It’s always fun to visit IKEA. You can easily spend couple of hours just strolling through the store. Love its humongous eye catching displays. They have plenty of items for every corner of your room like literally and with good prices. What I love is they are super organized with all the tags, prices and displays. If you are into diy and assembling, this is a place for you.They also have restaurant with pretty good menu.

Ive not been to IKEA in 10 years and after all that time it doesnt disappoint. I was happy to spend a couple hours walking through and then I stopped into the restaurant at the end. Definitely worth the trip.

Very clean store. Although they were a lot of things that were temporarily unavailable. Im sure its just a temporary situation. But a lot of items new seasonal items available. I always love the one that IKEA and looking at the displays. They always have great ideas to decorate and organize your home.

Theres so much to see and shop thru. I love the ideas that you can get from going thru the rooms and sourcing products. The bedroom and kitchen areas are fantastic.

Ikea is fantastic in a LOT of ways- its the only place where you can walk into and literally solve any furnishing need in a short period of time - coming away with a fashionably sensible item - at a reasonable cost- the Swedes are Brilliant!!!

Its a great place to get your steps in for the day and pick up a couch and some meatballs on your way out.

The purchase of my kitchen has been an unmitigated disaster. After seeing an IKEA kitchen at a friends house we decided to “give it a go”.The online design consolation was a little stale but productive. The original design was changed and saved in the design software, good. When ordering your cabinets please be very aware of the phrase “out of stock items”. We purchased what was IN STOCK at our local IKEA. We were then handed a list… of items “not in stock”. These items were now my responsibility to track and set notifications as to when or if they were “in stock” and then place the order (and pay for). The above sign up on the web site, and set an email or text alert was explained to us. What is not mentioned is the alert is only active for a week or so. So I set alerts, and waited, no alerts. Phone calls were made and the tidbit of the alert expires was learned. So with that I changed tactic, order online and ship in from wherever needed to finish this.Some items cannot be shipped from certain warehouses!?! I have had to spend extra for shipping fees to get parts to me in order to have Tremond install service come out. I do not know which design they used for our kitchen but it clearly was not the most recent. The sink, dishwasher, and drawers were in the incorrect order. A base cabinet that has been holding the project for two months turned out to not be needed at all! I’m a handy guy and was able to re arrange the cabinets, reply plumb the sink, and the dishwasher BUT I shudder to think what a person without the wherewithal to that would do.The installers did do a nice job overall, they installed a over range microwave, all the fit and finish was very good. I’m not knocking the installers just how they got the information for the install. There are many other smaller gotchas that have haunted this operation. In closing are the cabinets nice, yes! The installers were good folk, and had pride in the work they did. BUT the system that shirks off the completion of the order and then subsequent trips to the store or arrangement of additional shipping. To me is insane. The last two cabinets were to arrive Tuesday, for install Saturday, before flooring on Monday didn’t arrive. No follow up form IKEA, no email, no text, nothing as to where our cabinets were and why they were not delivered. They were clearly delayed and can be delivered the Monday the floors are going in…. If you do this you need to be on top of everything constantly.

I like IKEA products and the showroom experience inspires new ideas for layout decor etc.The one-way traffic streamlines things for those interested in the whole tour but is cumbersome for someone looking for a particular product.Finding a product seen in the showroom is also challenging and awkward. And navigating between the upstairs and downstairs the exit and the shopping cart area is a bore. You have to go upstairs just to get a shopping cart!

Nice really long walk, with amazing creativity for large and small spaces to really help you get the best out of your living spaces. prices are really low. Im sure thats due to the self assemble products. Really great options for projects on a budget or entire home remodels just be prepared to get a really good walk in to find everything you are looking for. Fun place to visit always a amazing items you never thought you needed there.

I found my new favorite kitchen! The showroom is setup with decorated rooms so that you can see how pieces fit together. They offer a variety of styles from traditional to modern with reasonable prices and exceptional quality. This dark, forest green kitchen with white Carrera marble countertops stole the show for me and I hope that itll be my new kitchen someday!

If youve been to an Ikea before, then you know what to expect: an incredible showroom, bright lighting, open areas and decent food should you want to hit the cafeteria.If youve never been to an Ikea, dont go unless you have time to wander. These stores are huge and you will spend a lot of time examining everything.The Tampa store is clean, well-lit and filled with friendly associates.A few observations:1. The furniture is far easier to assemble than most people give it credit for. Compared to the inferior products available through Target, Walmart, Staples, etc - the Ikea stuff is vastly superior in terms of quality and ease of assembly.2. The cafeteria food is pretty good. I wouldnt stop by for the purposes of lunch, but if youre already there, give it a go. I do recommend skipping the soda.3. The warehouse area where you pick your own stuff for purchase is a bit sketchy. Some of the carts are difficult to manage and youre definitely on your own. Bring a second person if you are planning to purchase anything substantial.3a. The new (?) gatekeepers that prevent you from picking certain furniture items without going to your phone and signing off on a heavy things can tip over warning is stupid. It clogs up the process and doesnt really prevent a single death or injury from stupidity.Overall: great place to do business with.

Love ikea started shopping there when i lived in germany in 1982 missed a lot of years when i moved back to the states enjoy all of our visits

Ikea is a great store to shop at. Prepare yourself to see so many ideas for all areas of your home. Definitely different from your classic furniture store! Also come in hungry so you can taste healthy, delicious meals. On your way out buy yummy Swedish almond chocolate cake, and you will be coming back again for more ;)

It’s IKEA - so - you know what to expect!We went on a Friday night after work to avoid the weekend crowd and have all of our weekend projects ready to go - barely anyone in there - it was a Swedish dream!These days there is quite a bit out of stock and unavailable so check online before your make the trek.

Nice room set ups to give you ideas on how to decorate. The live plants are pricey.

Searching for specific shelving, on a garage conversion project, brought me here today. I thoroughly enjoyed the stroll throughout the upper and lower tiers. Many ideas were spawned, as I have a tricky area to work and combine in. Although we were unsuccessful in finding the shelves we wanted, as the inventory is low or out. ( we know due to the pandemic), we will return to pick up when shelves are stocked again. Lovely day. Lunch or snack here is a super treat too!!

We were so happy to see a new variety of items on the showcase floors! If you have never been to Ikea its definitely an adventure and would recommend spending the afternoon there. We enjoy the cafeteria style restaurant up stairs. The food is great and inexpensive! I definitely recommend picking up a dessert while you are there! After eating, mosey out to the showroom and walk off that food! We have bought a plethora of items from here in the past and will continue to!

Not a quick visit. You first go upstairs for a huge showroom with a map on the columns. Youre encouraged to take pictures of the room setups displayed. At the end you choose between stairs or a cafeteria for a break and a recharge. Then the buying can begin below. Unlike anything I have seen anywhere else. Particularly interesting to those who have small living units. We will return.

Great ideas in the disposable furniture maze. I realize how much trash it creates now though and it bothers me. Designers are awesome. Check out is like waiting in line for gas in a hurricane. Because of Covid cheap goods are out of stock on many items. Maybe this not a bead thing.

They NEVER have basic items here, its actually the smallest IKEA Ive ever been in and their AS-IS section ALWAYS sucks... Sorry to be such a downer cause I LOVE IKEA but this location is a bad representation of the companys true esthetic...

Ikea does not accept returned items back if you do not have the receipt, even if you have your credit card with you, the one that you used when you bought those things. In order to return the purchases items, you need to register online, (paper numbers are no longer available ). Many items are not in the store and workers are offering to order everything online. Lots of things are poor quality and being sold over 5 years . Some items are contemporary and a little different then at the other stores, people are interested to see some Scandinavian ideas . So I would give 6 out of 10

Been here a few times always a great experience until one of the workers kicked me out for making Kraft Mac n cheese in one of their kitchens. Will not go again to this restaurant! They did have nice comfy beds for you to lay on though.

I never bought IKEA furniture because I have always heard it was junk. I went out on a limb and bought a few pieces. From what Ive seen, it is good quality. I cant speak to beds or couches but the vanity desk I bought my wife is solid. Me putting it together Im sure has a lot to do with that ;)

IKEA used to be so much fun! The shelves are not stocked and although that is indicated on some items in the showroom, it wasnt on many things we wanted to purchase. Very low or non existent inventories on popular items like Billy bookcases or simple shelves, even decor items were missing.

Did click and collect. Employees wearing masks to keep their customers safe. THANK YOU!! It was FAST and EASY! Thank you for making the process efficient. Would definitely do pick up again!

We spoke at length with one of the most patient, informed, kind and helpful staff members that I have EVER encountered in ANY retail store. Her name was Rosie, and we were inquiring about furniture availability. She checked stock in her store, multiple other stores, recommended helpful tips for online notifications of future availability, among MANY other very helpful suggestions. What a valuable staff and sales member she is to Ikea. When we went to the checkout, another staff member, who I very unfortunately did not get his name, saw us waiting in line and directed us to a quicker checkout and was so kind. We also ate in your cafeteria and the gentleman that served us guessed that my daughters were vegan by the questions they were asking, and immediately gave them recommendations for food to fit their diet... which was PLENTIFUL AND DELICIOUS! Overall, a VERY pleasant visit. Would highly recommend and will go back again!

Outside was clean of debris, parking lot packed and a few carts in parking spaces. Inside was also clean and organized for the most part throughout with the exception of a few items left behind by customers. Food court tables were not so clean, although as soon as someone would leave someone else would sit down so not enough time for the employees to get to the table to clean but there were employees doing so. The meatballs they are so known for are in fact delicious, although the fountain sodas are not that great. I went on a Saturday and Sunday due to grabbing the wrong parts, the entire area of furniture parts to pick up was very organized I just mistakenly grabbed a cabinet door from under the sign when it was above. The return process however was not my favorite, you must text a number to get a link for return sent to you and on the link you sign up to get in line I did not have my phone and my husbands phone was at 5% battery but luckily we made it through the wait before it died but very inconvenient in situations like ours. The food stand downstairs was good as well. I think the prices for the meals and snacks are very nicely priced. The prices of the Ikea furniture are also very favorable and I like how easy they are to build.

A very frustrating place for me because I am not a do-it-yourself person. I cant understand swedish but they do have good prices. Walked around about 3 hours and personally spent $10. My daughter on the other hand spent over $450 and now trying to figure out how to put things together. Frustrating for me. So to each his own.

Love this store. Wish they had the paper catalogs still as the online catalog is a pain. The meatballs havent been as good the last 3 visits. Dry and tasteless. Disappointing because I used to love them. Items in the store are always top quality. Love how they set up actual rooms so you can get a feel of how all the items go together in small rooms

Be prepared to spend more time here than you expect. Floor plan ensures you will see every area in the store and you will probably find items you werent looking for. Over all, a good experience. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes!

IKEA is a must go site for choose and buy the best on everything that you need to your home. Quality products and modern design are they trade mark. It will take almost all morning to visit the showroom on top floor.

Was in the past much better quality. No good costumer service you go there, you are by yourself, need to find someone to help you, not easy, they run away when they see you. Sad.

The store is not bad at all. In fact its one of the better ones Ive been to in a while. The reason I gave a 3 star rating is because of the employees that work with the food upstairs. The employees are NOT as friendly, or helpful as other places. I really wish they do something about it, because I was told that theyve had complaints about those certain employees. I really dont understand why no one has done anything about it as of yet. Well, I hope this helps. My only advice to you is go somewhere else to have a bite to eat., Maybe downstairs or some place else. Thanks again

Is a huge place with a whole lot of very nice stuff. Seemed very clean. After we found what we were looking for and wound our way to the warehouse only to discover they were out. Tag in the store did they had some in shock. Bummer... would not hv driven in ask the traffic of the web page had said they were out. Oh well.. learned a lesson.. to call bf we go to see if they hv in stock what we need.. but over all it is an impressive place.

Love this store, prices are not too bad and lots to choose from for your home. Cant always depend on the in-stock information. They get that wrong at times but overall a fast 4 STAR store.

Emily in the kitchen planning was superb! She had above and beyond patience. Of course, product supply chain of what is available is hot or miss so be prepared.

I don’t buy many things because I’m trying to save money but sometimes I just like to look around and pretend like I am. It seems to satisfy my shopping urge really well. Also, the demo rooms are very well put together.

I love IKEA a lot. So many different items, with great prices. It’s HUGE, so be prepared to walk a couple of miles, between two floors of stuff.Only down point for me is that it is not handicapped friendly, by which I mean, there are NO mobility scooters at all for people like myself who have bad knees and hips. It would be great if they provided them for the disabled and elderly.I know they will provide a wheelchair if requested, but I’m the type of person that hates to ask or to have anyone push them around, it feels burdensome. A mobility scooter is more independent than a wheelchair.Anyway I made it through, slowly but had to take ibuprofen halfway through, cause the knees were giving out on me.All in all, IKEA is a great place to shop for all your household needs.

If you’re looking for furniture this is definitely a place you want to check out. But just make sure you go with plenty of time because it’s extremely easy to get lost inside. Once you enter you have to go all the way through the maze to come out at the exit. Even taking the shortcuts that they provide takes quite some time. So just make sure you go with plenty of, and grab something to eat before you get started.

Such a wide variety of things for the house at reasonable prices. You must put everything together yourself though.

We were here, as part of our vacation in USA and without visiting IKEA and shopping some beautiful, colorful home articles the visit is not complete.This store is big like elsewhere in the world. Right from linen to upholstery, sofa, bed furniture, utilities, and everything for a household. Value for money and I love the designs by IKEA..

Took some time to figure out where/how to get to the part where you can get the tables and stuff, but once we found it, was easy peasy from there

After paying for delivery....to go up one flight of stairs.....which extra was paid. Order was thousands of dollars. Drivers wanted to leave on the sidewalk....refused to bring even inside doorway. Needless to say they left with my order as I couldnt have it left on the side walk. Not to mention its going to rain. I spent a great deal of money...Ikea was eager to take my money but not live up to our agreement. Buyer beware. I realize that the delivery may be a sub contractor but still no excuse. Just found out that the drivers canceled my order. That was vicious. Not only did they not redeliver as told but spending hours on phone to try to resolve. So much work because delivery was too lazy to do their job. Up Date.....days later order trickled in. Neither had paper for me to sign. One did let me take a picture of paper...others didnt saying they didnt have any. Refused to bring up stairs. Did drop off in doorway..guess because of the rain. Rude Rude Rude.

Oh my God there is so much Furniture I want to buy oh my God I have found so much to redo my house I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking to redo your house and you got a little bit of extra cash but even if you dont go for the shopping I definitely recommend this Swedish meatballs oh my dear Lord or the Stockholm salad let me tell you that is a great piece of fish on that salad oh my God

This place used to the THE BOMB! Last few years the entire place has gone way down hill! They dont keep up with their displays, no customer service and they are out of EVERYTHING! I spoke to a person there and she blamed it on covid. What she didnt know is I had purchased almost all that they didnt have from the Jacksonville store. So I think its poor management.

I love IKEA. Ive been here a few times and always see something lovely and new. I had a great breakfast for just $2 with lots of free coffee. Their little mock up homes are lovely, lots of great storage ideas. I love their Market Place. Their prices are superb. Checking out could be quicker. Recommended. Could easily spend a day here.

Took over 30 minutes just to get in the door and then every product I wanted, was either out of stock, pieces were missing or wrong color. Very disappointed. The service staff were nice, but if you need furniture-try consignment.

They didnt have any of the dining sets I wanted in stock. Even still I love ikea.

The labels on items in the showroom indicating they are out of stock are misleading because many more are out of stock than what is labeled in the showroom.The warehouse is at least 2/3 empty. You might as well start there and see what is actually available before going to the showroom and getting your hopes up.The bistro near checkout is the same way. You see one item on the menu covered with white paper and assume its the only unavailable item, but once you wait in line for 15 minutes and start ordering, you find out what you wanted to order is also unavailable.

Pretty sweet spot for mid to high grade stuff. From all sorts of furniture to silverware. I recommend a visit.

Nice, as always. Limited inventory on so many items, for some reason. But, I still enjoyed walking thru the building looking for stuff I didnt need but, I definitely couldnt live without.... LOL! Picked up some cinnamon buns on the way out, of course

5 stars if they had handicap carts and the snack station had edible food (not good)The set up is great ... so much to choose from! They even have mini rooms set up to give you full visual effect of what you can do with their products and they are spectacular!!! Simply AMAZING !!But the walking is insane !!! The place is huge!!!

I’m super disappointed because normally I have a great experience at ikea but today our experience was not so great. We went there to get a couch and the guy just seemed like he didn’t want to do his job. We found a couch we liked and first he said “we don’t have it in gray”. We said okay no problem, then two seconds later he said “actually we don’t have it in stock here at the store” I said can we order it online “and he said I can’t order it for you since it’s out of stock online to” and then I said ok well can we pre order it and he said “no” and I was like “can you check your computer” and he said “no”. So I went online and it was not out of stock ! He was so unhelpful and rude that I won’t be coming back to ikea now and he ruined my husbands first time experience there . Just disappointed

I love to go and IKEA to just see all the new gadgets I dont like the flow of the traffic it just takes so long to get to one area but if you need a whole bunch of household products this is the best place to go love love love to go there and just browse

Covid is the excuse for everything being temporarily out of stock 3 out of 4 bed room and home office sets have atleast one part missing. Many discontinued items are still on display. Very disappointed after looking online and verifying they had what we needed. Renting a trailer taking a day and driving up. To go home 3.5 hours with nothing we came for. Very frustrating, plus everytime we found something we like it sad temporarily out of inventory and a 1/4 of the display floor was under renovation. So Sad, kids area permanently closed, no dinning, no free coffee. Not as pleasant as the past.
