Went looking for an all in one color printer after church today. Dropped by Staples to check out their selection. Store was clean and organized but I was suprised to see printer shelves relatively empty. Pandemic appears to have an affect on lots of things. There were a couple of Canon printers in stock as well as a few HP printers. Store associate came over to offer assistance. I was pleased with the level service recieved. Purchased the Canon printer and extra ink.

Absolutely the worst customer service in Tallahassee. Go elsewhere for your business and office needs. I really want to get in touch with the general manager.

This store provided EXCELLENT customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a couple of associates. Luke was my associate. The store is well stocked, clean, and had great items on sale. I went in to print some items, and they have hand sanitizer for the customers to use, before using the machines. Everyone was quite helpful and had a great attitudes.

Nims answered the phone, was very nice and is the most knowledgeable person I have ever gotten on the phone when calling about computers. We will be heading down today to buy our laptop! Thank you Nims!

Ever since management has changed, in the last year, seems like all new employees. The customer service and overall experience has gotten worse. They refuse to acknowledge there is a problem, it is not a friendly place anymore. I have been shopping and shipping things from there, for 16 years. Never had an issue till now. They actually misplaced my package and did not ship it. I go there, nothing, I call and talk to three different people, before they found it and shipped today. It needed to be there today.Will never go into the Staples on North Monroe Again. Long time customer, they dont care.

Restroom has a sign that says something along the lines of in the interest of public safety we are closing public access to restrooms. How are you helping the public by getting rid of a place that people can wash their hands? Very naive.

First Time coming here and it was at the last minute I needed a Banner printed for a Graduation Ceremony that same day. Spoke with Kez over the phone, explained the situation, and she walked me through step by step on how to ensure my order was ready for that day(Mind you it was pushing two o clock already) Kez called me in a few hours to let me know it was ready and I was shocked at how fast she took care of things for me. Went and picked up my order and It was everything I wanted. Kez has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive experienced in a long time and I had to sing her praises. Especially during such a trying time like this, it was great having such a professional, kind, and dedicated representative. I will definitely be back!!! THANKS KEZ!!!

I went into staples this afternoon to print something out, and was really impressed with the staff. Upon walking in I saw that there was a belligerent homeless man shouting at a manager that had asked him to leave. The manager kept his cool and was still super personable while handling the situation, even though the man wasnt cooperating with him at all. I was also really happy with the worker who helped me out in printing area because he also had a positive attitude, was informative, and very efficient. Its refreshing to go to a business where you can tell they really care about making the customer happy!

THE MOST AMAZING STAPLES. The staff is incredibly and very knowledgeable. Natalie will make you feel special as she assist you. ALAN, manager, is FANTASTIC and he created a great blend of staff.

The print shop staff is always extremely helpful! They print my orders on time, often before I even expect it to be done. The one time they made a mistake on the printing, it was corrected immediately and I was not charged anything even for the re-do! I always have been greeted with a smile when coming in and going out. I usually dont recommend chain stores, but this one is a gem.

Awesome service. Being that we don’t have a staples in Mississippi this one is awesome. Every time me and my family go to tallahasee we have to go to staples. Friendly workers and awesome prices and deals!!

I needed to make color copies of a project. I was able to use a self service copy machine using my credit card. The price was reasonable. I did not need assistance but a staff member checked to be sure I was ok. I arrived only 15 minutes before closing time and was out with my 28 color copies with 5 minutes to spare.

The employees and manager were really nice and helpful. It was my first time visiting the store but we will return for the great service.

I had a 4:30 TSA pre check appointment. I arrived at 4:27 and used the bathroom and they were ready. It went smoothly and I was in & out. They also gave me a two (2) $5.00 off coupons. Was able to purchase two battery Banks and got one free.

Had to leave and wait for somebody from tech to come in just to see if a laptop was available!

I love going to Staples on N. Monroe. Its like they run to see which person can help me first. Plus, I got to use my Rewards check, a receipt discount, and the 20% off ink discount all at the same time. I got $70 worth of ink for less than $50! Thanks Staples --that was easy!

Everything always takes too long. Theres usually only one register open, they ask/push for their rewards card when you want to check out, and their print center has never produced any of my orders on time. If only they made the experience more convenient and less of a hassle, then Id be willing to pay for their overpriced items. On a positive note, they often have decent deals on printer paper.

Printer areas customer service could use some work. Went in for some simple printing at the self kiosk, I had never been to staples before so I asked the guy working if he could assist me. In where he just said to use the machine and press print... mind you he peaked his hands over at different machines. He saw I had gotten frustrated because I wasn’t sure as to what machine to use, a customer had to help me because he chose to take the easy route instead of helping a customer. Seems to be more than one person complaining about the same thing.

Attendant was very courteous. Great experience.

Horrible Customer Service-Came in to simply print a document and the heavy set red haired man didnt want to spend his time helping me. Saying they had self service area and since he had only one behind his shelf I have to use the kiosk. Yet I was the only customer in line. I had a specific preference for the document I was going to print out and wanted to make sure it would print the right way and his response was that their computer couldnt do anything but print because their system was jacked. And I could do it myself on the kiosk. Tried to the kiosk didnt work that way. I guess bad Bad location = Bad customer service. This is not a bad review on Staples part only on this location. Thumbs down!!
