I was working on my 2002 FORD XL F250super duty 4X4. At no cost AutoZone tested my alternator and said it was good.So I was able to eliminate that. as myProblem again thanks.

Stopped by Auto Zone to pick up boat plugs as they were the only ones who had a good variety of styles and sizes when most of the competitors were out and while I was there I was looking for bushings or something else to use under the seats of my boat and wasnt sure what I was going to use so I asked Adam if they had the part or something i could use and after looking around he found some wiper bushings that were only $1.50 per pack but he only had 1 in stock and I needed 2 packs so Adam called the store down the street and located another pack and had them pulled for me, and even let me pay while I was checking out there so they would be waiting for me at the other store. Adams idea worked perfect and the customer service i received from him was above and beyond, Ill definitely start shopping there and would definitely recommend this store to family and friends. It is so frustrating dealing with you guys sometimes. I have been chasing the same part to three different stores. I called about a part first thing in the morning and they said it was at the Florida Avenue store. I go to that store and it’s not there. They tell me that it’s the one on Hanley and Hillsboro so I drove all the way back there and it’s not there. Then I find out that it’s at Hillsboro in Rome which is not too far from the original Florida and waters store. It is getting infuriating dealing with the inexperienced
I just went in to purchase new windshield wipers and an employee named Jay E. Was installing them he was asking multiple people which ones fit my car and I had to point out that he was grabbing the wrong ones and he started to tell me how I could go somewhere else to get them done and when I left he was joking with an older bald Hispanic guy about how here he is Mr. Macho and telling this to customers while I sat waiting in line to purchase something else. Ill never go here again.

Very poor Ive been a customer for over twenty years and I have never been treated like the way I was treated yesterday I went to the Hillsborough and 37th street store they didnt have the parts I needed they sent me to the hub and the customer service rep was rude and didnt want to give me my veterans discount because he had already totaled out my payment so I paid 60 dollars over and I got the wrong parts he asked me more than three times was it a 4.6 and I said yes three times so now Im stuck with parts I cant use and no way to get back to the store yes I am upset.

Jose, the manager of this Autozone, is by far and above the most helpful person Ive ever encountered during my 20+ years of shopping at Autozone. He helped my friend and me find a part at the LAST MINUTE and literally saved our day of track racing. Without him and his expert knowledge and MASSIVELY friendly support, my friend would have missed out on an epic race day. Autozone corporate, PLEASE look out for this guy, promote him at your earliest convenience. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism go above and beyond!!

We asked to use their socket wrench for our car and he said no. Didn’t give an explanation as to why. Just nonchalantly said “no” we had to buy our own. We stayed out side for hours with our twin babies, still didn’t come help or even check in. They can sure sell you things, but won’t come and see if you need help. Not only that, when we asked for a diagnostic test he said it was “broken” but we WATCHED him use it on his personal car. Walked in several times to get things and each time he was on his phone never looked up never asked any questions he was no help, the only thing he did was take our money for things we found out later we didn’t need and lie about when the store closed. The employees and management in the store is very unprofessional. I ordered a product that was supposed to be there the next day did not show up for a week after the third time I came in to pick it up and it wasnt there the employee said well we will call you when it comes in.. they never called ...one of the employees every time I come in has his face mask on his chin not over his nose not over his mouth on his chin! seriously for a store that has at least 20 employees at a time they could do so much better... I will not be back to this location

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Justin helped me out so so much with my van. I was 600 miles from home and I was almost forced to get a rental car but he literally saved my van, bank account, and me. This store is poorly managed. There are multiple personnel who appear to be doing anything other than helping people at the counter. Including standing around. At writing this, i have been standing in line for 26 min, 2 customers have walked out, and the phone isnt being answered. Of course people are entitled to breaks, and back of house tasks need to be done. But there are 6 people waiting to check out and are not being helped. Poor management.

Ive purchased several parts from here, always great service. They tested, removed, and installed a new battery, with 5 year warranty!! I didnt have to wait very long, and they were fairly busy, but courteous. Xavier had us back on the road super quick and easy!
Waited in line only person in the line for about 20 minutes. 3 people on registers working on their computers only 1 was helping someone i didn’t even get acknowledged that I was there and being that the store is 24 hours I feel like they should have people that actually know what they are doing. The girl didn’t even know how to use the machine to read my battery or acted as if she could not tell me what kind of volt battery I had in my car. 2 men and they just stood around not even helping. Very disappointing for such a nice /new store
They have what you need but staff not very knowledgeable about cars. They rely on computer for everything.
Battery acid was 17.00, and Auto Zone was 10.00 ! 7.00 saving and right down the street .

Get ready to test your patience when visiting this store, for some reason one single client requires 3 employees and they make wait the rest for as long as they need to, after 15 mins of waiting in line the cashier that thatwas pransing around after every purchase processed instead of keep going and taking the next customer...all of this while the other 2 workers were at the end watching and doing nothing.The other auto zone are more efficient and they do pay attention to customers waiting in line
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I came to Tampa FL to visit family for Christmas and my vehicles Coolant reservoir hose got cut somehow and I ran out of coolant on US HWY 41 by Springhill FL nearly 45 Miles away from my Tampa destination. I reported it to my insurance agency and they towed my vehicle no charge to this very AutoZone location. I met with Adrian (an autozone associate) and he assisted me to the best of his knowledge. He referred me to his boss Luis (assistant store manager) and once Luis was informed of what was going on, Luis asked me to show him what happened. When shown Luis the issue, Luis grabbed a brand new hose from the back, two packs of new clamps & created a brand new reservoir hose. He of course had to cut the existing hose I had in my car, installed the new hose, added a Y-Splitter, added another hose to connect to the motor and added coolant to top it off. Only ended up spending $25; I was speechless. I was so thankful for Luis for going out of his way to create such a master piece. Thank you Luis! And God bless you man!

This is the only 24-hour auto parts location in tampa :-) probably, actually the only one and central florida if you think about it. So yes, this store is actually a big deal. Its a big store, it has pretty much whatever you want thats available in town.
I have contacted the corporate office and left a message with no return. Really feel like you dont care about customer service.
