They made it easy for me to resolve an issue with an item that I purchased.

I needed something a bit unusual so i called, to my amazement a real person actually answered the phone. It was Keith the Manager and he said that he could help me out with what I wanted and he had it waiting for me at the register when i got there. Really excellent customer service. Thank you.

Wasnt busy at all. Asked for what I was looking for exactly, guy was real nice showed Me where to go. They had my colling/baking rack as i saw online. Cashier was very helpful to assist Me with utilizing my 20% coupon off line for inside the store. In and out within less then 10 minutes and very great social distancing. I didnt have to wait in line for cashier service. Plenty of sanitizer and cleaning supplies right up front for those looking, practical pricing. Now I am ready to make my donuts. Great help and service.

Nice place but not for technogly I purchased an artic air and it broke after a week of having it and I only used it 3 times. Also bout a battery powered fan not even a week later it stopped working

March 2, 2021 6:30 pm tallahassee location. The young lady that called herself a manager needs to learn some customer service skills. She was very rude, condescending and doesnt have the experience to deal with customers in need of assistance. A horrible experience, we left our items in the shopping cart and left.

Great shopping experience. Isles have been widened. Check outs have been improved. Much easier to navigate in the store.

Were in a new home, in a new city, and in need of lots of little items thru out the house. BB&B HAS WHAT I NEED. Do I need to say more.

I called and was informed my order was in. Arrived at the store and nobody could find my order! I admittedly got very angry and made a scean. After I cooled down, l happened to look at the order shelf and found my order! The manager seemed more concerned about my behavior than how incompetent his staff were. 😠

Fine but tell your employees not to walk off after I ask where a product is! I couldn’t tell if he was coming back, or if I should follow him, or if he even heard me.

A price discrepancy with a item misplaced by staff resulted in the Store Manager’s condescending rebuttal. Corporates policies and this Store Manager policy are very different. Very disappointed!

Store is always packed with merchandise and a bit messy. Somethings are priced reasonably while others are way too high priced. Good to look around and test things out. Make sure to use online coupon before checking out.

Very clean and organized compared to other Bed Bath & Beyond stores I’ve been to. I also have only had one issue with an employee at the customer service desk, other than that the other employees in the store have been pretty nice.

I love this store but it needs restocking.

It was good- had a few sales/back to school emphasis. Orderly and intuitive to find things. Just remember that the coupon mailer for 20% off only applies to one item- to get it off your entire order(s) is $40 a year. Nice, clean store- a bit pricey, tho. But you know that going in.

I havent been here since the pandemic outbreak but I felt that no matter when I went, there was a 7 out of 10 chance I was going to be waiting to check out for a while. Like all bed and baths, they are organized so bizarrely. Its always feel so cluttered to me in there! I think every time I go in there they rearranged it and I have to ask where to find something. I actually need to refill my SodaStream canisters and have been putting it off because its such a pain to go there. The shopping plaza is super busy as well.

They almost always have what I need in store but have also been very helpful when I need to order a specialty item on line.

Not only was there only 1cashier person to help find my product - no help on the floor; 15 to 20 minutes and a clerk came and guess what?! The pillows were out of stock😷😣And they still had the my pillow guy in stock after having read how many companies dumped him? Cantrecommend another trip:(

The manager there was on top of keeping the flow moving during a rush. Really appreciate how he just got more cashiers up front quick. Plus, people could be found and so very helpful. One of the best BBB visits across the country 👍😁

If you have ever been to a Bed, Bath & Beyond....youve been to all of them

Even during a very busy time of year (that is, college move-in week), the service here was amazing! I had a massive order that I actually had sent into this location because I was coming from out-of-state and the employees at Bed Bath & Beyond made it very easy to get all of our stuff in less than an hour. Definitely makes the process very easy for college students!

I was pleased with the product I found. The cashier was very helpful too.

Very clean and organized. Prices a bit high unless on sale. Went in looking for a particular item and spent at least 15 minutes in one department. Two employees there were chit chatting, but they never asked if I needed help. I guess I could have just interrupted and asked, but I didnt. All in all, I really like this store. Lots of interesting merchandise.

Couldnt find the curtains i wanted but did find other things.

The cashier seemed not interested in checking me out, at first. She was not that friendly and acted like she didnt want to help. I did her job, with the exception of ringing up my items. She didnt thank me for shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. Not the best experience.

Aisles are neatly maintained, and customers are able to have a casual but relaxing shopping experience. The employees are friendly and readily available to go above and beyond.

Huge selection, and well stocked. First time at this location, and I was surprised at what they carry. Prices seemed a little high, and there was no shortage of dust on the display merchandise. This store could use a good cleaning.

I love this store, they have so many things and if they dont have it in stock, they can order it for you! The staff is usually amazing. After struggling in search for an item in SEVERAL visits, I got some great help from one employee Yesterday! Super grateful she found what we needed and more!

Due to the recent political statement you felt the need to make in regards to the My pillow products, I will not spend one more penny in your store. Obviously those in charge have zero sense when it comes to business. 84+ million people is a lot to discard as customers.

Clean & friendly. Found a couple of bargains today. Can always find what Im looking for..today beach towels & bathroom scale.

Was pleasantly surprised when I went here. Its way on the other side of town so I havent been In here in a couple of years. The product selection was amazing. I went there because I couldnt find something I was looking for. I found it along with many other things I just had to have!

Store seeded half empty

At this place you can probably get anything for your house needs livingroom,kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all day everyday,and some times you find good prices every other day that caught your eyes,it is so nice and clean all the time I go in there,the people that works there is always happy to help you with what you need.all they missing in there is some furniture sofas and tables,now that would be the whole package.

I had to give a 1 star specifically because of the store manager Andy. The way he spoke to an employee of his own store today baffled me. Not only inconsiderate and rude but he spoke down to this young woman. Never will I return here and I am going to corporate next. Retail is the wrong business for this man. He needs to move down in the company and be educated on how to treat people. I stopped going to Walmart because I do not support how they treat their employees and Ill be damned if I spend another penny at this store.

Pretty overcrowded with items to my taste. And all the smells at the entrance made my head hurt. Nevertheless, they do have all the essential home needs.
