I was looking for a sectional today. The manager showed me the selection and educated me on the many options. I really was impressed by both the manager and the designer. I have owned 2 ethan allen couches and I am about to purchase another. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I love the Conway couch so much.

Got electric reclining love seat and chair and within 60 days one of the controllers went bad. It was replaced but we had to go to the store to pick it up so we waited longer by weeks. Why could it not be mailed? Also, questionable quality since the items are already failing and there is no manual back up for the mechanism and believe the next failure will cost us hundreds of dollars to fix the problem.
I will never work with Ethan Allen again. After ordering my furniture and being told 3 months it was more like 5 months. One of the recliners came with a defect in the leather. I was told it could not be fixed. These recliners were 5000.00 each. Motor broke on one after 6 months. Every time you call the store they are the most unhelpful people on the planet. Poor service. Furniture quality and design help overrated. I could go on but I wont.

I will never work Ethan Allen again. After ordering over $500 in materials and another $550 to have a chair, of someone who passed away, reapolstered. The materials were ordered incorrectly and the chair was not done to our specifications. What was supposed to be a great experience has turned into nothing but disappointment, a waiting game and a run around. Whenever I do get in contact with someone they say yes, tomorrow then two weeks later the same statement. They make me feel like Im bothering them when I ask for an update on something I already paid for. I feel like I threw away over $1000 and I will make sure not to suggest this particular site to anyone.
