dont recommend this place for service. Especially working with JOSE so called service advisor. Worse experience at this location. As I left he laughed sarcastically. Told me the review doesnt affect him in anyway. He didnt even have the car washed as required originally.
Great service people, but it did take longer than expected. They apologized for the delay. Nice waiting area with coffee and ice water. Upholstery on chairs is starting to wear.

Went comparison shopping on Presidents Day. The sales associate who helped us was kind and answered most our questions. The dealership was cooking up burgers and hotdogs for shoppers served with chips, cookies, and drinks for free, so that was a nice touch.
Interestingly, my low coolant level warning appeared. I never open the hood of my car anymore. It has become way too technical. I called Ellen, she said come in as soon as it is convenient for me. I was in at 8:30 am on a Friday morning and had some coffee and chatted with my sales rep about upcoming product releases. I was back out the door by 10:00 with a freshly cleaned and topped off vehicle!It is always a pleasure to deal with my friends at Mercedes Benz of Tampa!
I like to say a special thanks to courtesy courtesy went on a limb and Im not going to even say a limb call Sister job but they work with me and got me a vehicle with nobody else would even different banks that I had to deal with before that didnt want to bother with me because of a minor incident that came up on on my credit even though I had a good pay rate and my credit history was was pretty decent they still didnt touch me courtesy did what they needed to do to get me finance and I appreciate that a real nice place to go I recommend them to me anybody and I do for as far as getting you a nice reasonable vehicle in your price range

Its as good as a dealership goes. We were there for 6hours! Then they couldnt get my tag off my old car, so the salesman said he would bring it out to my house the NEXT day. I didnt here anything from anybody the next day. So I called him the next morning, had to leave a message. He calls me later and says hell be bringing the tag that evening at 6. At 6:30 I called his cellphone. Left a message. At 6:50 I called the dealership and he was still there. He tells me that he has gotten busy and has sent an associate with my tag and hed left 15 to 20 minutes earlier. He got to my house about 20 minutes after that. My point is why couldnt the salesman HAVE taken 5 minutes to call me and keep me informed?? Hes made his commission off me, so am I now worthless??
Great service! Bryan in service was very helpful and kind.Using Lyft instead of Courtesy van to pickups is a nice touch.My only issue is the car wash. You get a complimentary car wash with service. My was still dirty. It was a really lazy wash. Last time I was there for an oil change, I got my car back with streaks of soaps all over it as it they threw soapy water on my cat and put it in the sun without rinsing it. I dont know does the car washes but it is time for someone new!
