Never had an issue, great prices for great parts. However be sure to bring your mask because they are mask enforcers for sure!

A auto parts store says we dont carry alternators one of the most common parts to go out in a car. What a horrible business.

They have great parts at great prices. I believe this is where a lot of the auto parts stores get their parts from . This isnt your typical walking auto parts store. Its a warehouse with a few sales persons sitting there. You order your parts and they will bring them right out to you. If they have them in stock.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Called Javier this morning and asked for a manager because I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes and have been put straight to hold for the last 3 days with them telling me there having computer issues so what does he do puts me on hold. They really just don’t want my business I guess. Stay away from this place.

It took them 1 day and 8 hours to deliver a part they had in stock to my mechanic that was only 10 minutes away. I ended up waiting 5 hours at the shop! NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

Sold me the wrong side fender, then Joanne promised to switch it with the correct one and partially reimburse me for the inconvenience (had to drive an hour to get there). Got there and they wouldnt refund me at all. Avoid this place at all costs.
