Big big BIG fan of Dahomey. All of my stars are for him, not the other guy, Duck.Every time Ive gone here, Dahomey has gone above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and taken care of. I try to make sure I shop with him whenever I go as nobody else measures up to him. If hes not there, I probably wont shop there that day. Truly seems the most knowledgeable and happy to help. Love his work.

Absolutely excellent customer service! I went in to purchase oil for my BMW. I always purchase the Mobil brand. The gentleman, Dahomey, who works there asked if I was purchasing Castrol. Long story short, he went outside to look under the hood and sure enough the cap says Castrol. He even provided some contact info for mechanics in the area. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and attention to detail...that I clearly missed.

Dont like geting bad parts all the time

It was busy and took a minute to get some help. It took a minute because the guys behind the counter were being very helpful with each customer. A young man helped me out, helped me find some parts and was very courteous professional and polite. What else do you need in retail? Great job guys!

Tye was wonderful! Im disabled and on crutches. Not only did he ring up my oil and put it in my engine for me, but he did a diagnostic test to see what is ailing my car. Tye was a huge help! Thank you so much!

For the most part i always receive great service. But yesterday was a bit off-putting.First off I was waiting for a good 5mins before anyone came to the counter.. then on top of that i was first in line and dude totally by bassed me and went to the other customer. (I usual let that slide 1 time)Fine all that aside I simply needed a battery charge that day. So I give him the battery. In which they also put mine behind someone elses so longer wait time to get it back.So I come back get my battery about 3hrs later, hooked it back up. Not even a spark from the terminal. I dont think they even charged my battery after all that. Needless to say Im going to frequent this location less. and definitely not going there for any battery services!!!

I had trouble with my starter, which had a lifetime warrantee. They were able to replace the starter at no cost to me, I just paid for labor, in less than an hour. They always have the best service and I never go anywhere else! I have been a customer for over 10 years.

Manager have bad actitud

I just left this place not too long ago trying to get a quick diagnostic check on my 2004 Chrysler Crossfire & the employee helping me (Aileen) said my car doesnt have a obd for it to be checked then she said she couldnt find it, then after she tried looking it up she told me to try and look it up on Google and said shes sorry, so now Im at Auto Zone and they completed this for me with no problem and offered me a free battery charge.

I gave your auto parts store a five-star do the fact of every time I come to Advance Auto Parts I would find what Im looking for and if I dont know what Im looking for I just have to go to the counter and tell them a ballpark figure what I need and nine times out of 10 if not 10 out of 10 the assistant behind the counter always tells me what I need in for the best price its not like theyre trying to take money from me cuz its trying to give me the best quality for the best price whatever that may be if its worth more to pay more for what Im looking for then theyll tell me but if its not worth to pay more its a good feeling that theyll tell me that too its great to be in a place that offers honesty and theyre not out there to take your dollars but theyre only there to make sense of what she was trying to make sense of its a great feeling thank you Advance Auto Parts and I believe I can speak for others youre one of the top and its good to be up there at least I know where to look

I wanted to give Jacquez a shout out for being super helpful and super respectful. I wish I could say the same about the boss that was on duty. Completely rude and no customer service. This store is suppose to close at 8pm on Sunday... When I went up there I was told store was already closed 10 minutes before 8pm. I tried to call and someone kept picking up the phone then hanging up. All I wanted to do was return something I didnt need would have taken 5 minutes or less. If this store closes early on Sundays then the time needs to be changed. This is completely ridiculous and so unprofessional that you have employees that do that.

Lawrence did a great job of helping me out with the items I needed. They were out of the oil I wanted which was good for business but the reason why I didnt give them a 5 star but overall great work.

My husband has a commercial account and they would not give our discount. Was very rude not helpful and on top of it told me he would not install the battery. I left no sale! Ridiculous that people think they can take advantage of you just because youre a female!

I called this location to price shop and order $800 in parts for my GMC Acadia. Upon calling I was asked if I would hold and was immediately placed on hold. I waited 11 minutes and 33 seconds before I hung up and called back, to again be asked to be put on hold without even a chance to say no. I called back 5 times consecutively being immediately placed on hold without the opportunity to even say a word. Complete stone wall for customer service. Buy your parts somewhere else.Tatiana was the manager I finally spoke with and also the same Tatiana that gave her store a 5 star rating. What a joke!

Barely competent. No, I take that back, between 3 of them they couldnt figure out how to put wiper blades on my wifes Taurus. Expensive and slow has been my personal experience.I suggest AutoZone on Busch & 50th or a different Advance.

Get coupon codes online and order instore pick up and save maybe 25% on car parts. Ready in 30 minutes at the store. Have a week to pick paid order before refunding your money.
