Candis at Fircrest and Mullen St. UHaul was just so outstanding! Excellent customer service! She went beyond the call of duty and assisted us with getting a rental truck at the last moment. She was professional, kind, caring, and smiled!! You have a great employee in Candis!!

Shyler and Candace were incredible. Was in the middle of moving with all of the accompanying mistakes and stress and they both ensured i had nothing to worry about. The transition from one to the other was seamless.First go round booking on line had issues. Phoned Shyler and it was corrected on the spot.Ladies, I hope Ive spelled your names correctly. After having called several other storage facilities in the University Place area, I came across West Coast. I immediately knew that this was the one for me. SHYLER answered my few questions in the friendliest of manner and I did not hesitate to let her know that I was on my way to see her regarding renting a storage space. It wasnt so much the price for me - although it was reasonably good, but her friendliness and willingness to be a genuine help won me over. I plan on being a customer for a while and having positive people to interact with is a must. Especially in todays world, a friendly smile and a willingness just to be nice is oh so welcomed! Looking forward to coming here regularly.

Best experience Ive ever had with a storage facility

All of my questions were addressed, its well priced for being a new unit and Shyler was extremely helpful and courteous. The storage units look great and ceilings are 10ft tall which is a big plus for me. The only down side I noticed is there are very few drive up units and most if not all are already being rented. It is priced the same as orchard street self storage but this place is newer and has elevators, where Orchard Street only has stairs to get to upper levels.

The storage facility was emaculate throughout. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Its very convenient having a uHaul renter center in the shame building. They have all the boxes you might ever need to store you goods properly. There is plenty of security making me feel that my stuff will be safe year round.

Ive used their Dupont and Firecrest locations and its a good storage place. If youre comparing rates for 5x10 $44 month (then $88 after 2 months) plus $13 insurance $25 admin fee $20 lock $5 key fob.

Clean facility with a super friendly staff. Right off the highway with covered area to unload so with all this rain the PNW gets its nice not to have rain pouring on you and your belongings.

I’ve been in twice now to set up two different storage units. The staff at the front desk have been very helpful and friendly. I feel like I’m getting a great deal for the amount of space I’m renting. Access is super convenient for me. I just swipe my fab and I’m in the door.

The facility is neat, clean and new. Amanda really helped smooth out the experience as she went above and beyond to accommodate me. My bigoted mover threw everything in the storage unit, leaving the majority of my belongings in the hallway. He was also disrespectful to Amanda - but she was classy and responded to him professionally. Great units and great staff.

We have had an absolutely first-rate experience with WCSS-Fircrest. We were moving a single-family home contents to the Seattle area and Kandis gave us two 10 x 20 units near the front of the building that enabled easy access for our movers. Moreover, she took and sent numerous pics to give to our moving company so they could see the ample access space they had for their large moving van.Anytime we had a question or needed some help, Kandis, Sam and a person who was filling in were right there to help.The facility is new so its clean, bright and warm. And its in a great location within easy access of I-5. I highly recommend this storage facility.

My experience was great! Shyler (shy-ler) called me back and we discussed my needs over the phone. She had an available unit picked out for me when I arrived that evening based on our discussion. We took a look at the unit right away & it is just perfect! I leased the unit that evening and she helped me through each step and waited patiently while I recited out loud my steps to accessing the unit (Ive never leased storage before so it was new to me. I needed some extra hand holding.). Shylers knowledge, experience & professionalism are top notch. I love that the facility is new, state of the art, heated, very secure and access is 24/7 whenever I need. Not to mention location is fabulous! Pricing is also very reasonable for all you are getting. Terms are flexible and if I find the space I leased is too large (Im in a transition right now) I can downsize to an available smaller unit so Im not locked in forever. They also set me up on auto pay so I dont have the stress of worrying if I miss my payment. I drove by the facility a couple of times on my way to Home Depot. The building looks great. It was really easy to access and they have a wonderful covered area to unload in.
