Challenging problem with an old laptop. Ultimately not able to salvage, but I was given an excellent deal on a massively excellent micro desktop that Im absolutely happy with. Can recommend Panhandle without reservations.

The young man at the front desk was not knowledgeable about computer repair. I gave him specific notes about what was needed, back up the hard drive, transfer data. He was supposed to speak with the owner and call me back. He never called. I called him. He tried to get me to agree to replace a 2 TB hard drive with a 256 GB drive 🙄 Then he said he would dispose of the remainder of my computer parts for me...16 GB of RAM, an upgraded gaming graphics card & accelerated motherboard. Really? What a great deal for you. No thanks

No complaints here! Had to have a screen replaced on my laptop, was told it would be ready the next day, and it was. While there, I started looking at a refurbished laptop they had there for sale. I like it, so I bought it. Nevt day, Kyle called me and told me my laptop was ready, so I went to pick it up. While on the phone, I asked Kyle what it would cost to replace the hard drive with a solid state hard drive, since I am a huge fan of solid state hard drives, because they make your computer operate much better, and it makes no sense to put anything else in your computer, in my opinion. But anyway, I couldnt beleive the price he gave me to exchange the two hard drives, so I simply said, do it! It was also ready the nent morning. The laptop is working better than a champ. A new champ! Ive always received great service from Kyle, and I will go back next time as well!

This Pixel-3 cell phone just had a corner glass broken but WAS ALL FUNCTIONAL before I sent in.I sent it in for a glass replace only (for $140+tax). After 3 hours, the store owner who worked on this phone returned me a completely damaged phone like picture shown. They refuse any responsibility and lie to me -- this is just a boot problem . I later had to go another Verizon Certified Repair Store to do a follow-up check (see below conclusion letter from 2nd-store), they proved that Panhandle-PC totally damaged my phone due to their poor skill and lack of knowledge.So be VERY CAREFUL with this store. A 100% liar and no moral stand. My evaluation is negative-100-stars (not a single positive star)

Disappointed...mini computer I bought was not prepared for me as a power user. I was locked out of folders n files. Had to fix myself. Also took my wifes there and really did nothing cause it still has the same issues. Guess thats why he didnt charge me. They must be getting to busy to give the service of old. Also not happy I was forced (my words) into win10 because thats what his computers have. Never again. I totally dislike win10. Win7 pro forever...much more friendly environment. Kyle is real friendly n has great knowledge but not for me.

Panhandle PC gives a diagnosis of your computer or laptop free of charge. Within days of bringing in my 2015 Dell laptop I received a call back to inform the sad news, my motherboard was fried. The motherboard for the computer is akin to a spine in a human. My tech savvy brother told me to get a new laptop altogether, until he heard the affordable cost Panhandle PC quoted me to repair and replace the motherboard. Avoid going to big chain repair places and go to a local store where the owner will have a nice chat and make sure to look out for your best interests.

I needed to recover data from a compromised hard drive and transfer it to a new computer. It would have taken me DAYS and I probably would have botched it. Kyle did it quickly and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. This is like that feeling of relief you get when you find an honest auto mechanic. A MUCH smoother and easier process than trying to deal with Geek Squad. These guys are really professional--they did everything I needed them to do but nothing I didnt, even though they could have made themselves a lot more money. Cant praise them highly enough. Theyve also got some refurbished computers that are very nice and a great deal, basically brand-new computers for about half price. If I had it all to do over again I would have gone that route. Oh well, next time.

These are just great people. Im certain they know their business, but also know that they are good members of society and Tallahassee champions.My mom visited because she was having trouble accessing her phone, having forgotten her password. They recognized that she was having a memory issue and they asked if they could call a family member for her. They didnt reach me on the first attempt, but they kept trying diligently. They were worried about her well being and safety. After speaking with them I was able to resolve the issue. They truly care about people and took the time to help on a personal level.

I had to come here to get my LG G3 screen fixed. I really thought my phone was done, but they fixed it!! Very reasonable price!! I heard the commercial on the radio for free diagnostics so I decided to try it out. I was thoroughly impressed. From the time I dropped off my laptop to when I picked it up, they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the issues. It was a quick turnaround time and that was appreciated.
