I love coming here. There is always a wide range of books and selections. Employees are always willing to help. The only thing I find out of the norm is that they do not have bags for checkout. 🤔

I love how you can just enjoy reading wherever and always expect a fantastic level of cleanliness and upkeep WITHOUT having employees come up to me and try and sell me a book or something. I love how the rotation of book placement always changes in the front and I just love this store. Always have and I suppose I always will.

Clean and very nicely organized. Easy to find what I was looking for and wonderful childrens selection. The cashier was friendly and helped us sign up for a rewards card and helped my daughter get a free cookies for her birthday. I enjoyed my trip here.

Its a very good Barnes and Noble! Its big, positively atmospheric, spacious, easy to walk around and very clean! I didnt get anything or need any help so I didnt need any help with the service but they seemed competent from a distance. Inventory is fun, expansive and stretches from one part of the store to the next. Great Barnes and Noble, give it a go one day if you can!

I travel all the way from Valdosta, just for two things: Barnes & Noble and sushi. It’s such a good treat to sit down, go through magazines, books and a good strong cup of coffee.They do enforce masks.You have 30 minutes to drink/eat read until you have to move on or put on your mask. Not too much to ask for in my opinion.

Im not one to write reviews but i really thought this should get pointed out! the store has an amazing collection. i collect and read manga and there was a decent sized area for it. unfortunately, that area is directly in the path of a very huge window that lets in all the blazing hot florida light. all the manga were damaged because of this! there was so many i wanted to buy, but sadly they were all yellowed. this is bothersome for me because i collect manga. it doesnt sit right with me to buy a manga at full price when it’s damaged like that. there were two other groups there with me noting the same things so i thought it was worth pointing out….i think moving the manga and comics to a cool dark area or buying blackout curtains would prevent future selections from being damaged and bring back a lot more people as customers!

Not the best help there and I had to take back a book that they recommended because it was not what I asked for but they do have a huge selection and the prices werent to bad.

This store has a wide variety of reading material. They also carry a wide variety of other items from toys and puzzles to more sophisticated gifts. It is a great place to find gifts for all ages or a treat for yourself. I was able to pick up five different scientific magazines as a gift for a scientific friend. The employees I encountered were friendly and efficient.

Great customer service helping me find a specific subject in the Christian book section.

The staff inside is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are a great help.The selection is great, with plenty of space and lots of options for anybodys tastes.The 4 star comes from the high markup on prices. Even among other bookstores, B&N price seems to hover about $3 to $10 dollars higher.

Though its located in a dying shopping plaza the book selection is vast and plentiful I quickly found a birthday gift for my best friend thanks to the helpful lady up front.

Awesome place

Despite the riser if ereaders, there will always be a place for bound books. Its nice to browse and pick up a title with your own hands B&N did this as well as anyone and better than most. Trust me, i sold books for the competition for 4 years

Great place to grab a few lessor literature items. Pleasent personnel. Faking is fine; if thats all you have, but authenticity is the answer.

The Bargain book section isnt that great anymore. Paranoid about masks even though the CDC says if you had the vaccine you do not need one.

Best bookstore in Tallahassee. Especially great for those with a little curiosity but in need of a personalized adventure into all that they enjoy/seek to learn. Manager Ward has made me want to come back at least once a week; the cafe manager and I talk about the news and our own vacation fun; Kyle catches me up on all the latest info for all things books and beyond. Best Book Store and kids zone ever. My God Daughter was feeling sick and had an accident in the kids section(threw up alot). I wish i could remember the young lady and older gentlemens names but they were the ideal of customer first! She came over brought my baby ice water and she offered me kind words, ensuring me its ok and that she has 3 sons so this was nothing. Gentlemen offered his assistance and also went out of his way to check lost and found for another shirt for my baby. Profound! Thank you Barnes and Nobles for fostering quality human beings.

Its a little smaller than your average barnes and noble but its conveniently located and has a lot of books in stock like it should. Id definitely recommend going. Plus you never know what book youll set your eyes on and end up getting

I love Barnes and Noble so much. The store is so quiet and perfect for a book lover. During our visit a storm knocked out the stores power, but the employees remained extremely calm and worked very quickly to get the power back on. 10/10 for my favorite store

Everyone was super Pleasant. They had held a book behind the service counter in my name because there were only a couple of copies. The manager was incredibly personable and friendly which I dont remember being the case previously. A very pleasant change. The lady who rang me up was super friendly as well. And not to be redundant, but its true, the lady on the floor whats extremely helpful also! I only wish they still had the same amount of seating area. They used to have many comfortable chairs and they no longer do. I miss that very much. I might buy more if I were in there and able to sit down a while and look at these books thoroughly!

A nice place to sit down and read. The cafe is here but baked goods not always in stock. The organization of the books have some sort of flow but confusion depending on what you are liking for. The clearance section sometimes have good finds.

Great clean bookstore. I enjoy perusing their books and grabbing a cup of coffee from the Starbucks inside (limited menu). They also have some desserts like cheesecake to enjoy at the café and sit at one of their tables. Its a nice simple date spot. Along with books they have games to sell, and a kids section with a trainset to play with and a stage to read around.

They have a huge selection but it is difficult to get help in the store. I couldnt find anyone.

My favorite Tallahassee bookstore, with a huge selection of titles, many discounted ones. A very well stocked coffee cafe with lots of seating to look through any books and decide to buy. Frequent book signings and community events.

All the staff I encountered were very friendly! Found everything I was looking for with ease.

Was a great experience. I got 4 books for only $12.00, the bathrooms were clean and the employees were all very friendly. Its organized and easy to find whatever you are looking for. 5/5 all around.

Was only letting a few people in at a time. When my husband wanted to order a coffee at the deli, they wouldnt let him leave the deli area and walk around the store with his coffee. Ridiculous.

Overpriced and some weird thing where one pop is $16 but two is $10. I dont want two pops, the selection is bad, this is devoid of any logic.

The clerk was awesome! Helped me to the right area, showed me the different book designs for babies. Check out clerk was very knowledgeable about specials. Great trip!!

Ample parking because the rest of the mall is pretty much shut down. Typically only one register open, so theres a line at checkout. Friendly staff and clean environment. Some sales. Nice new book smell. Nice kids area.Not sure how much longer theyll last, but good luck to them.

Barnes and Noble staff always go out of their way to find whatever I am looking for. They dont just point me in the direction, they walk me over and find what I need. The store is clean with lots of sales tables, well-organized, a nice childrens section, great gift ideas in all price ranges, and a Starbucks inside. One of my favorite places ever.

In a world of digital book histeria Barnes & Noble is barely hanging on by the skin of its teeth. Physical copies of your favorite stories feel good and smell good. Im pretty certain your Kindle and iPad just smell like your Dirty Fingers. So go to this archaic Library, purchase yourself a nice book. Sit by a window with a warm cup of coffee, play with the pages caress the cover and the Binding. Above all else, enjoy yourself.

Bought the most adorable Princess bible for my Pastors daughter. It was the best bible fpr a 7 year old princess ever. The cover was great for carrying and for her age. I found a bible for myself as well that I am planning on going back to get because it is a bit pricey, but Gods word is worth every penny.

Very well-managed book store. A little smaller than some I have visited but does a great job in the breadth and depth of titles for its size. I shopped recently for a gift and wanted to browse new titles rather than shop online and found new recent hard cover books that were perfect for who I was shopping for. The staff are always helpful.

Love the bookstore, great place to go. Love the cafe. Only downside is most books are overpriced and they dont price match, which I understand since Im sure rent is expensive. Last time I went, there was a book with a $15 difference, compared to online prices. Great kids section, we have gone here for years.
