If you want to feel comfortable leaving your vehicle at a repair shop this is the place. Jaime was extremely professional and efficient and made a stressful situation worry free. I felt confident the moment I dropped my Mercedes off that I had left my car in good hands. Andrea the receptionist was also very professional and kind. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret bringing your vehicle here.
Warren is the best!!! He has served as my advisor on the last two repairs at courtesy collision. He regularly checks in and keeps me up to date on the progress. He works directly with my insurance to make things as painless as possible for me. Highly recommend Courtesy Collision and Warren.
I went there and was handled perfectly. EXCEPTIONAL CUATOMER SERVICE, theyre fixing a botched sunroof that another shopped messed up. Such a pleasure to do business with
After being in a car accident, I turned to courtesy collision for the repairs my car needed. I was impressed with the communication that I received from “Ray”, who updated me weekly on my repairs. I’m addition to the estimate that was given to courtesy collision, they removed parts to find hidden damage. I was pleased with the overall experience, the customer service, the actual work, and the cleanliness of my vehicle when I picked it up. Even in the times of “rona” I was able to get the parts needed in a reasonable time. My only advice is… if you’re dealing with an insurance claim, BE PATIENT! Courtesy collision will make the needed calls and stay on the case to ensure your car is repaired as fast as possible.-happy customer
Warren has been amazing and helped me tremendously every step of the way with my car!I couldn’t thank him enough, great customer service and on time and make sure everything was squared away.Definitely would recommend!
My car was not ready on the expected day and I did not receive a call regarding the delay. The person in charge would even want to talk to me and let me talk to someone else regarding the issue. I was informed that they are still waiting on some parts and cannot even provide me with a new completion date. I am very disappointed.
Well I was recommended to use this place to fix my AMG and had some scheduling issues. I called to try to have them resolved and rescheduled and a young girl named Marina was incredibly rude. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day but the attitude was something I surely did not deserve. Im not the type to go and leave a review but this was something I have never experienced anywhere else. I dont even want to bring my car here anymore so I will be taking it to a different shop. Do better with how your employees treat paying customers.
Not even exaggerating. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped the car off on June 18th after a minor accident. I just picked the car up today, and the best part is not everything is fixed. I understand the circumstances of COVID-19 have caused a back-order in a lot of parts throughout the industry, but this was completely unacceptable. I was told up front it may take a week or two for the repairs, so of course I was completely fine with that. But after two weeks, I began getting concerned that I was being yes’d to death just so the shop could have more time. Since the middle of last month, this shop has been lying to me over the phone. I called every single week; usually with long hold times. They never kept in touch, they kept on pushing back the date when the car would be ready. I was left COMPLETELY IN THE DARK. Not only that, they kept on finding new things wrong with the vehicle. Every time I would ask if I can pick the car up, they would tell me that they found a new issue and needed to order a part. It took until 2 weeks ago when I finally lost patience, and flipped out on the technician monitoring my car. All of a sudden, I’m getting phone calls from the service manager, and then the head of the shop, Alex. Apparently, Alex had no idea any of this was going on for the past few months. He expressed his sincere apology and told me that my vehicle would be fixed by the end of the weekend. He did take some money off my deductible, which was the least they could have done for all the trouble I went though. But once again, that was a lie as the shop held onto my car for another week. AND the best part about this complete disaster is that it cost me over $400 in rental car fees, and THE CAR IS STILL NOT COMPLETELY FIXED. So, who knows when I’ll have to bring the car in for them to completely finish the job, and the way this shop operates I probably won’t have a fully fixed vehicle until Christmas time. The best part about this entire experience (I couldn’t be more sarcastic) is when I picked up the car this morning nobody had the audacity to say sorry. Not one apology. Not from the owner, the shop manager, or the technician who was monitoring my car. I probably wouldn’t have posted anything if they at least said sorry to me face-to-face. Do me a favor. Do not give this place your business. I beg of you. It’s absolutely criminal the charade they put me through.
Thank you so much for fixing my 2020 Kia rio its like I never had a accident
Courtesy Collision did a top-notch job repairing my vehicle after it was damaged in a significant crash. My vehicle was nearly totaled and the repairs were timely (but done properly and with care). I was very concerned with how it would all end up, but in the end, Courtesy Collision went above and beyond to ensure my car was restored to its new condition.
Just had my 2021 SUV crossover repaired here & Im very pleased with service & quality of work. Thank you Victor & Jamie!
I would not recommend that place! It was recommended by Mercedes benz to go there to get my Mercedes benz repaired, it was a minor dent on the bumper, I am not satisfied with the way they put the bumper back in my car, their is so many issues with it! I went back to get it fix but they fix one side and not the other side
Im glad that I was able to connect with Rey at this center to get my car Air conditioning compressor issue fixed. The compressor was initially replaced at some other workshop when I had an incident while living in PA. But, it went bad after I moved to FL. He understood the previous claim history and was able to re-process it with the insurance company and got the new compressor for my car. I thank Courtesy Collision for having professionals like Rey at their center.
Rey and Alex took excellent care of my GLK350. They were very professional and polite, and they kept me updated throughout the process. This isn’t my first time going through Courtesy, but they have always delivered. I highly recommend Courtesy Collision of Tampa.
They really went above and beyond to fix my car and they do quality work. They exceeded my expectations. Richard was a pleasure to work with and ensured the car was done the correct way without any problems. Ask for Richard when you go!
I had my car serviced here after an accident in August. Got it back in October. Noticed an issue shortly after, and for about 3 consecutive months have been trying to get ahold of Reinaldo about it. He doesnt return my calls, hasnt responded to a single email (even though hes the one who asked me to email him), and told me he would call me three weeks ago and hasnt even done that. I even told him it was okay to transfer my issue to someone else. didnt know it would be this hard to get a response from someone here and its maybe the most unprofessional and neglectful experience Ive had.
Thank you to mr. Warren he was very courteous
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Courtesy Collision. This location was recommended by my Geico claims adjustor, and I worked with Jon throughout the entire process. Jon called me every other day with updates and provided a reasonable time-line of when to expect to get my car back. I actually got my car back close to a week early. Somehow during transport by the tow company, additional damage was inflicted on another side of my car that wasnt in my adjustors original quote. Jon spoke with the GM Alex about the situation and worked things out with my adjustor to get my car fixed. He even helped me set up a last minute rental. The work is top notch. I am shocked by how great my car looks actually. Not a thing out of place, literally the car looks brand new. Would definitely recommend Courtesy Collision. Thank you Jon and Alex for a wonderful experience.
Alex the manager is the most professional thoughtful and courteous human Ive ever encountered in the car business world! We have a Mercedes Benz that was in an accident and he explained the most cost effective and different ways we could fix on our own and in his shop. I am suggesting that everyone who needs body work on their car, to see Alex to get the best service. Thank you Alex and team! The work you did was beautiful and perfect! I will be referring everyone to you and you have my business forever!
I had the best experience with Richard Fontanez. He’s very concerned about client and a great supporter on making sure the vehicle is right. He goes beyond on his duties. If you have a collision with any car go to this collision and ask for Richard!!! I couldn’t be happier that I brought my vehicle there.
They tell lies all the time and tear your car up yuk!!!!! Im going to another Nissan dealer for the safety of my car and continued good health for me.
Had my Kia Cadenza towed here from insurance to be repaired. It is now going on 7 weeks and still not done, keep getting told dates just to be told that it’s not ready and they keep realizing parts they didn’t order and issues with the paint they need to keep repairing. My vehicle was hit pretty hard and needed a lot of work I understand but this business continues to tell me some dates and still not done just excuses
Richie came out with a rag and cleaning product and wiped off an area on my car from a hit and run on I4. In other words, they did not rip me off. Highly recommend.
Had an excellent experience with Rich on my repair. Quality of the repairs was terrific. Paint match is perfect, no transition and imperceptible contrast. Rich was great. Gave me his cell phone and got text updates promptly. Ended up completing the job a day earlier than originally told. Expensive, but worth it. Would recommend.
Had my daughters MB SUV repaired by Courtesy Collision and I couldnt be happier. The repair looks perfect with no hint that body work has been done. Excellent job. Even better they finished the job in 2 days and the price was less than the quoted estimate. I highly recommend. Thank you Courtesy Collision.
So far I have only worked with Rebecca and she has been awesome.
Rich Fontanez was fabulous and right on track. People were wonderful . I would recommend friend and family members to go there. I rate Courtesy Collusion in Tampa ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
NEVER use Courtesy Collision Center in Tampa. We have been through a nightmare with them, and want to prevent anyone else from experiencing the same. Our new Infiniti had some minor body damage thanks to a sideswipe by a British driver, so we were referred by Courtesy Infiniti to this related body shop, located on the grounds of Mercedes and Nissan in Tampa. This isnt a shady place...it is well lit with security cameras, surrounded by high end new car inventory. The car was dropped off on Saturday, May 4, 2019, and was supposed to take a week to finish.Hubby gets a voice mail on Friday from the manager, Alex Torres, asking for a return call. He tried to call back multiple times on Friday, Saturday and Monday. I finally get a call from Alex on Monday afternoon, who reports that the car was vandalized and had parts stolen out of it FOUR DAYS AGO! He assured me that they were going to make it right, but that he was obligated to notify us so we could come view damages if we wanted. Ed immediately went over and was provided an initial repair estimate with almost $10,000 in parts alone!!!! We both asked for a copy of the police report, then started calling insurance, attorney, police, etc. From our calls, we learned that they didnt report the vandalism to the police until after we asked for the report, because Tampa Police Department checked the call logs! It was discovered by Courtesy Collision on Friday morning, but they didnt notify us or law enforcement AND moved the car, so the entire crime scene was contaminated. Those security cameras? They claim they dont work. The night guard? No telling where he was. Im thinking its an inside job at this point. We asked the police to meet us there Tuesday morning, so three absolutely wonderful officers from TPD showed up to take our report. They could tell from their online system that Courtesy Collision did not WANT a report filed, and only called it in as a prowler. WHAT?!?Heres where it gets really bad: the managers promise to make it right?? HA! Nope, they are self-insured, and the powers that be are refusing to pay for the loss. Now our insurance is stuck towing the car to another location to repair the initial damage AND restore the car to its pre-vandalism condition. We are stuck paying a deductible and having a diminished value on our car. These charlatans get away with negligence and potentially criminal behavior. This is a large operation, so please warn your friends and family to STAY AWAY. Dishonest, unprofessional, negligent, greedy, incompetent....
Great experience! Highly recommend.
I would like to share that these individuals who work here are phenomenal. It started with the receptionist who was very warm, inviting, and professional. I had the pleasure of working with a young guy named Saul. When I say this guy treated you as if you were a family member of his. So professional, you can tell that he cares and is very passionate about what he does. Customer service on 1000% percent. He honesty could teach a class on customer service and I think he would make the world a better place. So attentive, responsible, and superb communication. I also had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Rey, super sweet, knowledgeable and customer oriented. I could not let these true gems not be noticed for great customer service. The manager Alex was just as perfect. Attitude reflects leadership and these guys definitely showed me that management is just as great. I would recommend Courtsey Collision. My car looks amazing, any supplemental things got taken care of right away by Saul. Even when I didnt know what to do and how to proceed. This guy eased my worries. Considering it was my first accident. Initially meeting him, I was really frazzled. He broke the ice with me when he said Maam may I ask you a question? I looked with frustration and said What?. He said May you smile please?. I literally cracked up laughing uncontrollably. I was at ease and felt a sense of relief. This team here is amazing, timely phone calls and updates, professionalism, the cleanliness of the shop, the knowledge of the employees, the impeccable management, and not to mention Sauls sense of humor.
My Mercedes Benz was rear ended during Memorial Day weekend & I chose Courtesy to do the repair work. I must say that I am extremely pleased with my overall experience with Courtesy Collision. My vehicle looks absolutely great! And the work was completed in the estimated time frame I was given. The customer service I received from Richard Fontánez was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely pleasant & professional from start to finish. He kept me informed & even sent me pictures of the progress along the way. The front receptionist was so very pleasant & professional when we dropped the car off and when we picked it up. And to top it off, my car was spotless inside & out when they handed me the keys! I would absolutely recommend Courtesy Collision 10x’s over!
I was very happy with the service I reviewed at Courtesy Collision, Mr. Richard Fontanez is professional along with the staff. My car was ready on time and the eased everything with my car rental return. Definitely excellent service!Thank you!Marilyn
My car was delivered 2 weeks earlier than my estimated date. Rebecca Lacey was my advisor and she was amazing! Kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone was so nice throughout the whole process. Car accidents stink, this collision center does not. Would highly recommend!
Lack communication and care for me as a customer . No one would call me back . My car has been at the shop for almost 2 months and I have no idea what’s going on
Still not happy with the repair to my 2014 camry.
Rich was incredible to work with. He helped me to keep my car and stayed in contact with me throughout the crazy ordeal with the insurance company who wanted to total my Rogue. My SUV also looked perfect inside and out when I picked it up. If you want someone who cares about your situation then go see Rich.
I highly recommend this body shop. They did a wonderful job fixing my Mercedes. Jason the body shop manager worked with me. He went above & beyond to make sure, I received the service I deserve. My Mercedes is all beautiful again!!! He called me and always kept me updated on my vehicles progress. I never had to sit around wondering what was going on. I am so happy to have my SUV back. He had it finished faster than promised. The other manager also made sure I had a brand new battery in my vehicle & key fob. He did not even have to replace those for me. All around great experience with a very honest staff.
Ray and the staff were very professional. The car came out great.
Everything from start to end at Courtesy Collision Tampa was amazing. I highly recommend Rey (Reinaldo Bejerano). He was so helpful throughout the whole process and would call me every other day to update me on what was going on and the expected completion date of my car. The best customer service I have ever received! They even finished prior to the expected completion date! My car looks as good as it did prior to the damage and no one would ever be able to notice the difference because the job done was phenomenal. They even called Enterprise for me to set up a rental car and when I was picking up my car after completion. Janit, the receptionist, was a huge help. She explained everything that had been completed and all I had to do was give my rental keys to her - she handled the rest. Everyone at this place of business is extremely professional and I would highly recommend Courtesy Collision Tampa.
Outstanding work quality; excellent customer service.
They did an awesome job on fixing my bumper after someone hit me on the back bumper on the drivers side. Much impressed. Great job
Exceeded my expectations. Saul and Rey were very helpful and transparent. Excellent follow up and keeping me in the loop. Repairs were finished a day earlier. I would definitely recommend!!!
You wish you dont have to go there, but when you do they take care of you.
Used this place to handle my repair after I was rear ended and the whole process, service and convenience was amazing. I dealt with Rebecca. I hope I spelt that correctly. Sweetest person. She kept me well informed at every stage in the process.
I wish i could rate customer service and actual service separately. My vehicle turned out great. Im happy with the actual repairs that were performed. However.. I was told to come in to have it appraised, that didnt need to be done because my ins co had already done an appraisal. Hours wasted. I was told that my car would take 3 days max to repair because it was a simple fix: 9 days later I got my car back. I get there was some insurance issues but I never got updates from my advisor without calling. The last time I needed to speak with a supervisor before I got a response. Communication not a strong point.
A great experience, Richard F. Was extremely helpful & kept a clear line of communication through out the whole process. And was always available. Thank you!
This body shop is horrible.. I picked to come to this body shop over a recommended shop by my auto insurance because I thought this would be a better experience. My car took over a month to get back. When I went to finally go pick it up, there were additional damages on the opposite side of the vehicle that was getting fixed (in other words they damaged it while trying to fix it) and tried to release it to me in this condition. The staff didn’t catch these obvious damages! It was dirty when it was suppose to be detailed.. when I went to go pick it up for the second time, my windshield was still not fixed (they said that part of the reason they were keeping it was to get that fixed) on top of that my paint job doesn’t match the rest of the car and the staff responded “that’s just how it is” for a $10,000 job, anyone would expect it to be correct...I am so disappointed in this shop. Not to mention one of the staff members there had a horrible attitude. On top of being stressed out with not having a vehicle, rude staff to deal with. If I could I wouldn’t even give this shop one star.. I don’t even know how these people have a business.
I have used Courtesy four separate times over the years on various new Mercedes, and after being a happy customer, I wont be going back again. Id been so loyal to Courtesy that when the insurance companies told me I had to use their shops and not Courtesy, I fought them to insist the work be done at Courtesy. The first two times Courtesy was great. Job done when they said it would be; work done right. The last two times, they have been awful. The delays were obscene, with the last time requiring multiple phone calls and emails that wouldnt be responded to, requiring more follow ups. Worse, both times I ended up discovering over the following days and weeks that the work that wasnt done properly. They had charged about $3500 to fix a drivers side door that wouldnt close. Now, I still have a door that doesnt close right, and my parking lights seem to have been reconnected incorrectly. They charged about $12000 to fix some passenger side damage on the other one, which I had to pay out of pocket just so I could get the car back while they were endlessly messing with the insurance company. Then they got paid by the insurance company later that day or the next and didnt refund my money for a month, after multiple calls and emails about it. Better still, I just had to come out of pocket at my regular service appointment to redo the alignment that wasnt done. They claim to warranty the work, if you have time to leave them your car again for weeks, get a rental, call them constantly. And you know it wont even be that easy. With this review, Im done with Courtesy Collision.
Try to drive through their lot without a crash dummy...narrow is putting it mildly
Everything from start to finish was perfect.
Far too often, people only write reviews when they are upset and after a recent experience(out of state), I would like to change that. A few months ago I had my car repaired at Courtesy. The work was excellent and timely. Jason was my point of contact and made the process a breeze. I wanted to take a moment to pay accolades where they are due. I wish that I had been able to use Courtesy for this last repair.
Very good service
I had a very stressful situation with my new car that needed new paint and Santy Garcia made everything right. He is a true professional who bent over backwards for me to get my car back BETTER than before! Santy is the only guy you should see to make sure your car is taken care of and that you are 100% happy! The best service ever!!! Thank you Santy!
I had a great experience with the team at Courtesy Collision. I brought my CLS 550 and Jason the manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided me feedback as they worked with my insurance company and the car was immaculate after they finished job. Highly recommended.
This is my first negative review I have ever had to write and I have done maybe 3 reviews ever. This is the worst experience I have ever had. My car had very minimal damage to one door that needed paint touch up and new rims. My car has now been with them 32 days (still pending pick up date), little communication and zero sense of urgency. Not to mention when they put the car back together, they found additional malfunctions that were fine prior to arrival. I have asked to speak to a manager or director and have yet to receive a call which has prompted me to leave a review. I am mind blown Mercedes of Tampa who has exceptional service can be partnered with a center that operates at this level. I will never be returning here and will be sure I send people as far from this collision center as possible. Its unfortunate a center that has the ability to be so much more lacks in so many areas.
I dropped my car off there on Friday for service. I had around $4 of change in my car. When I picked up my car today all the change was gone. Just noticed it right now . So I want to make everybody aware did it save employees that will steal $4 in change theyll take anything out of your car. I would be very cautious when dropping off a car that when dropping your car off at that place.
This place was recommended to me by Mercedes. My overall experience very frustrating. Car has been in shop for over 10 days. My service rep only called me the second time after I told him was upset with them. He still failed to give me update on my car going into the weekend despite my request. Overall experience is horrible and making me think twice about getting a Mercedes next time in general. I was promised timely service which was an epic failure. Not the place to go if working professional!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED! Absolutely horrendous service. They lied over and over again. The bill was over $18k to get my car repaired. When I went to pick it up the exterior was filthy and this is after they promised my car would be cleaned. The color of the bumper they fixed didn’t match the color on the trunk. “Richy’s“ response when I asked about it was the color doesn’t match even when the car is new! There’s much more I can write here about the awful experience dealing with Courtesy Collision. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!PS: I called Alex Torres per his response below. Call went to voicemail and I left a detailed message. Never heard back from him. NOT SURPRISED!
My experience at courtesy collision was seamless because of Jason Tooley. He was extremely professional, courteous and went out of his way to ensure that all information was relayed to me in a timely fashion. His customer service far succeeded my expectations.
Terrible experience! I would not recomend this shop to anyone. a one week job is now at its 3rd month and the lack of communication on the shops behalf is unreal for any buissness.
They did a FANTASTIC job repairing my Mercedes Benz CLK 55 AMG! When other collision shop could not find parts in the U.S. or Europe they stepped in to save the day. So glad I went to the Mercedes Benz collision shop. Richard Fontanez made it easy to come in for the estimate and delivered as promised. Great work and service! I highly recommend this shop!
Richard Fontanez was my adviser and I told him I was moving my car to another body shop. Richard proceeded to get upset and told me he was glad I was moving my car. He continue to tell that he didnt want to fix my car anyway. I would never recommend this repair shop to anyone. I called and emailed several times and got no response. They would not respond to calls or emails. I dont know they represent Mercedes Benz like this. Plus they broke my back glass while it was at there shop.
SUPER EFFICIENT!!!!! A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
Great place with great work! Considerable prices! Richard is the one who helped me!
I was a victim of a hit and run in my apartment parking garage and getting my car repaired was a first for me. I have nothing negative to say about the Courtesy Collision and was very pleased with the service. I was told upfront that the repairs would take 2-3 weeks and my car was ready in just over one week. Jason Tooley was my point of contact and could not have been more helpful. He updated me with the progress of my car throughout the repairs as well as every time he talked to my insurance company. He was very professional and I was happy to work with him.
They prefer high end vehicles. A job that was supposed to take 2 days went on for 2 weeks!
FWD from someone who was serviced here:NEVER use Courtesy Collision Center in Tampa. Worked with Rich Fontanez, and couldnt have been more satisfied. I was a walk-in, and he got me in immediately. Roberto Puig is the best bodywork person I have ever seen! I highly recommend these guys for any body work you need! Thanks guys!
One of the most irresponsible teams I have come across. They promised 2 days for a simple bumper fix, took 10+ days. No one responsible, absolutely no contact about the status and kept delaying it without sufficient notice. If possible avoid this place.
Came to pick up my vehicle. Battery is dead, lights that were in headlight replaced are no where to be found, color match is off. Also my rim has not been fixed. Wont use this body shop anymore. I gave it 2 stars simply because the manager fixed the issues and paid for my rental fees for the last week. There seems to be a real lack of communication and effort to work as a team at this shop. My representative called me to tell me my vehicle was ready, without actually looking at it herself. This indicates to me no real investment in the process of restoring the customers vehicle. It sure looks fancy inside. Guess the money goes to bottled Mercedes label water and not into competent and invested employees.
Highly recommend Jason Tooley, hes very professional and helpful. I can get my car back on time with not issue. Thanks for his assistant.
Dealer owned high end body shop at same hourly rate as the independent shops.
Hyundai released my totaled car to the insurance company without me signing a release form. I was even more annoyed, because when I arrived there to sign the release form, they had no clue what had happened to it and took at least 20 minutes searching for MY CAR. They sold my car to the lot, again without me releasing the vehicle, and the car was taken to Riverview, which is far and not convenient for me to go to collect my belongings as I work full time. On top of that, the car was taken 2 weeks prior, and no one notified me of this. I love Hyundai but I am very disappointed with the service here.
Great customer service .. jay took very good of me .. kept in touch and gave me updates on my car .. excellent job .. I’m a very happy with the outcome .. I recommend to everyone
OUTRAGEOUS! They stole EVERYTHING out of my car that wasnt nailed down! A camera was left in my console that didnt belong to me. There is a substantial amount of mileage added to my car that has not and cannot be explained. No one has followed up with me! No one seems to care! DO NOT go to this facility! Horrible customer service and they employ thieves!
As if an accident isn’t stressful enough, add the holiday season to the mix and you might just be ready for a meltdown... Thanks to the team at Courtesy Collision I survived. I originally selected a “preferred” shop recommended by the insurance company... a week later I’m told they can’t fix my car because it’s too new... so I choose to have my car moved to Courtesy (Mercedes recommended). Immediately after my car arrived I got a call from Jason who was extremely helpful through the entire process. He helped me expedite the insurance process to get my car fixed as quick as possible... the shop hit a snag due to unavailability of a part (guess my car was too new, 6 month backorder from Germany), but Jason and his team worked endlessly to find the part and deliver my car ASAP. The body swork was perfect! I’m super happy!
I strongly recommended Jason Tooley because he is extremely professional and helpful. He took care of my car problems right way. His customer service is one of the best that I know so far. Thank you Jason for your help! Phuong vu.
Excellent service to the wonderful job with myMercedes
I would never recommand any one to come here....please go where you insurance may advise you to go. Quality work is Great but they are soooooooooooooooooooooo unprofessional. Such a nightmare and inconsistent information give....no compassion whats so ever. Please take heed to this rating.
All Im gonna say is I wouldnt take my car there for a free service, I watch how they treat people with expensive cars versus others.
I purchased my car from Courtesy of Nissan. A year later, someone hit me and basically dislocated my bumper and pushed my clips forward and out of place (the clips that hold the bottom of the bumper in place). I stopped by the service center at Nissan and was told to drive over to Courtesy Collision Center to get it checked and fixed. When I arrived, I was given a clipboard to fill out (except is was not necessary because the lady who took care of me said it was not). I explained to the lady taking care of us that I did not want to replace the bumper, I was not asking them to fix the cracks or scratches. All I wanted was the clips put back into place. I asked for an estimate and a time frame and the lady kept saying I would get charged for the check up and then separately for fixing it and NEVER gave me an estimate. She said I would have to replace the entire bumper and the hatchback door because of three small dents in it. So, besides lack of information regarding price, timeframe, or even the order of steps, it was not great customer service considering she ignored everything I was trying to say.
The work was quick and perfect. I am totally satisfied
Great service was provided at this location for my vehicle. Michael Hammer was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Mercedes Benz of Tampa has always given me excellent service on my Smart cars for the last six years. They spoil us in the service waiting area!
I went there because my car was vandalized and my windshield was cracked the interior was damaged along with the exterior Hood I was told that the seats could be resprayed to match perfect well to find out thats very incorrect your promised one thing at Courtesy Collision and then they deliver something completely different my interior on my S Class is camel they read died my seats a very light khaki this is not by far no means to a match they repainted my hood and now I have fan mark on each side of the hood and dirt and overspray on the hood the gentleman at Courtesy Collision told me 6 times theres thousands of scratch ships on the hood and he never once said anything about what I went there for overspray and turd in the paint and all he wants to say over and over six times to be precise that well the car has thousands of rock chips on the hood we cant fix your car so now Im driving a Beautiful Mess class that has khaki seats camel interior a hood that looks like its been resprayed in my opinion I have not been treated fairly whatsoever with Courtesy Collision and I do not recommend them for any type of repairs because their end result is going to conclude a worse vehicle than what you came in with stay away
Be warned...I should have believed the prior reviews but wanted to give them a chance since I bought the SUV from Courtesy Nissan. Unfortunately my car has been there almost a month and wad told 16 days to complete the repairs... Not a good place to do business. Very unhappy!
Very friendly and professional. Got everything analyzed and repaired quickly
Excellent. Ellen Trickle of Tampa Mercedes treated me with concern and courtesy. I was please with the length of time that I had to wait and the results of the service.
I am typically a very understanding person but at this point I want to make sure people are aware of the issues.I brought my vehicle to courtesy collision against the wishes of my insurance company because I though they would provide a good service that is supposed to be the same as going to a Mercedes Benz dealership..... at this point I am convinced I am wrong.Needless to say, After 11 days (not including weekends or holidays...roughly 20 days total) of my vehicle at the shop, not a single call from the Jason Tooley (my point of contact) or anyone with an update on the progress or ETA of when the vehicle would be fixed. After 11 days I contacted them twice to reach Jason....leaving a message on Jason’s voicemail and then speaking to someone who guaranteed a call back by the end of the day. NO CALL BACK.Only to finally reach someone (not Jason) who told me that to an additional part was ordered today (11 days later) and the part won’t arrive for an additional 2 business days.BTW.....don’t expect to be able to even leave a message for anyone after hours.....the office phone number listed on Google Maps and The number Jason has on his business card just ring and ring. No one answers and no automated system.
Several days past when projected for completion. Work sub par.
HORRIBLE!! My car that only had front bumper damage and outer door panel turned into a nightmare with them. First off English with them is obv not their first language. Also my car was suppose to be done in 7 days. Im going on 15 after today. They the receptionist when u call that picks up has no idea what is going on. No help at all and 1/2 the time when u get transfered to someone who kinda knows whats going on with your car they dont pick up. THE BIG PICTURE HERE IS THEY ARE MONEY HUNGERY PEOPLE THAT WILL TELL U YOUR CAR NEEDS MORE REPAIR SO THEY CAN KEEP GETTING YOUR MONEY OR YOUR INSURANCES. Your better off going to a body shop in the ghetto.
Car looks great and staff was professional and informative.
Out of respect for Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and its staff, I did not want to write a poor review about Courtesy Collision, but after finding additional issues with my car today, it seems necessary to warn other consumers.Courtesy Collision (at the direction of Mercedes-Benz of Tampa) was given my 2016 Mercedes CLS for extensive accident repair;-it took ninety-one (91) days for my car to be completed.-Courtesys manager, Alex Torres, is terrible at returning phone calls, has little to no idea what is happening on his lot, and shows poor judgment with the delegation of certain tasks/responsibilities.-at just over two and a half months, Courtesy attempted to return my car to me, but I had to refuse delivery because the repair work was below reasonable standards, and there was additional damage that was unrelated to the accident.-I had to involve Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and its GM, Bob Murray, in light of the sheer incompetence shown by the staff at Courtesy Collision. Unfortunately, despite Mr. Murrays best efforts (appreciated as they may be), were not enough to bring my car to a satisfactory level.-While cleaning out my car today (vacuuming carpet, under seats, and washing around doors), a number of issues/anomalies were discovered; there is a large amount of white paint overspray on the lower rear portion of the driver seat (on the plastic trim and leather), a large rubber seal was completely missing from the bottom of the rear drivers side door (instead there is a series of gaping holes where the seal is supposed to snap/slide in), the trunk had a chip in the paint along with additional overspray and a slight misalignment, and to top it off, there was a receipt under the drivers seat for the BurgerKing on W. Hillsborough Ave., in Tampa, for 4 Croissanwichs, which was dated during the time my car was being repaired...I guess my car was used for their breakfast runs.It is a shame, because Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is excellent, but my experience with Courtesy Collision has been horrific (this review only scratches the surface)...my advice would be to seek repairs elsewhere.
Poor work and very poor service. They had my car for over a month and a half (even though I have in writing that they agreed with insurance the work would take only 15 days) and when I picked it up NOT all the work was completed! Not to mention because it was taking them so long they said they would pay for my rental; however, AFTER I gave them the rental bill they said they would only pay a portion (a base model car; no upgrades--like I knew to see the future and select that type of car. I wouldnt need a rental for those days IF YOU WOULD HAVE DONE THE WORK instead of sitting on it....
Terrible service. do not take your car here, go to another bodyshop down the street.
Did a nice job getting my vehicle repaired.
HORRIBLE! THE REVIEW I WROTE IS TOO LONG, SO JUST DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, MONEY, AND EFFORT WITH THIS CHOP SHOP!
They deliver the car without fixing the seat belts. When I contacted them to fix it they asked me to get the car by driving without seat beltThey dont really care about customers and the response to the queries is really bad
Its where i bought my car
