The man that answered the phone was short in speech and apathetic in his customer service. He couldnt get to me for a week or so but instead of offering me a time, he dismissed me. I spent my money elsewhere and was satisfied with the service.

We called J&B when our fridge stopped working. They responded quickly and were here the same day we called, saving us a lot of food! Ryan identified the problem fast and repaired it, then checked up a few days later to make sure it was still working correctly. Called to get a stacking washer that started leaking repaired. They scheduled me in just two days and even showed up a few minutes early. Ryan was very friendly, polite and careful in my home. He quickly determined the repair was bearing related and expensive. The washer repair would be close to the same price as a used unit (both washer and dryer) and referred me to a used appliance dealer. My experience was excellent and what made it beyond my expectations was he did not charge me for the diagnostic on the unit. Wow. I was just so pleased at that kind gesture! He could have charged me and he chose to be generous. Definitely recommend this company based on my experience. A+ and all the gold stars!

Ryan saved the day. I was sold a broken washer from a used appliance store. I thought the only problem was a ripped electrical cord, but it turns out they sold me one with a cracked drum too. Ryan tested the washer and identified the problem right away. He also stopped by within an hour of calling him. Overall, I cant speak highly enough about the service from J&B. I contacted J &B after my refrigerator stopped cooling. Ryan contacted me back right away and came out the very next day and fixed issue. A couple days after that my ice maker broke and Ryan came right back out and replaced it at no additional charge. He even assisted me with purchasing the replacement part at a fairly reasonable price. He made sure that I did not get over charged for replacement parts

Repairman, John (and owner) showed up on time and diagnosed my non-heating microwave. He was very thorough and when it was determined that I needed to buy a new one instead of making a repair, he told mehe was not charging me for the service call. He spent 45 minutes diagnosing. Let me just say that this is unheard of and so very generous. I will not only use him again but recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair work done. John, thank you. You earned a lifetime customer.

Ryan answered the phone on first call, skipped his lunch and headed over to fix my refrigerator. He went right to work and got it fixed lickity split.

These guys arrived in less than an hour and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and would have been finished in less than 15 minutes except for the time it took to defrost a part....Here I was, a big dummie shopping for a new fridge...give these guys an opportunity to fix your unit. Had my dryer thermal fused replace 2 twice by this company. Paid another company to clean out my dryer ducts and as Im typing my dryer is out again. I wasted my money, now I have an appointment with Sears to do a diagnostic test on my dryer in additional $89 on top of the $120.00 I already spent.

Called J and B Appliance Service about the need for refrigerator repair at about 10:00 a.m. and they were at the house by 12:15 and the fridge repaired by 1:15. Very pleased with the service.
