I drove over 2 hours from Albany Georgia to Tallahassee because this was the closest place I could find to have my Brother MFC repaired. I could not be happier that I chose to use this business. When I got there to drop my printer off, Dave told me that if I would hang around town for a couple of hours he would try to get my machine repaired immediately so that I would not have to make another trip back. He was able to get it repaired for me in less than 2 hours and for much less than I expected to pay. In my opinion, you could not ask for better service. Came to the store to buy a cartridge replacement and the worker, Dave, was really helpful, even as the store was about to close. Dave was really nice and helped me fixed one of my faulty cartridges. Their prices beat competitors such as Walmart, Staples, etc. Would definitely come back for future needs!

I took 2 older printers to David Ferrari to see of they were salvageable. 1 was not and the other would habe cost more to repair than it was worth. We discussed all the issues with both printers and he explained in detail what they were.
