The people at Ace Used Auto Parts are very friendly and helpful. I needed an engine computer for one of our customers at our auto repair shop and they were able to pull it from the vehicle for me within a couple of hours! Most parts yards would have not been able to have it for me in the same day. I recommend them highly.

Needed a rear view mirror replaced for my 2012 Chevy Cruze. Chevy wanted to charge me $260 for the part alone and Steve at Ace Salvage was able to find me the part for $30. Quick, easy, affordable, and friendly! I will definitely be calling here first in the future before going anywhere else.

Great service, fast, easy...even offered to carry my AC compressor out to the car, which is super amazing when a male isnt present! Also, the guy named Jeff at the counter was friendly, and didnt make me feel less as a woman coming in to order parts since some places/ people feel that its a man thing. Shop Manager not honoring 100 day warranty on engine because this is the second engine that we have received from them that is bad. Tried to lie and say it was only a 90 day warranty and when I advised him the 100 day warranty was not expired he accused me of doing some funny business and said that the motor wasnt bad I must have been racing the car. Going to speak to the owner tomorrow to see if he will honor the warranty. Do not buy from them and expect them to honor any warranty given on any bad engine they may sell.

Long story short, I spent 2 weeks trying to get my girlfriends car replaced after I totaled her car. We got a new car from the auction which of course had a serious timing problem which was undisclosed. Rather than chase bad heads, machine shops, and all that rabbit hole, we decided to bite the bullet and replace the whole engine. It was a serious undertaking involving borrowed trucks, hours of driving, and switched shifts at work. From the get-go these guys had what I was looking for (a very specific CVVT Hyundai engine), the know how to remove them quickly, catalogued correctly, sold at a fair price, super friendly customer service (most of the time when you call a junkyard they say I dunno if I have that youll have to come look). To top it off, they posted a video of the car being tested online, they went above and beyond on that. Thanks Lester, the car works great, you guys are great, you really saved my ass.

I was their for maybe 15 minutes but it was worth my time I get their and i told them what I needed they send me to the back to the side where my car model is in and I look for the part I find it they gave me it for it’s price it was great only thing they can’t do is install it it’s illegal because incase they break anything so honestly I was really satisfied it was amazing customer service with all the guys their, I would recommend everyone to come here, it’s actually my second time their because I went my first time to get a window and they was able to have someone install it for me maybe 2 years ago and honestly I’m really satisfied with their customer service for the part I got today they actually told me how to install it and told me I can return it if it doesn’t fit .

Had bad experience with this company drove from Orlando to pick up AC compressor and it was bad one. When tried to return company is charging restocking fee for a broken item that was paid to installed. Why should we pay restocking fee, is it going back to shelf to RIP off another buyer?Not the right way to do business.Think before going there.

I pulled up at 5:01PM on the 20th of April and the people outside told me they were closed. Two of them had company shirts on. I know that this salvage yard closes at 5:30 PM. If thats the case, then they closed 29 minutes early. Just wanted to post this because the website says 5:30 PM, but they really close at 5 PM .

Got what I needed off shelf; no sweat! Didnt have to spend extra paying someone to get the parts off the old junk car or risk seeing another 🏃💨 water snake.

Dont waste your time. They will go through the trouble of posting videos to youtube, but will not go through the trouble of taking them down once the vehicle is off the lot. They are easily confused and arent aware of their current inventory. Unprofessional.

Not a bad yard. Mostly imports not a lot of GM cars in the U Pull it area. And the cars are on the ground so not the easiest to get to parts.

There bugs and really bad mosquito in the yard . You should wear long clothes and closed toe shoes and be alert for spiders and other bugs .....besides that parts are good really reliable. And hell you can pull it for a low ball price, but be careful those people do up price at times . So be aware .
