My favorite electronic store. I buy most things online, but its convenient to have a local Best Buy store incase you need something right away. Plus you can purchase online and pick up in-store or curbside.

We went to Best Buy to start our process of learning and eventually purchasing a gaming PC for our son. We were greeted by Sydney and soon Alex (with glasses - apparently there is more than one Alex). They were fully invested in educating us and what to look for in a PC. The level of kindness and interaction secured that we would not be shopping and would be purchasing from Best Buy based on our experience with Sydney and Alex. They were so helpful. We are grateful.

I have been going to this BestBuy for over six years now. I buy and spend a lot on products with them. For both my own personal use and for my small electronics repair business I run outside of my home. Both online ordering and in-store purchases have always been a breeze! 8 times out of 10 and if I do an online order for in-store pick up it’s ready within an hour to an hour and a half. Online orders for shipping are usually on time in fast as well! Curbside has always been super fast as well! Very friendly and helpful staff! And I’ve never had issues if I ever had to return or exchange something that was defective or that I wanted for something else. Their loyalty rewards program is really good as well! And I have the credit card LOL.

Geek squad came out 8/25, said part would be ordered. Received text saying tech would arrive 8 /31 3:30-7:30. No tech, no phone call, no text!!! Went to local store, all techs gone. Guy who originally came out said he just ordered part today! Gave excuses why he couldnt order it last week. Hes not sure if itll come in next week. No one told us there was a change in the date of service. No one at store answers phone, they said all calls go to a call center of which people are working out of their houses. Even though we had a warranty purchased they did not care.

We went in to possibly purchase an auto stereo system. We searched out an employee for help & we were told they would call for assistance. Waited, waited, waited....finally I had enough and we left. Unfortunately unless your willing to make multiple trips looking for help you might not get it.I am buying from them, customer service goes a long way and Brick & Mortar stores need to step it up.

Ordered an item, same-town, next delivery package shipping selected. After multiple shipping delays, the package left my city traveled to 400 miles to another city before being delivered back to me. Best buy is unable to do ANYTHING by phone or email, even before the package shipped when I first saw there were delays and contacted them. They refuse to cancel the shipment even while it was in their possession. They refused to hold a box for a customer to pick up instead to avoid 4 days of delays. Their store doesnt even accept phone calls and they are absolutely unwilling to even try to please the customer.

Bought a 75 LG flat screen march 27 around 6:00 p.m.. The associate in the television department was very knowledgeable of the product.. Made the purchase quick and easy and I was confident on my purchase after being advised by this young man... Good job.. Great experience.. I will definitely be back💯💯👍

Went to get a new mac as my old one had crashed and got helped by Joey and Kevin who are awesome. I was in and out of the store with my new macbook within 20 minutes. Joey was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me more information on software services. Kevin was able to help check me out superfast. Both these guys went atleast once to the back to make sure the Macbook I wanted was available as they had just received a new shipment that wasnt unloaded and in the system yet. A good example of going above and beyond in customer service. Highly recommend Joey and Kevin who are doing an amazing job at the Best Buy in Apalachee Pkwy.

Adding to my previous review.Im sorry that I shopped here. I purchased a large expensive TV. After about a week I discovered that the coaxial input does not work. Over a period of two weeks Ive talked to three seemingly helpful people, had promise of a delivery that did not happen then more lip service. You can not call the store directly so each call involves long waits, transfer and more waiting. Each time I start my story over. This was NOT an open box. Its fair to expect the coaxial input to work. I dont expect a new tv I just want one that works!This is a big, lovely electronics store. Ive learned over the years that its difficult to get assistance in the store so I had my son assist me with my decisions before I entered. There were many customers and only one employee in the TV department. That employee served me well when it was my turn. Three stars because of sales tags on the shelf for items that are not in stock.

Great staff but not answering their phones is going to drive away customers. They recommended a Dell system which has been nothing but problems; ultimately brought an extra $200 service plan because the machine keeps crashing. Will buy from Amazon or Walmart from now on... Our TV went out, so we went to Best Buy to find a new one. The young guy working in the TV section was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions. We found a new Samsung smart TV in their Outlet (it was an open box deal). Saved $130 and we love our new bigger and better TV!

We took two computers and a laptop to Geek Squad in Tallahassee, because they were slow. We were told to expect them back in a week or two. But we received an email same week that they were ready. We received the best customer service from Luke when we picked them up. He took time to explain and answer all our questions. We have been with Geek Squad for many years. Luke gave us an excellent customer service.

I remember going into BestBuy as child with my father and the employees knew absolutely everything about the product. Now they just shrug it off, not knowledgeable, not engaged, not helpful. I miss the good old days of customer service. Reading reviews on Amazon can only get you so far.

For more up-to-date technology they are pretty reasonable but for all the old phones and other oldstill way behind and then leaving a lot of older mirrors behind so its not a place I really want shop to anymore going to internet or something.some shells have 15 or 20 items the same theyre not really selling that fast while they can put one or two old my logic is very simple.

I placed an order for CURBSIDE PICKUP & when I arrived I ended up doing STORE PICKUP instead. Ive tried following the check in instructions, that wasnt a success. I also tried calling the store, but NO ONE is answering the phone(s). Im highly frustrated with the service I received today. The employee that assisted me could care less about this inconvenience. He ignored my concern/frustration & proceeded to ask for my name & ID. I had to go back to my truck for my drivers license just to pick up my order. I cant see myself coming back here to receive piss poor service. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

I was waiting by the tablets. Cory, told me he would be right with me. Cory then went and finished what he was doing. Afterwards, Cory looked directly at me and went and helped another customer. Pretty childish behavior from someone in the area he is in. Hope he is good at sales, because he cant provide customer satisfaction.

They will say a pickup will be ready in an hour. It’s a lie. I order here a lot: most items will be 3 to 4 hours. Apple products may be 3 to 4 DAYS. I could literally go pick it up off the shelf faster than they can twiddle their thumbs.

I placed an order online and went to pick up in store. When I arrived however the item that I purchased was not in store like the website had stated. So I proceeded to cancel my order status due to it not arriving in time. Although I received a full refund of this order, another purchase was made with my card that was not authorized by me. Please be aware that the employees at this store steals credit card information!! Don’t enter your credit card information through their site unless you want to be scammed!!

The place was nice but online order was wrong . I had purchased a phone, received it and was the wrong carrier . They didnt have the carrier for the phone I wanted . I looked online before I left and it said they had 1 in stock and when I got there was none in stock . Was pretty disappointed. so my suggestion is call also to make sure the Item is really there.

The staff is quite nice but there is alwaYs an issue of communication. After convincing me about an item on sale, i told the seller that I will be back to get the item the day after. What he never told me that the item won’t be on sale the next day. After a couple days i decided to get the item even though I was pretty upset that I was never told that the sale will end, i placed an order to pick it up. My money went through and the order was confirmed. I arrive to the store and I’m told that they actually don’t have the item anymore. So for that I don’t recommend trusting the employees and what they say and you have to get informed yourself.

Took my laptop for an evaluation to see if they could fix the screen since one half of the screen got damaged as it hit a chair. They were honest in letting me know that they would have to send it to their service center which would cost me for sending it over and the most likely response would be that it would cost me 200 or more depending on the cost.of the screen( older.model about 5 years old) and the chances that they will be able to find parts was unlikely..

I am building a new home and went to the Tv/Home Theater depart on 1/23/2016. I was met by a delightful young lady who was very knowlegeable and professional. I have had a bad experience with Best Buy previously, however, this young person spent adequate time explaining the best options and provided me with outstanding customer service. She even walked me to several departments so get questions answered about all of the components in a complete home system. The persons first name was Briana. Best Buy is fortunate to have a creative and professional representative.

Best Buy phone customer service is abysmal. Buy any products with this in mind. After spending 7 hours trying to sort out a cancelled order I can say Ill definitely ensure I really want a product before ordering next time.While trying to work out my issue I was hung up on 3 out of the 10 calls I had to make over the course of a few days. This stores manager finally helped me where the online customer support couldnt, so thats one thing they have going for them.They have some pretty good open box deals here too. Just be careful not to cancel the order if made online.

Great products for any budget and plenty of games for any console some games were over priced or out of stock but a lot of games were cheap and awesome.I bought a used beer cooker at a steal only $100 because it had a small dent at the bottom you dont even notice it I saved $500 best deal ever.

So so slow. Twice I’ve ordered ahead for curbside pickup “ready within an hour” and the first time the associate took 15+ minutes to bring out my product (I get it, things happen, but it was one small item). Currently waiting on the fourth hour to be able to go pickup a second order – two handheld-sized items allegedly “ready within an hour” yet here I am. Some associates have been attentive and helpful but the phone is never answered and curbside pickup will take hours on end.

Went into the store on March 15th to look at car stereos because I wanted to upgrade the one in my car. Talk to the guy, pick one out, he gives me total price and tells me the parts have to be ordered. Cool no problem. He states he has submitted the order for the parts and schedules me for install March 23rd. On the 23rd I use my 15 minute break at work thinking Im gonna drop my car off and it be an easy process. I arrive at the store and was told the parts were not in the installation department and I had to go up front to customer service to pick them up. Go to customer service and they can not find the parts. They call the guy from the back and turns out the guy I spoke with on the 15th never ordered anything. They call a manager up and he locates 2 of the parts that they just happen to have. By this time Ive been in the store 20 minutes. Since the order was never submitted now I have to pick out a new stereo because the one I initially picked out is out of stock. I pick the stereo and get to the install counter and the kid says they dont have the harness needed for the install. It was a complete disaster. I mentioned quite a few times I was on a 15 minute break and they all still moved like someone had them in slow motion. After being there 40 minutes I left and said forget it.

I have visited this location many times with everything from general purchases to getting my Apple Watch replacement. The customer service is excellent and I always have a good experience, last time I was at the store I was receiving a curbside pickup and even with the long lines I still received my order fairly quickly! I highly recommend this Best Buy location if you have any questions about tech you’d like to know or if you’re just looking for something you need at home.

Visited the store the week before tax free weekend seeing if they could price match a sale on amazon. A wonderful staff member walked us through all the tech questions we had even went digging for clock timings and Ram speeds. We were told they could not price match but to wait for tax free weekend that the laptop would probably go on sale. I asked “what if it sells out?” I was reassured multiple times that no matter what they would be able to honor any sales and order the laptop for us. Came back today as the laptop did in fact go on sale, an amazing deal! Was then informed it was sold out as is expected and that they could NOT order it for us. Immediately asked for a manager, no point wasting time. Manager “Tate” showed up with a terrible attitude did not care for what we had been told previously and stated that it was impossible to order the laptop. Sad to see the decline of customer service even at the management level. We tried to price match for a different machine with similar specs, nothing came even remotely close. 20 minutes later the manager came back with even more attitude and inform us they could order the laptop and have it delivered. So we could “move on.” Best Buy more like worst buy.
