Great customer service and staff. In my opinion, I think Barnes and Noble should provide FAMU a higher percentage of merchandise sales than the current 10%.

I always enjoy shopping at the bookstore every time I come to town. I purchased a grey Famu t-shirt with green lettering, a collectible venom stuffed toy for my office, and a Rattler face mask.

This was a terrible experience. The books are over-priced, the search for a book on their website gave several unrelated books in the search results (it took pages and pages in the search result to find the book I actually searched for) and if you ordered a used book, the online system will bill you for a new book (which will remain pending on your account until the book is picked up and you also wont know if you got a used book until you go to pick-up). Really wasnt expecting this confusion which culminated in have a $1 pending remain on my account after the actual book purchase cleared this pending process.And lets not forget that you cannot get the bookstore on the phone. A recording will tell you to call back later. No option to leave a message, just call back. You call back and you get the same message.These may be nice people working in this bookstore but their process need work.This was an emergency purchase but will never use this bookstore again. Amazons texbooks are cheaper, often free shipping and simple, simple, simple.

The best place for FAMU paraphernalia!

I love the Staff in the Florida A&M University Bookstore. Ms. Williams, the Manager, and her Asst. Manager, Devin always make me feel Special and take care of my educational needs. They find whatever books I need (hardcover or ebook), as well as any technological device I may need for my classes. I absolutely Love them and the rest of the staff. They have great Flash sales and the music is always amazing!!!

My wife and I spent $170 on clothing items today, including a $69 shirt I cannot wear that I will now need to dispute w my credit card company because the scanner was not removed and I live in Atlanta. When I called the store close to closing time, I asked to speak to a manger but the employee wanted to know what about so I explained the situation. He came back without letting me speak to a manager and told me to just take it w the receipt to a Barnes Noble store in Atlanta and have them remove the scanner, which is not at all convenient for me. When I insisted to speak to a manager he then put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. Mistakes can happen at the cash but horrible way to follow up with customer over the phone. They just don’t care. Not acceptable!!!

Great Famu and Greek paraphernalia! The Ladies/staff were very friendly and super helpful. One of ladies personally found like 6 ...3xl shirts(I really wear 4xl) that were oversized and allowed me to try them on. Well like 4 of them actually fit .. She/everyone there treated us like family... Love this place and visit everytime we come to Tallahassee ...

If paying $4.99 for a non-descript single subject notebook isnt obscene,then I dont know what is. Be wary of the book voucher system the school uses. The amount you request to buy books and other needs is what you are stuck with. Check the dates on any food you purchase, some of the items I was going to buy were out of date.

Unprofessional will lie to you about your orders and when you try to call the bookstore they will place you on hold numerous times and play pass the phone call to other associates.Horrible customer services .
