Customer service is terrible.. everyone I talk to is rude and they never have anything in stock 90% of the time I’m done trying to deal with this company..

Just got off the phone with JULIO, I called and identified myself by company and first name. I asked who was I speaking to and he was reluctant to give me his name and proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I asked for his name again and he said BPA, so I replied, buddy i want to know who Im speaking to before I order anything, and he replies, Im not your buddy, Julio.I told him not to be rude and he said he wasnt being rude. Ill let you and his boss, and I hope he reads this review, be the judge of that. I would not let JULIO answer the phone anymore if I was them.

We have been doing business with this company for years. We will no longer use this company. Horrible customer service. They treat their customers with no respect. We received our monthly statement on 8-3 for $86 and they sent someone to collect payment 22 days later. We have never missed payment. The manager Jason was rude and inconsiderate over the phone. Good job Jason, you just lost a loyal customer.

This is Rick from L/A Automotive/ Big Als Automotive We have been doing business with this company for years. We will no longer use this company. Horrible customer service. We had to incidents that I purchase a headlight for a 2015 Toyota Corolla and it was defective. We notify BPA but I still install the light for the customer. Two months later the customer came back and said that the light is defected. I call BPA and inform them again and they asked me if I had the original box the light came in. I told them no he said that there is nothing they can do and that I own the light now. Now couple weeks I bought another light for a 2002 Crown Victoria I install the light and the night it rained and the light was full of water. I call Julio and inform him and he said that he will send me another light. It took him 3 days to send the light and it was a different brand and told me that he has to order me the same brand. Today 9/6/2018 I called because Im still waiting for the light for the customer. I called and got the manager Jason who was very rude. I refuse to do anymore business with BPA and I will inform all Body Shop to stop doing business with this company.

It is easy to find on Florida Avenue they have awesome wholesale prices and the salesman or very knowledgeable and helpful and getting you what you need in a very fast amount of time would come back to purchase anything I need for body parts
