Worst customer service ever. After being directed there by GEICO, I tried to take my vehicle there for service. The manager talked me out of getting the rental car saying that the repair would take only 1 to 2 days and I would end up picking up the tab for the rest of the time. So far so good. However, 2 months later and 2 trips there in person and a couple calls that were not returned, they have still not ordered any parts. Avoid this place.

I was in a fender bender and needed repair work. The process was smooth, professional, and convenient (as convenient as can be, considering). Each person I interacted with - from enterprise, to claim manager, to staff- was friendly, respectful of my time, and communicated frequently. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!

Professional friendly service.

I brought my vehicle to Ferman Body Shop today and the service was top-notch from the moment I arrived. I actually showed up for my appointment about 20 minutes early and they were able to take me right away. Miguel did an excellent job of explaining the process and answering all my questions.

I went there for the estimate. They took some pictures and said they would email me the estimate. To make long story short, they never emailed me. Very disappointed. Never go there again.
