Tiffany was a most excellent sales person. Very friendly, straight to the point and always honest. She knew her product very well and demonstrated excellence in all that she did. Only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was due to low vehicle availability, but that is a struggle everywhere.
We went to Courtesy knowing what car we wanted to see and what price we wanted to pay. The salesman, David Snead, was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He did not behave like the typical salesman stereotype and let us take the lead while making sure we were aware of our options. We will definitely ask for him again. The car is beautiful and my daughter is very happy with it!

I stopped by Toyota of Brandon and walked in and was immediately greeted by Creighton West who helped me buy my dream car. Not without the great assistance from Jose who helped me get a great warranty on my new vehicle at a very low price. I recommend this dealership but especially because of their staff because I personally had a great experience here. I am a Toyota lover and this experience solidified my position.
Jennifer Jones was wonderful! She made the process so easy from start to finish. I inquired about a vehicle online and she responded right away! I came in the next day and looked at the vehicle, unfortunately, the Acura I wanted was not a good fit but I saw a Camry I liked and we test drove, went through the finance process and it was the most painless dealership transaction I have ever! She is definitely an asset to the company.
8/28/2021 230pm Drove 138 miles for a car that we had a quote on . Nice car lot friendly personal with clean bathrooms. Asked our salesman about our car he said it was sold. We were never asked us for a deposit to hold the car. Pushed us into another car totally different color and 110 miles instead of the 2 miles on quoted car. We had an appointment time and we had pre approved credit. Taken 1hr 30 minutes so far. Now looks like the line to get to a finance manager will be another 1 hour more. Not happy $799 dealer fee, mats and tent $830 fee that is extra.This is my daughters first new car. Terrible time here looks like they are just making people wait hrs to buy a car. check out time 628 pm
We traded in our Sienna, upgraded to a newer model. Salesman Hector as always efficient, honest and listened to what we wanted. Weve done business with Hector in the past and will always go to him to do business as he has never disappointed us. We recommend him in purchasing a new Toyota. Jennifer Jones was the sales person who handled my sales transaction. She is not a high pressure type sales person which I greatly appreciated. She was outstanding throughout the entire transaction. The dealership is lucky to have her as an employee.
Well we just left Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, salesman name was Creighton West and the Sales Manager Dan Violette worked with us. The staff was very friendly and listened to our needs and then helped us come up with a solution. It took awhile but it was definitely worth the wait. So very thankful we were patient. We are new to the area so I don’t know much about this place but the experience I had today we will definitely be back. Highly recommend. If you are a realistic car shopper and want outstanding customer service give them a try. Finance dept was the fastest I have ever dealt with. We left here better then we walked in.
Big shout out to the staff of Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. Jessica at the parts desk and Peter in service were exceptional. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Peter saw me struggling to install the side mirror cover I ordered online and stepped in to assist. Sadly it was the wrong part, Jessica helped me choose the right one and when it came in Peter helped with the install again. I’m seriously thankful for them! So friendly and didn’t think twice about helping. I will be back and I highly recommend! :)

First and foremost, I will give credit where credit is due.Our salesmen Roody did a great job with us while getting our new RAV4! So our current 1 star review of the dealership in whole does not seem fair when the fact is, our current experience has been unpleasant due to our finance manager, Nick Nieto. Let’s rewind.. Before me and my 8 and a half month pregnant fiancé left the lot on July 3rd Nick assured us we had approved financing when we signed all of our papers and contracts! Well, we sure did it seems, about 4 days later I was already setup with our lender and had an account that matched all my contract details, excellent! UNTIL, Nick calls me anxiously stating he needs me to come back up, we had to sign just a few more things etc, etc, no big deal, it’s for your lender.When we arrived at the dealer to see Nick we brought my mother, who actually PURCHASED A new Prius with you guys that night! (Different finance manger thankfully) Nick informed me that we had to sign a whole new contract because he made a mistake by leaving a $1,000 cash down section in the contract when this was not the case. So this new contract would supposedly increase my monthly payment BUT, Nick offered a free tank of gas for that inconvenience. I let him know that 1 free tank of gas doesn’t justify my 6 year monthly payment increasing higher then I already wanted to be! He then insulted our financial status by telling us If you can’t handle this monthly payment increase imagine how expensive children are and you have a baby almost here.I completely let it go, just trying to keep my lady from stressing out any further. I told him no, I won’t be paying anything more regardless. I had my account set up and we signed already I told him, what happens if I walk out right now? He told me that he’d give us our car back and keep theirs. We bickered back and forth until Nick told me he would just drop our interest rates to compensate etc etc and BAM payments are the same and interest appears lower, bait and switch? I don’t know entirely but after signing and obviously not being as thorough as I should have been I got screwed into an added on package that I don’t believe was applied! And my price increased while monthly stayed the same and interest dropped. He told me he “Threw in this Resistall package as it’s the least he could do for messing that up the first time.” (He didn’t throw it in, I was paying for this unknowingly)Well, we finished and left! Now, 2 weeks later we are here writing this unfortunate review that yes, gets 1 star because 1 bad apple ruined it for the bunch! I have been called back AGAIN by Nick, “ “Hey Nick its Nick from courtesy Toyota give me a call when you get a chance I actually got some good news but I do need you to follow up with me as soon as you get this again Nicholas courtesy Toyota”When I spoke with Nick he informed me that he messed up on the contract ONCE AGAIN! And I needed to come back, again. I asked for his Manager to get involved. He direct me to the sales manager Mario Paz, who sat on the phone with me and tried to convince me to come in right away to sign another contract or the deal is off and the car may be taken back. Well, I spoke with my lender and they say my account is in good standing and everything is actually just fine. They never received a second contract with an update etc… interesting. So Nick and Mario are both telling me I am not funded and that my car may get taken? How is this happening? They refuse to text or email me after yesterday, when they reached out. I’m hoping actual UPPER MANAGEMENT sees this summarized description of me and my fiancé’s Experience with some of the staff and helps to rectify this. (I will update my review based off the end results)

My experience was very pleasant and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. The staff their were very welcoming and laid back. At no point did they pressure me or push me to make a decision. Aaron Stouder and Jeff (manager) both went above and beyond to my me comfortable and to make sure my buying experience was smooth. Once again I can not stress enough Courtesy Toyota with Aaron and Jeff was amazing. Greatly recommend.
We had bought a truck Courtesy Toyota around mid-September. When we first came in, we got little help from a salesman (he would not look to see if they had the vehicle we were looking for inbound). So, we walked around and found a different salesman. He searched their system and stated the truck we wanted would be there in a week or so. When we went to pick up the truck, we were handed off to someone else. However, when we went in to finish the paperwork, we moved to different desks a couple of times and the salesman kept trying to talk over us which I did not appreciate. Overall, the experience was not terrible, it was not great either.

I went in looking for the car I found online. Not only did my salesman Julian pull up the car right away, but he took the time to actually show me how all the features worked. Which no other dealership did! they would just tell me everything instead of show me how to do it. He was friendly, informative, honest, really went above and beyond to help. Well this review is for Sales Manager Randy, I went in looking for a Toyota Camry XSE 2021 apparently the one I wanted was sold twice and Randy called another dealer and did an auto trade for the Camry I wanted but he went above and beyond and got me one with better rims and additional accent on the side mirrors and accent on the tail- Brandon Toyota are bless to have a Sales Manager like Randy. Keep up the go work Mr Randy. Whoever is reading this please ask for Randy cause he will hook you up and treat you right.
I highly recommend this car dealership! My service advisor, Peter Nieves, was the best. He was very respectful, thoughtful, and made sure my experience was comfortable! He kept me updated on my car regularly and ensured me that they would take good care of my car, which they did! This dealership is very efficient and the employees truly care of their customers, it most definitely shows.

I always come here to do what I need to maintain the vehicle. They did all the work needed, and happy with the outcome. The only thing that bothers me is that during the week I attempted to change one of the bulbs inside the vehicle. The sad thing is when I tried to pull the bulb out, the entire housing that holds the bulb fell in. I come to find out, its hold in place by very flimsy clips. Its as if its made this way on purpose. They attempted to get it back in place, with no luck. I am not going to pay for something that Toyota should be responsible for. That is what I am looking for, to get it done, without asking me to pay for this. Also, the tech did a great job in getting the work completed quickly, but left the interior of the vehicle a total mess. Otherwise, I am satisfied. I do want to hear asap what will be done to get the bulb housing back in place. Thank you...
I had the best ever experience with Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. Negotiated the price online, placed an order for delivery, waited three weeks. Got a call from them, when vehicle has arrived. Went to pick up a car and was out with a brand new car in less than hour. Got exactly what I have ordered. Very happy with the process and the service! My wife and I purchased a used 2019 Jeep Renegade from Courtesy and were treated very well, and are happy with our purchase. Our sales person was Jennifer Jones who also assisted us after the sale with questions we had on the extended service contract and helped with removing a parking sticker we needed but had forgotten on our trade in. We feel that she went above and beyond to help us. We will recommend her to our friends and family.
I had 4 tires low on air one morning but had to take granddaughter to school 12 miles away. Coming home I stopped at Courtesy Toyota they checked the tires filled them to proper PSI at no charge. The thing is I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe but they took care of my problem no questions asked. Very nice folks and great service. Manager was very helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful. For starters, I was interested in a very specific make and model, and they were able to find the car I was interested in at another location. They transferred the car to the Brandon dealership I was trying to work with. We were able to find a “difficult to find” vehicle, and bought it within an hour of visiting the dealership. The whole process was very smooth, attentive service, and fairly quick closing. We are very happy with our purchase. Follow up questions were happily answered by Jennifer Jones.
Overall good experience, quick service, love the way information regarding my vehicle was communicated via text with explanations next to each item organized from top priority to items to follow up on. The only thing i didn’t care for was the paper seat cover and floor mat cover left in my car there was a left over smell of oil and metal. But the smell went away once i aired out my vehicle

They performed my regular maintenance service . Service advisor was not very friendly. Just a matter of fact kinda guy. Said” are you here for maintenance? I said yes. He handed me a clip board and said “write down your name and number” “you can go, I will move your car”. He left, and didn’t point me in the direction of the waiting area. Good thing i had been there before. I waited for service to be completed and walked around the dealership. Only one employee said “Hello”. Saw my original salesperson twice. He walked by, not making eye contact, as if he were on a very important mission. I received a text message that my service was complete and had to go look for my service manager. When i found him he said “ you are all done and your parked in space number xxx”, handed me the keys and pointed to the lot. Just not a friendly place!
Don’t trust their inventory & price. They play gamesThey will discount $4000 on one of their vehicles random out of 10 same exact vehicles to get your attention, just to drag you inside the dealership, when you call about the vehicle which was $4000 discounted David will tell you it was sold yesterday & will try to sell you something else. David is the only salesperson they have because I called 3 times for 3 different vehicles to test them every time David answers the phone same answer sold😂. I think dealership trained only David to lie & Cheat customers.
Ebenezer was amazing! He listened to exactly what I wanted and didnt try to sell me on anything else. He was very honest about the differences in cars I was comparing. The whole process was a lot faster than my past experiences of trading in a car. Both Ebenezer and the gentleman that helped me with the finances (I cant remember his name right now!) Were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend working with these gentleman if you get the chance. Ebenezer made sure I knew how to use the system in my car and got me set up with the Toyota app before I left. Im so happy with my new car and my experience here and Im glad I decided to go back to the Toyota brand.
Honestly i loved going to this dealership for so many reasons but my last visit has me completed the opposite. I went in there to figure out a situation with a extended warranty and possibly looking into a different car for a bigger size. everything was going well until i was told misinformation about the warranty and the sales person just literally sat there said “i don’t know” when confronted about it… it was all good when I was gonna buy a car but right when I said i needed time she left me there and got another sales guy to “help me” or just tried to convince me to pay 900 on a car a month.. ridiculous. i would recommend they have their sales people be more friendly.. be more considerate.. it’s not always about you or your sale.. some people sincerely need direction. how do I qualify for a car double my budget but I don’t qualify for the one I wanted which is almost 10,000 cheaper? please…. cut the sales stuff and be genuine.. I was being lied to the whole entire time and I could CLEARLY tell.. it was a disgrace and i will not be returning to sales. i’ll get my oil change done & that is ALL!
I seldom use the word HATE but I hate walking in a dealership especially when I know I need to buy a car and I know I am going to get a pushy Sales person..well not this time, place was pack(it look like they where giving away cars). I ask two sales people for help and they told me sorry we are with customers(strange right) . I was about to leave when this women comes up to me and tells me my friend just brought a car her salesperson is Jennifer Jones she is awesome, patient and not pushy, she is almost finish with my friend, why dont you wait for her. Needless to say I waited and it was worth the wait Jennifer was more then what that lady said about her. The first guy was still learning, which is fine. The senior finance manager understood what package I wanted and how to make it happen for my father. Between him and my salesman, I could really see the respect for my father shine through in their demeanor, which will definitely win a referral from me.
I had a wonderful experience here. I was only stopping in without any intention on buying that day. I felt no pressure on buying from Julien. He showed me a couple different models, went for a test drive and then I was signing. He made it easy for me and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone and I’m sure I’ll be buying another one from him soon.
Donneshia Houston is the best! She secured our request to hold the brand new Toyota Corolla Cross for us to purchase the minute the car arrived at the dealership. She prepared all of our paperwork in advance and made sure the vehicle was ready to move off the lot that day. Ms. Houston always had a smile in her voice when we called and always returned our calls and answered our questions. Ms. Houston was always very professional and accommodating--I had her personal cell # from over 2 years ago when she sold our son a 2017 Nissan Sentra(which is another story to tell about Donneshia going above and beyond for us)--we were so happy that we could work with her again--she made the whole car buying experience seamless and stress free. 5-Stars to the Service Department!I came with an intermittent sound problem on a 2017 Highlander that a collision repair shop and another Toyota dealer were unable to identify ―even after multiple visits and finally leaving my car for a week at the other dealership. Service Writer Jon C. put his best mechanic on the job and the problem was solved!My wife was ready to sell the car if the noise couldnt be remedied. (Happy wife, happy life).
Great experience with Jennifer Jones. She helped us find 2 perfect cars and walked us through the sale with ease. I would highly recommend working with Jennifer!!Once we got past the sales part to finance it was a painfully long wait to see someone. 2 hours of waiting for the final step. This part needs some severe improvement in process.
I was here 4years ago, gave them a 5 star. Today 0 stars. After the way I was treated at the parts department. Telling me I dont have a Toyota, when I do. Never again will I step foot in this place. When I have the part in front of him and it shows it on the website. Never again. I even bought a new car here in 2003, and had my truck fix twice here, do to some recalls. After today, Ill never be back.

Perhaps I should have given them 2 stars, as the service was completed competently, but then it was only an oil change and a tire rotation. My complaint is with the way Courtesy Toyota schedules their appointments. I had an appointment for 10:00am on a Friday morning. I made the appointment a week in advance. When I arrived the service writer told me they were running an hour and a half to two hours until service. I misunderstood him and thought he meant that long to be done. He did not. Two hours and 15 minutes later they had not started on my car yet. I heard several other customers complaining and saw some get their cars and leave without the work being done. I asked the service advisor about this. He seemed like a nice guy who has to deal with angry customers regularly. He told me it is because their system allows unlimited appointments whenever someone wants one. Whether you call in or make the appointment online. As a result your appointment time is pretty useless. The work took 30 to 45 minutes. That actually seems pretty quick. But their appointment policy is not good. I will look for another Toyota dealer to service my car if I can find one that has a better procedure. My fear is they are all this bad.
We were in and out in less than an hour. Awesome since we drove 1.5 hours to get the car serviced. Several of the employees were very pleasant and easy to work with.

Im so happy with my choice. I highly recommend him for your car buying experience as he handled everything very professional
My 5,000 mile new car service appointment was a breeze - in and out in less than 1 hour! I was kept apprised of where they were in the process and Peter was awesome to work with! Thank you for making the process a great experience on a busy Saturday.
I have been taking my Tundra here for service since I bought it in 2010. Other than trying to sell me more services I have been satisfied. Until this last time. They backed my truck into a pole and did considerable damage to the bumper and fender. They admitted it to me immediately and gave me a loaner. For the next 2 1/2 weeks I got the runaround. I received texts saying it would be ready in in couple days. Or it should be ready tomorrow. etc. etc...My wife called repeatedly for 3 days and no one at Toyota even answered the phone! After several calls to the corporate office in Texas they finally got it done. 26 days. Not good. I understand that things happen, but to put it at the bottom of the priority list because there is no money in it is wrong. The bumper took 1 1/2 weeks to get and the fender work should have been done while they were waiting for it. So disappointed in them.

I bought a couple of cars with courtesy Toyota in the past and I always have a pleasant experience. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I took my brand new car for the first oil change a couple of days ago and when I make the appointment they told me that the first oil change is 5k miles together with tire rotation, but when I pick it up Kevin told me that they didn’t do the oil change because it wasn’t necessary until 10k miles so I took the car and went back home. While I was home I noticed that the invoice said that the oil was change so I was kind of confused so I went to the car and noticed that the sticker that reminds you of the oil change says next oil change 10k????If they did change it is supposed to be 15k miles not 10k miles. I called the dealer and the girl that answered couldn’t explain to me why that happened. She transferred me to Kevin and I left him a voicemail and I still waiting for a phone call!!!!
I originally was going to buy a Honda across the street and boy I’m glad I didn’t! I came over and was greeted by Tommy who emailed me back. Took my Tundra in for service, was told that I needed an appointment which I did not have to do before. I left and went home and was able to make an appointment for the same day. When I arrived I waited over 45 mins just to be asked for what service. I left the truck and told I would wait but service advisor told me it would be over 4 hours. I then got the recommendation list of services over 1K on a truck I recently bought from this dealer. Apparently no services were done when it was place for sale. I have used this dealer for some time now and had a preferred service advisor that always provided prompt and excellent service. Not sure what is happening but there is no customer service in this place anymore and I will be taking my business to another dealership. Not sure how they have such high number of great reviews, my only thought is that its their employees, family and friends that are basically lying. Stay away!!!
Ive only been here once, and it was on a weekend, which means it was busy and there was a long wait. However, my wait was very pleasant. We sat at the coffee bar and enjoyed our beverages. It was almost like a Toyota themed cafe. I actually enjoyed myself. Theres a huge window that looks onto the garage where I can see my car getting worked on, sports on the the tv, it was nice.
Had an appointment time but it took almost TWO hours before my vehicle was even inspected. During the inspection no one noticed the tire pressure indicator on the dash was illuminated, but did notice a leak from my timing cover gasket and quoted me for a fix to the tune of $3k dollars. Upon my OWN inspection and a second professional opinion, it is NOT my timing cover gasket at all!!! They also quoted me for a headlight restoration of over $300! NONE of this was why I brought the vehicle in.When I arrived I had come prepared with as much information as I could. I even had the Toyota Service Book number which directly addressed my issue. When I told the serivce writer that I had these numbers he ignored me. I had to mention it twice before he was bothered to write it down. And just to top everything off, they spelled my name wrong...I will never take my vehicle back to Courtesy Toyota, not even for recalls. I would rather drive to Tampa or Wesley Chapel!
Had a amazing experience with the entire team! Our salesman Jullien was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was thorough and took his time showed us all of the features my Tacoma has. And the manager Zack Kelly was excellent he made sure we got a great deal on our Tacoma. The staff went above and beyond to help me after I tried 2 different dealerships with no luck on getting a good deal. I used to dread going to dealerships but the guys here changed my mind. From the bottom of my heart Im grateful I ended up with Courtesy Toyota. :)
We drove our daughter from Land O Lakes to this Toyota dealership in order to pickup her new car on Friday. Upon arrival we couldnt get over how many people were here jamming the showroom floor and adjacent areas looking and closing deals on new vehicles. Even though the place was mobbed the salesperson had her car up front, detailed and ready for her to take possession. Every detail of this transaction, from the sale to closing, was handled in a very personable and professional manner. Very impressed.

I had made an appointment about a week prior to bringing my vehicle in for Oil change. Arrived on time, and vehicle was checked in and taken for service. No update, notifications were give for the next 2 hours. At another local dealership it was taken for an hour with updates given every 15 mins.Also quality of work was poor. No courtesy wash was was offered, all for tires over inflated by 5 psi, the valve caps were not replaces after tires were aired. Attention to detail on these minor details make me wonder if the oil was changed at all. I will not be returning to this dealership for service. I will return to the first one. It is unfortunate that I have to give this review, but quality of work is the most important factor to any garage, including the small details.
I had been to five different dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area… three of them were also Toyota dealerships. Roody and Mario were amazing, and by far displayed the best customer service. They gave me the most competitive price and there were no hidden fees or shady business. They were honest, straight forward, and transparent which none of the other dealerships had. I will come here again, and will also recommend my family and friends
This is the dealer closest to my home. I went there to change 4 tire and do some service. It was the worst decision I ever made. This caused my car to stop on the freeway with smoke coming out of the back. I had to tow a truck back, and they told me that someone had added nearly twice as much oil to my car, the oil was spilling, and my battery was dead. He denied that his staff had filled up the wrong gas and pointed out that they had not done the service last time. You think that after I finished my service, I went to get gas somewhere else. Do you think Ill pay to get my gas filled somewhere else after Ive done your service? Youre just passing the buck. I paid all $1250 in 2 times. I wont come again.
I have practically begged these people on numerous occasions to fix my profile but here we are a full year and half later and I still regularly get mail and email for someone else. Lord only knows whos getting my stuff. Its amazing how inept staff has been. More than once Ive been told right in my face that it was fixed. That was a lie. This was the 2nd car I bought there and 100% will be the last.
Reggie Strachan was awesome! I was looking for a car for my 16 year old. Told him my criteria and he found one that fit the bill. It was not even on the lot yet. Only took about 2 hours to get everything done. Came back the next day to pick it up and it was detailed and the tank was full.
Really liked working with Kevin. He was quick, courteous, and kept me informed throughout my visit. He earned my trust, and thats important. Ill definitely be back and will work with Kevin again.
The service visit was not top-rating. It took almost 10 minutes to get checked in, and about 1 1/2 hours...however,Service mgr resolved any and all issues and I highly recommend Courtesy Toyota service!

I appreciate the nice waiting area at your facility but I did not appreciate the long wait I had to get my vehicle serviced. I had an appointment for the work to be done but I still waited three hours to get an oil change tire rotation and a new battery. If all the people waiting for service had appointments maybe you’re making too many appointments for the same time of the day.
GO ELSEWHERE!! you will eventually..I called and scheduled my appointment. I explained that I am an employee and I am visiting from Texas. The employee lease program covers repairs. The tech there told me they dont service the employee lease program and doesnt know how. I explained he could call the locations I supplied and they will explain how to enter it in the system. He didnt want to EVEN call. I eventually had to drive 50 miles to GETTEL who took the information AND didnt turn me away. If they treat employees like this, how do you think they are going to treat regular customers. I eventually had to drive 50 miles to a dealership who respected the customers and listened to its customers recommendations..Courtesy Toyota should change its name to lazy..because nothing about being told at 7am that you cant have your car serviced is courteous. thumbs down!
I’ve been going to Toyota of Brandon for a few years now and I’ve always dealt with Frank R. For all my service needs. He always get us in and out and is honest which is hard to come by at some places. I guess I’m fixed in my ways but I prefer to deal with one person and I’ve never had any issues as long as my Lexus is around I will be taking it to courtesy Toyota for service. Not to mention Toyota prices are less than Lexus dealerships and Lexus has tried to tell me that my car was no good and I need to get a new one, shame on you! Here I am almost 60k miles later OD at 160k Lexus ct 200h.
Took my Tundra in to have a 6in lift installed. My truck always gets serviced here and I prefer Toyota doing the work over anyone else. It was supposed to be an 8hr job. Ended up taking 3 days. Had I known or been advised that the tech that normally does lift kits wasnt going to be there and someone else was going to try and install it I would have waited for him. My truck got parked outside for almost 2 days because the 1st tech wasnt comfortable enough to finish it. Not his fault, I would rather he didnt just wing it. That being said communication was a big issue for me, I wasnt kept in the loop on what was happening and when. The tech who finished the job was excellent, I had a chance to talk with him when it was done. He filled me in on everything he did and why he did it that way. I was very pleased with his work.
On Saturday, July 10, 2021 My husband and I purchased a 2021 Highlander from Angel Cordero. My husband met Angel a couple of days before when he went to Courtesy Toyota just looking and getting information on a Toyota. Angels a great asset to your company. Hes very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We wish him tons of luck.PS: A suggestion: On your busy days, you should have a food truck/canteen on you premises. Six or more hours to purchase a vehicle is a long time and it would have been nice to grab something to eat while waiting for the process to be over.
It has been a journey to get my seats under warranty. They don’t slide very easily and never have and they blame it on me. I’ve mentioned it since the beginning and managers say they will call me or they’ve escalated the issue and I don’t hear anything and they don’t answer the phone or emails anymore. I will continue to get my car serviced there because that’s where my plan is but once it’s done I will move on. This was my first Toyota that I’ve purchased and while I love the van I don’t think I’ll ever buy it again just because of the service department.
Osvaldo was great. Great customer service I was very please. He was very informative and kept me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle. Last time I was there I had a bad experience but he made up for it.
