Update! Whoa big developments!So I went to the other store this store told me to go to, and after a 50 minute bus ride I arrive to this other store who had no record of my order. They then noticed the location this store circled and told me to come to is not even their store number, but a store in AUSTIN TEXAS!When I told this store what happened they were seriously concerned, because they told me the Office Depot policy is if someone orders online and their order wasnt done correctly then they pay the exact online price in store, she said NO OFFICE DEPOT is allowed to charge more or an in store price for prints I paid for online.In fact she was so shocked she helped me try to get a refund for the money I already paid online. I am really grateful to this other store and now plan to use them not this one in the future for their honesty. It is just so eye opening how shading this store, which against policy upcharged my order....Original Review: Horrible service, got print orders to be done at this store online. I even made sure the online system used this store but for some reason 2 of my 3 orders went to a store 10 miles north. This happened before so I made sure this store was the one used, i did these orders together why send them to another store, especially without a car i need to do this trip with Uber.I found out its so they can charge me more money! In store printed cost double to triple times as the online prices. I noticed this last time when my online order was $15 and in store the exact same order cost $38. Even the cashier was confused and called her manager in. He told me the individual stores can price their prints higher than the pick up service online. He felt bad for me and gave me a discount but it still cost me $24, so almost $10 more than the online price which I was still charged so in reality prints that should have cost me $15 cost me $39.So since then I made sure the address was correct store and even use PayPal to make sure everything was correct. But sure enough they not only misprinted my order and refused to give me a refund half my prints were at this store and the other half at the store 10 miles north. The cashier then offered to do the prints here but for a higher cost. I told her the same situation as last time but she said tough luck, that is their business.What rubs salt in the wound is I needed these prints for a business conference I was flying out 6am the next day and in a time crunch. But she took her dear time telling me to wait and took 3 customers behind me before offering to print my order for a higher cost. So pay twice as my while losing the money I already spent, take a 2 hour bus ride and walk 2 miles to the other location, or a $17 Lyft ride. Those were my options. Not good, not good at all.

It was ok. There was a loud commotion whereby one person was telling the other person Its your job as the other person refused to do whatever. I asked for assistance and someone pointed me in a direction. I went to that area and could not find what I was looking for. The guy who pointed me in the direction was talking to another associate who did not have his mask covering his face.I was able to make some copies.

So I have a raving review for this gentleman named Lucas who works behind the counter at Office Depot. Not only did he go above and beyond making certain items that I needed were found if not in his store at another location. He was the definition of excellent customer service being pleasent mannerable even funny making me feel so at home in my shopping experience.

Katherine in the print and copy department was very helpful when I needed documents printed and faxed. I wasn’t aware of the process of emailing the forms to an Office Depot email, having her print the form and guide me to getting it faxed. Really quick and smooth process. I was on a deadline and Katherine was patient and professional.

The nicest staff! I mean every single person is kind, patient and helpful! I enjoy shopping here.

Clean, well stocked office supply store. Very professional. Even has things like coffee and water bottles. However their prices are a bit outrageous. Only go if youre using the company expense card, and budget isnt a huge issue.

Only office/desk supply store left on this side of town that I am aware of. Never been pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. Overall decent place to shop.

My coworker, Jen, and I went in needing two small things today. The Customer Service Manger helped us the entire time (we were lost and confused) but he was nothing but friendly and professional . While he ordered supplies for us online, he sat down and had a genuine conversation with us. I am someone who works in customer service and will always make it a point to acknowledge workers who give me good service. To the Customer Service Manager, thank you for helping us and being so friendly today!

Stopped to get some copies made. Stood there for 25 minutes. Two employees were helping two customers. After 25 min I left and went to DQP Copying & Print. Great service, great price and really nice people! I was out the door in 10 minutes with my copies!

Services generally slow. Today theres no color toner and when I asked her if theres anywhere nearby shell only mention the only other Office Depot in town which is miles away. I know there are print shops Closer by, and when your own stuff isnt working and someone ask for something nearby you should be willing to recommend a competitor. The photo copiers were also not working correctly.

Today was a good day at Office Depot, not enough help ever...the employee helping me has to stop go ring the register, answer questions for customer who just walked in with a problem, handle a call, all while I wait. I have to wait because the employee is so amazing trying to do EVERYTHING...but the help I got was good

The chick at the copy/print center was nice and helpful, but most of my experiences here lately have been typical of modern retail: allegedly underpaid employees who dont care any more, and dont have the time to help the customer. The guy who helped me find a Logitech mouse in the computer department just really did not seem enthused at all about helping me. I think he spoke a total of three words to me in the 10 minutes of our interaction.

Kenny and Alliyah are the most helpful members there. Kenny took the time to grab what I needed from the back. He did it with a smile and was very pleasant.

I had an awesome experience. Patricia was such a big help. She was very patient with me and understood how important my capstone portfolio was. If she is not the manager then she need some sort of promotion!

They had the computer in stock I needed and was very helpful and professional. Great job.

Too bad you cant copy and print customer service. Every order done at this store- from things as simple as color copies to laminated posters- has been executed with the precision and timeliness of a blind goldfish. I get it, youre underpaid and overworked. I work in retail too and its hard to care. But jeeze, the standard is sooo low here. Theyre literally riding on the fact that theyre one of the only big copy/print centers on this side of town. Just take the drive to Staples which might be a bit more expensive but at least itll be done right.

I never understand how they stay in business. But when you cant find it elsewhere they have it.

I hate to be the one to brake the bad news but this is one place I will never return to.The Service was ridiculous the knowledge of their own product they had no idea of and the list would go on.Not putting his name on line EMP#621367...but he dont need to work somewhere he dont like to be.It reflex on the customer return rate. And in this case we will no longer be buying our office supplies from this location.

The employee name marie who work in the printing section needs to fired! very rude and unprofessional. I dont think nobody likes her at the store.

Easier than driving farther to a UPS store or post office to ship a package.

4 out of 5 times Ive gone here theyve been out of simple office supplies we needed. Staff less than helpful and will walk right past you unless you get in front of them.
